I highly recommend this store!!! They are there to help with WHATEVER it is you need. And even if you are waiting to be seen they make sure to acknowledge you Ryan was GREAT and helped me with ALL my concerns he even went to the back and got chairs for the older people who were waiting to be seen. If you want excellent service with no rush and workers who really care go to this location.

I have been with T-Mobile for more than 12 years. This is the worst T-Mobile customer service location. The representatives have no desire to help or preform their duties. There is one chair when there is over 5 customers waiting, 2 representatives with customers, and 1 representatives simply walking back and forth ignoring customers. I waited more than 3 hours standing. Theres no reason for this. Thats sad because T-Mobile is far better than this. I will NEVER return to this location!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I stopped by to get my T-Mobile Tuesday gear. Best of all is that theyre not pushy like sales agents were when I was with AT&T in the past. Kudos to everyone here at T-Mobile!

Terrible customer service. Two employees for one customer. Granted one had to translate, but they never acknowledged that we walked into the store. Two employees in the back peeped out then slid back in like the Homer gif when he slides back into the bushes.So after about a 15 minute wait, an older Caucasian lady walks in and all of a sudden, welcome to T-Mobile rings out. I mean they suddenly got their customer service act together. Then one of the employees decides that he needs to get help from one of the employees that slid in the back. Then she acts as if she never seen us waiting. Im a big guy (350+ lbs), so I know I was seen. We left after feeling disrespected and ignored. We went to the T-Mobile store in Stonecrest Mall, as soon as we opened the door, welcome to T-Mobile rang out. Felt welcome here and was helped immediately.

Miguel did a good job of explaining things and everyone was nice in the store 👏. Great job👍

Its One Of My Biggest Regrets, I was told I qualified for two lines for 70.00,and That turned into 80.00.The phone they claimed I qualified for was terrible,there was dropped calls,no mobile network connection twice.I wish I would have stayed with MetroPCS.

The people there were very willing to help, the only thing I would suggest is that they have at least one more person in the mornings. But with todays job market, I know thats hard to do.

I had an Awesome experience at T-Mobile! My old phone’s screen was cracked and completely black. Not only was I able to upgrade but I was able to keep the cost down which helped ALOT! Trey Harris was so helpful I recommend that everyone goes to him for your needs!!

Micheal helped me upgrade my sisters phone! He was very knowledgeable and was happy to help me I came in 45 minutes before they closed and I was in and out quickly! The store was clean and all associates were helpful.

This store did not originally come up for me on Google but it did for my husband, which was weird. Michael was our sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped with changing our sim cards over, getting a new line. They had a free phone promo. We just had to pay for the taxes and activation fee. The phone (one plus 8T) was $750 and we paid $78.08 for taxes and activation. Sounds good to me haha. Thanks Michael it was a pleasure!

I had a great experience at this location. Matt was very thorough about the service and features provided. My mother and I started service with 2 new lines. We came in at 7 pm and Matt still took his time to get up setup and stayed late to ensure we were completely satisfied. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about the Sprint service. Thanks again Matt you were awesome. I would definitely recommend going to Matt if you have any questions about Sprint and to sign up for this great service.

I initially came in just for a free SIM card but my representative nysha got me a new phone. I will be visiting this location T-Mobile location again

Paris was literally the worst. I would have had a better conversation with the brick wall behind her. She didn’t speak 2 words to me while I was purchasing an iPad. She just looked at me stupid the whole time. Every other person in this store is nice, I’d recommend her to find a job she enjoys cause this clearly isn’t it.

The manager was very unaccommodating and rude gave me a fax number for corporate and charged 959.31$ for unlimited 45.31 a month the bill was paid up to date ! Also tried to charge him another 1000.00$ would have took the money and never said a word 👀!! Another thing people pay attention to your bill because every person who is with sprint gets charged an extra 00.02 here or a penny there that adds up when you have a billion customers. I believe someone needs to be taught a lesson in good business!

The young Lady that waited on us was kind and very skilled and professional.

Every time I go to this location, the customer service is extremely poor. The greeter at the door said hello to me & waved me over to 2 gentleman behind the counter. He got their attentiom to let them know a customer was waiting, but the 2 guys kept talking & Ignored ignored me. The greeter reminded them I was standing there , but they kept talking!!. So I left!! Very rude service!

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. I have purchased 5 phones over last two years from same store and always had a positive experience. The two young ladies on 10/2/2017 were rude and extremely unwilling to attempt to help me. I was literally the only customer in store. Neither should deal with the general public in any capacity. My experience was so bad I was forced to use Sprint 1-800 number to get the original issue fixed in which they made even worse. That was why I went into store in the first place was to avoid confusion. Experience was so bad that I swapped to Verizon and cancelled the 4 lines I had with Sprint. The Verizon store is a quarter of a mile away and were awesome. May cost a little more but the level of service is worth it.

The lady I just spoke to on the phone, was extremely rude. She never said her name in the intro when she answered the phone. She was disinterested the moment she answered the phone. She had the audacity to say “I can’t do this all day” when I asked her if she could give me an estimate on my bill. I asked for her supervisor, and she lied and tried to twist what she said like she didn’t say that.Ashley is wonderful! She helped us so much and was so patient when we got our phones. I am not sure who I spoke to today, but she was rude.

I went to the Covington location to have a new phone activated with my current phone number. After they wasted 40 min of my time they told me they didnt have the right sim card for my new phone. I made it up to the store in Conyers with 30 min until closing time. The team there was able to help me in 15 min and get my new phone working. Thanks go to Ryan, Trey, and the rest of the team there. They were helpful, professional, and funny. I am going to make the drive to this store from now on.
