Im Here At 9:10AM Sunday May 16, 2021 And They’re Not Open. Meanwhile There Is A NAPA Worker Sitting In His Nice Yellow Corvette. Smh

Had to buy new wiper blades for my truck and they put them on for me!!!! Wonderful.

After purchasing the requisite items to,teach my grandson the finer points of a home lube, oil and filter change we came back to recycle the used oil. Surprise, despite the large sign at the entrance the rather rude employee (the only one present in an otherwise empty store on a Saturday afternoon) told me “my manager says we won’t take the oil, if you have a problem take it up with him”. Well I have a problem with that and will no longer do business with NAPA. Fortunately there is an Autozone right across the street on Hwy 138 with overly friendly staff who gladly took my oil and even carried it into the store for me despite not having purchased it there. As I did, you have a choice and Autozone stood up and stood out as the place to go.

I was working their inventory (counting) and for the most part, everything youd ever need is in there! The pricing is a bit steep for my tastes, but youre also dealing with great employees here! Even though I was working, all associates, manager, store managers and District Manager were all VERY kind and Im sure that they would treat you just as I was treated if I were a customer! Understanding and helpful bunch here!

Ive never had a problem with this place until now Ive always had great experiences here.. jason has ALWAYS been great help but today I dealt with Michael and I tried to return a wrong part I was sold and michael told me I could not get my refund until I come back with the right part and receipt from a competitor which Ive never heard of so I went to OReilly and they had the right part i told them what I went through and they gave me a discount for napas inconvenience.. so then I returned back to napa and I asked Jason could he return the part for me and he did it with no problem. No receipt. So I was even more upset cause that could have all been avoided! Michael you suck 😒.

Was looking for 20/50W synthetic oil for my motorcycle. Went to Wal-Mart first and they only had one brand non synthetic. The brand was a generic brand I had never heard of. Decided to go to NAPA Auto and they had a multiple selection of the oil I needed for a decent price.
