They carry a good assortment of tires including top picks. Service was faster than many tire shops and they dont try to sell you what you dont want or need. This was my third set of tires from this shop.

Called them yesterday they had tires and rims in stock which was great. I was a walk in they had exceptional customer service. They did a professional job putting on tires and rims. Highly recommended

The salesman was great, I ordered, scheduled, and paid online so it was quick in. I only gave 4 stars as the tech took 45 minutes to change 2 tires and I had to wait an extra 12 minutes after he finished, looking at my wheels sitting there, before I finally got them in my car.Overall it wasnt bad.

We recently had to replace a tire on my husbands car and took it to this store for repairs last Saturday and spoke with Jeremy. While on the way to the have the replacement tire put on my husband had a blow out on the temporary tire. Thankfully he was on the phone with Jeremy when this happened. The store was closing and Jeremy was on his way home and dropped the replacement tire off to my husband. Thank you Jeremy for going above and beyond for your customers. I purchased tires and locks for my wheels on May 25. I heard nothing from them , until i called June 14 , spoke to someone who said he had them and set me up an appointment for June 15 at 10 oclock AM. Upon my arrival , no one could find the locks i ordered.i am very frustrated and disappointed having to waste gas and time coming all the way there to no avail and they did not have them.

Quick and efficient service. I was in and out within 40 minutes of my appointment for a full set of tires. It is a very busy location, so I was expecting a long wait. However, they were quick.

Not pleased with the communication of this location. But their tire service techs do good work, so I will have to tip my hat to them. But, Dont waste your time scheduling an appointment, you can just show up and they will see you before the people with an appointment.

Went in yesterday and had to make an appointment to come back today. They asked for me to be 15 minutes early. I was. I waited about 50 minutes. They had me pull in, wait in the car and I was out in 20 more. Initially, not happy about the wait but my service was excellent.

Got there early morning and didnt have to wait long. Turns out my mothers tire has a nail in it that is too close to the sidewall so it needed a replacement. I was low on tire pressure so I pulled around to their free air station. Chad swiftly came out to assist even though you can tell the crew was quite busy. I already knew about the nail in the tire from another employee I spoke to earlier but Chad made sure to inform me that there was one upon inspection. That just goes to show you of their excellent training.I requested a tire pressure gauge and he ran in and got me a free one. Awesome dude and stand up character. Will come back! A+

Today I stopped by because I had low tire pressure. Immediately when I went to the designated area I saw one of the workers drop everything he was doing and ran over. I told him I bought my tires from Discount Tire and he said no worries this job is free. FREE. I had all tires back to the PSI they were supposed to be within 4 minutes. I thought I was at a pit stop in an auto race. The workers name is Kenneth. Very young bright man. Discount Tire should acknowledge his fast productivity and great work ethic. Thanks buddy! Wont be wasting my time at shady gas stations. I will be going to discount tire and recommending everyone this location.

I dislike this location. Took 25 mins before I got out my car and talked to one of the employees about checking me in. (Due to Covid, you have to drive in a parking spot and turn on your hazards) which I did. The employee rudely told me that I can “wait 25 more mins”. So I left and went to the Hudson bridge location. They had way better customer service. Another customer waiting did the same. Please treat customers better.

Im rarely surprised and pleased with auto service facilities. Most of them, I grudgingly use because I cant do this kind of work myself, but I take it as a given that work will not begin on my car when my appointment time indicated and that I will be waiting longer than I should. Not here. The friendliness and professionalism of the guy checking me in was already above average, his check-in process was quick, he directed me to the coffee and water, and no high pressure upsell for the warranty that I didnt want (he offered it, but didnt try the usual fear techniques). He told me that it can take 30-60 minutes to replace tires, so hell estimate my wait at an hour. From my past experience elsewhere, I expected that the car would sit outside for another hour, then they would start, take a while, and Id be out in more like 2 hours. Nope... 30 minutes later, someone is bringing my keys and paperwork and walking me to the curb where my car was waiting. Incredible. Never had this happen with a tire replacement. Oh, and the waiting room was decently comfortable and roomy. Highly recommended for new tires. I came here because in my online shopping, the price was only equaled by ordering from Amazon and having a Pep-Boys install the tires, vs. this one-stop transaction for the same price, and what turned out to be a 5 star experience. Keep running the shop this way and Ill be back for my next set.

Walked in & expressed my issue of one of my tires continuing to drop in PSI more than the others. They took a look , signed me in & then fixed it ! A rusty nail was the issue . They are very friendly & very fast & even reset my sensors & replaced two little pieces . The best !

This place is awesome!!! I went today to have my tires filled with air and Tyler let me know that my treads were extremely low and recommended new tires for my safety. Although I wasnt planing on it I ended up getting them and Im thankful! The staff was unbelievably sweet and very knowledgeable, I really felt safe going with their opinion! Tyler was so patient with me and he checked the inventory a few times to find the best tires at the best price. A situation that couldve been frustrating actually made my day instead. Not only was the staff great, they were fast too! I had my dog with me because I assumed I only needed air, and the guys were so friendly and sweet to my puppy and made sure I was comfortable while waiting with him. It barely took 15 minutes! I drove 30 minutes to this discount tire and I would do it again in a heartbeat for this type of service! Thank you again Tyler, I am so happy with my new tires! You guys are the best!

I had a nail in my tire. I took it to Toyota to be repaired because thats where I purchased the tires from. Toyota would not repair the tire and instead tried to convenience me to purchase a new tire. I left Toyota and brought my vehicle to Discount Tire and they were able to repair the tire and confirm that I did not need to purchase a new tire. The best part of this entire ordeal is that they repaired the tire for FREE. This was such a blessing after walking away from a horrible experience at Toyota. I would definitely recommend this place without a doubt.

HOBBILE service... A slick comment was made about how many miles were driven on my car... As long as my tires are in warranty, nothing else should have been said... Period. Then as Im waiting on a receipt, another customer was trying too cash out and literally just moved me out the way, no social distancing at all nor did the gentleman who was helping me, say anything too the customer as he stood there watching him violate my personal space... Im all about customer service. You get what you give and the service I received today was completely unacceptable and I will NEVER do business with that location or recommend ANYONE to that location.. Just simply go somewhere else too keep your peace of mind and where they enforce social distancing.

This place is located next to KFC and Panera Bread on Hwy 138. Tons of stuff to eat, shop, and whatever in this area. The guys here are AWESOME! Very nice and courteous and fast. The outside and inside are clean and well maintained. The bathroom as well. Current magazines to look at and theyll even text you when your vehicle is ready. Cant say enough nice stuff about them. They are a breath of fresh air in an industry with all kinds of horror stories.Chad walked me through the whole process, explaining each step in plain English. Complete professional.I was a bit apprehensive, expecting to be told that my tire needed to be replaced, and was pleasantly surprised when they told me the car was ready, and to have a nice day...They did work and did not charge me for it.....while thats good business (Im not minimizing it), they didnt treat it like a freebie. They treated me and my car with the utmost care and respect.Fantastic experience, and I know where I will buy my next set of tires.

Was very hesitant in taking my wifes 2019 highlander because of the chromatic alloy wheels, but went ahead an had Conyers Discount Tires repair the nail in the tire because of purchasing tires from them in the past. I appreciate the professionalism of how I was treated by them an the excellent job they did in showing me the nail that was in my tire and what they did to fix it. The Chromatic alloy wheels look the same.

I have liked this chain for 20 years and the Conyers store is a great ambassador for the brand. Always great treatment and great deals. Theyre popular so plan on having a friend help you drop off your car.

After several hours of hauling, one of my trailer tires blew and I was about 2 hours south of where I needed to be. After stopping at FOUR tire shops, Discount Tire was the only place willing to help and get us out in a timely manner. Adam was very quick, polite and made sure to get us what we needed and get us in and out of there while keeping us updated the whole time. We will definitely be back to Discount Tire.
