Owner had nasty attitude! Bad choice of words when working for the public! Especially when the customer just spent $500 in your business! GUESS SOME PEOPLE DONT WANT OR NEED LOCAL PEAPLE TO SPEND IN LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESSES

They had my back pack blower for 9 months and did not fix it. They cited unavailability of parts. I took the blower to the same shop the I told them had the part, and it was fixed in less than a week.

Great people and great prices

My lawn mower went out of service last winter, so before the summer started up when I knew I needed it I called Lawnmower Doctors. Told them all I had was a car and new baby so I couldn’t tow it around, they came and picked it up within 2-3 days! They had it for 2-3 weeks and called me to let me know my lawn mower was ready. I paid over the phone and they brought it to my house in 2 days. Runs and drives like brand new! They repaired it and did a tune up, such an awesome job!! I’m one happy customer will definitely be coming back!!!

Some of the worst experiences EVER!!! -- We sent our tractor to these people in late June because the blades wouldnt engage. 5 weeks later - after NUMEROUS calls inquiring about our mower - we are told that it was fixed - remind you that we never got an estimate for the cost of getting the blades to engage - and that it needed a carburetor, new battery (even though we had just replaced that at the end of the season last year) and new blades -- over $400 plus labor. After complaining about the wait and the lack of estimate - they dropped the labor costs. Now I have used the mower to mow my .5 acre property ONCE and the 7-speed transmission now only moves in the top 4 speeds, and it barely turns left (needing to turn the steering wheel complete 360s many times to do a 90 degree turn. Shoddy workmanship, terrible customer service and the icing on this terrible fruitcake -- a few days ago they called to make sure that they had sent me back the correct mower - they had lost one on their lot and was checking to see if they sent me the wrong one..... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Extremely rude service men. Looks like sling blade but cant fix a mower like him. The last place anybody should consider buying a mower or taking thiers to get it fixed.

Paid 120.00 for fixing my chainsaw. The chainsaw started, sounded good, but kept shutting down every time you tried to cut wood with it. I know it sounds weird, but I thought chainsaws were supposed to cut wood. Taking it back and I am not paying again. They should have fixed it the 1st time around.

This is the worst business in Horry county. If u care for anything you own, dont take it here. They had our equipment 6 weeks. They never returned our calls or could give us any answers. We went to get it back after weeks of frustration, pieces had been taken off and there answer was it just fell off. Its in worse condition now than before taking it there. They did not even explain what had been done in 6 weeks. How have they said in business I have no idea. .

Theyve got about everything you need to fix your lawnmower

Took our powerwasher, never telling us how backed up they were, had it 6 weeks, couldnt call them due to phone being off the hook! Finnaly went there & then they admitted they were backed up, got oue machine back, & we went to use it, still wouldnt work, ended up taking back again!

Our lawnmower has been out of commission and continues to still be in their shop, with no communication from them and rudeness when communication is initiated, to find out if repairs have been done. Initially we took our mower in May, they kept it without properly repairing it until July. We brought it home, expecting our mower to perform properly, we tried cutting our grass and then realized the repair was never done, and caused more damage to our mower. Since then, my husband told them to pick it up and repair the initial problem along with the new problem, which fell on them for the negligence of repair. We have had to initiate all contact to request info on our mower and each time, were treated rudely and have gotten nowhere. They still have our mower, I will be contacting the Sheriffs office for retrieval, and then small claims court , for the payment of repair services not rendered. I have never seen such blatant disregard and incompetence as a consumer, until now. I will never do business with them again. The option to not give a star rating is unavailable, otherwise I would give a zero star rating.

Lawn Mower doctors in conway sc are liars and cheats, dropped my mower off around may, picked up in August, took it home (Because they said it was ready) after tacking on $129 dollars for a starter they decided to replace without consent from myself, yet they did not replace a $12 dollar fan. Needless to say mower over heated and melted parts, called them they came and picked it up saying they would stand behind their work no charge, a month of me calling and getting a rude encounter when calling, my wife finally got mad and wrote them a bad review,that night mower was in yard not fixed with dead battery! Evidentally they do not stand behind their work, and to boot they are lying saying they told me about the mower not having a fan when I picked it up, like they told me about the starter BS. Do yourself a huge a favor use someone else! I was plenty patient and this is the thanks they gave me! When I called this morning their response was take us to small claims court! Thanks guys $289.00 down the drain and mower will now have to go to a professional shop that knows how to call customers and keep their word!

If you want it fixed take it somewhere else. Nice people but dont have a clue what to do. They claim to be EZ-GO authorized but are not. Do not have the tools they need to work on golf carts. Took over 5 trips down there and spend almost $1,000 to fix my golf-cart and problem was not resolved. Ended up taking it to Grahams and they had it fixed in a couple days and very little money compared to what I had already spent. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your golf-cart or lawnmower serviced. I will never go back.

Staff nice but left my weedeater there 4 weeks they said it was fixed got it home and it did same thing it had done all along
