The facility is aging and needs repairs . I am leaving 5 stars solely for the guy working there on 7-8-21 at 6:40pm. He is a fine worker who takes pride in his job. The bathroom was way cleaner than I expected. He was pleasant while checking me out. We sat in the parking lot for a bit while eating and he never stopped moving. I saw him wipe down the pumps and counters. Refill the windshield wash supplies. And police the tiniest garbage in the lot. If he doesn’t own the place he should. He is taking care of it like he does.

Shell has an OK automatic car wash, though it doesnt work as well as it used to. I still use it, however, because some of the other car washes around town are much less good. Their location is good; easy to get in and out. The whole station is a bit more run down than places farther from the Interstate. The gas prices usually seem to be close to the prices at the Kroger across the street, though I dont doubt it might be a penny or two higher sometimes. I cant remember ever buying anything in the convenience store. The employees tend to be reasonable and pleasant.

The gas sign says $1.79, but the pumps say $1.84 and I addressed the issue to the 2 attendees and they seen that it was wrong and still charged me $1.84. Even as I was leaving they didn’t change the price on the sign.Poor management in my opinion

Poor customer experience almost every time I go in.

Stoped in to get fuel around 9:45pm, pumped my fuel, and my daughter and I go in to use the restroom and the attendant stops us with “hey, hey where are y’all going. I just cleaned those restrooms and I’m about to close y’all can’t use them.” My advice don’t stop at night. Especially with a child that has to pee.

One black manger she was short, her shirt was open so I couldn’t see if she was or not she’s so rude & seem as if she was just coming off an hangover or maybe high! I’ll recommend no stars if it was an option 😠 IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT !!

I LOVE THIS GAS STAYION!!!! The ladies that run this storr are ALWAYS so friendly and welcomming! Not to expensive. usually no long lines. Get shell Rewards. Come on out anf say hi to mrs boss lady as i call her.

They really need to get their pumps fixed. Every time I attempt to pump gas there (which is regularly) their machines require me to come in and prepay because the card reader does not work. When you have kids in the car or the weather is bad there is nothing more infuriating. Not leaving this review to gripe, but to let you know how to keep customers coming back. I my self have made the choice to take my business else where until is has been updated.

I was traveling to TX and stopped to get refreshments and gas on Aug 25 and had overpaid by 5.30. Was told would be back in my checking account within 4-5 days. I said fine . Got my refund reciept and left waited a week and a half called store twice to talk to manager , she gave me a number to call. I did and voiced what was happening. They returned my call saying it is a private owner and he is responsible to refund money and she would follow up with him. I said ok, thank you. A week later got a message to call another person to take care of the matter. I returned her call to hear she is on vacation and call another number. So I finally spoke with a very nice man who said oh I know the owner he will take care of it for you. Again I said thank you. So he asks me to text a copy of reciept to him and I did. That was Sept 25th. So on Oct 7th I text asking if still getting refund since have not recieved. No response. So feel one hell of a run around. So be sure to pay cash and count your change since somebody is pocketing cash there. I guess they feel I wont be back thru but in spring when I head north I will not be stopping by. Will go to an honest place to do my business.Wish could put 0- but have to put 1 in order to write review. Very disappointed customer...

Its one of the nicer convenience stores on Oak Street. It has a carwash and an air compressor to air up your tires.

SCAM! They lined the gas by 89, 93, and 87. All gas stations Ive been to line it up 87, 89, 93. 87 was like $2.55 and 89 was $2.75. what a scam. Didnt realize until I filled up.
