I had an issue with a package, but they took care of me and made it right. At the end of the day mistakes happen, it comes down to how they are handled. They were professional and polite. They worked very hard to get it made right. Johanthan worked very hard to help me out, was very empathetic of my issue. Would recommend this store 100%.

Could not have been happier with the ladies here. They were professional, courteous, and on-the-ball! Makes one almost forget how bad the Valley Ranch location was in terms of customer service. My new location is definitely this one...YAY!! Thanks!

Went in yesterday 04-24-2020, 11:00 am to expedite shipping of multiple packages. I dont think its fair to rate them poorly based on 1 persons poor judgment. I was wearing a mask and gloves as Covid-19 precautions. Although, the 2 ladies up front were doing their jobs, only 1 had a mask. A couple behind me needed Notary services. An obviously sick 3rd person came from the back, coughing repeatedly into her arm and no mask to assist the couple. Given our pandemic situation and the nature of this particular business insofar as one-on-one contact with people is concerned, you have to do better than this!! Thank you to the clerk that assisted me for wearing a mask and protecting herself AND me!

Not sure about the rest of these reviews, but I used this place for the first time this morning to return some stuff I bought from Amazon. I had an excellent experience there and they even helped make sure my stuff was properly packaged with bubble wrap and tape and everything free of charge. Will definitely return if I need to ship anything in the future.

Based on some of the reviews I almost didnt go to this store. I went this morning for Notary service and copying some documents. I was pleasantly surprised. The service could of not been better. I will continue to utilize this location.

I sent a package on Tuesday to another UPS store on an Army base in Virginia, and it was scheduled to arrive on Friday. I chose UPS over USPS because I wanted it to get there quickly. Well, that UPS store on the base closed forever on Thursday. My package was delivered to a different UPS store in a city near the Army base, but that does my soldier no good. When I went to the store that sent my package, I knew they had done nothing wrong, but I was still angry. The ladies there were outstanding. First, they told me the steps I needed to take including calling the 1-800 number and the store where the package ended up, but then they began to help me with the steps. Using my phone, Kendahl (the manager) helped me navigate through the automated system quickly. Once we had the information we needed, she used the stores phone to call the other store. They had an automated system, too, and wanted us to just leave a message, but Kendahl took on my problem as her own and wouldnt settle for leaving a message. She found a way to get through and speak to someone. And then she turned on the charm. She was skilled at saying just the right thing in the best way, and she charmed that person into everything I was asking. While she was fighting through the frustrating details, Taja, one of the funniest and sassiest people Ive ever met, kept me talking about movies, shows, actors, and other things we enjoy. I was having such a great time that I barely noticed how long Kendahl had to work for me. I dont want to leave out Torre; she might seem quiet next to the other two ladies, but she is a peaceful, calm influence that enjoys the laughs as much as the rest. I am shocked to say that I went into the UPS store angry, spent over 20 minutes there, and came out in a terrific mood! Now, when has that ever happened in any other store?! These ladies now have my business for life!

The staff has always been nice and professional to me. I was 3 rd in line to wait, and I was there a total of 12 minutes. I know this because I was in a super hurry. I would trust to recommend this location to anyone shipping or picking up UPS packages.

I dropped into the UPS store at 10 after 5 p.m. and the gate was pulled partially down. With no greeting from the employee, I asked are yall about to close?. She irritatedly responded six oclock. So I said, oh, thats still 45 minutes. She was very off-putting, as if I was inconveniencing her. I was disappointed with the customer service I received from this location.

I am pissed... I have been waiting at home for two day now... going on three as of today, waiting for a package that I have to sign for.They tried to deliver it to the wrong address on Tuesday and said I wasnt home to receive the package.On Wednesday morning I called and gave them my phone number and directions to my house so that they could find me or call me if they still could not. The website had the package listed as out for delivery till after 10:30 at night, at which time it was listed as my address was wrong, because they couldnt find it. Every time I called UPS they assured me the driver had my directions and the package was on the truck... still out for delivery. The driver never called me and he never showed up.I called to make sure they had the proper address... and they did... so I assured them the address was correct and told them to have the driver call me Thursday morning so I could direct him to my place.... he has not done so ... all though UPS assured me he would call me before noon.I called UPS to try and get the number for the local facility that the package is being delivered from.... they refused to give me one... they said they would send them a message for me. And that is what they have been doing all along... I dont even know if the driver is getting my messages. But the office assured me that the local office would call me back with in the hour... that was over an hour ago, and I have still not heard from them.So here I sit waiting for a package that they seem incapable of delivering...and all they need to do is call me and speak with me fore about 3 minutes and I could straighten everything out.To make matters worse all the ppl answering the phone on the customer service end... are in INDIA and cant speak English well enough for them to understand the point I am trying to get across ... My address is weird... it is on a little dead end snip-it of road, a much longer road and it does seem to end at a major cross roads... but really there is just a zigzag in the road and it picks up again slightly down the road ... but doesnt appear to have any houses at first glance. It is easiest to map out to my RV parks name than the address... because the RV park has one address... all the individual units dont have individual mail boxes so the unit numbers dont mesh with the computer address system... they have to only use the main address or search for the park by name in the computer... then they actually have to come in to the park to get to my door... it is a small park with only 20 rigs... and I have left more specific directions as to which one it is, along with my phone number. Now a local driver would understand that ... may be with a few questions answered... but someone from India has absolutely no idea what I am trying to say.All I need is to get a hold of a local person... but apparently that is impossible. I cant even seem to get a message to the local office because the only way to get them a message is from India and they are not sending them correctly or something.

Stay away from this location!!! I had to print a document last week, and even their customer service via phone is terrible!!! I spent almost $100 for prints that were not well printed, and the staff really couldnt care less. My printings were obviously not well printed, but they insisted I asked for them like that! Terrible customer service.

This independently owned ups store now charges $1 to tape a box...really?! That is a bit excessive considering the price they probably have to pay for a roll of tape. You have lost my business in the future.
