Loved the team from the minute I walked in the door for my appointment. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They explained everything I was being tested for and showed me the results right away. Picked out two pair of glasses since my insurance paid for one pair. I should have my new glasses by early next week. It was a great experience and the team seemed to enjoy it too😎

Beware- you will not be seen on time. Literally, my appt was at 1:40. I arrived at 1:20. Wasnt seen by techs for the testing until 2:15, then sat in a room for over AN HOUR waiting for ANYONE to come in.As I am waiting, Eye Trends calls to tell me my daughters glasses are ready- Great so since I am here, Ill just go grab them... People are the desk are ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT.... AND RUDE.... They said, no they are not ready WE TOLD YOU THIS. . EXCUSE ME, YOU JUST FREAKING CALLED ME SAYING THEY ARE.... IGNORANCE AT ITS FINEST. .... So a SIMPLE EXAM HAS TAKEN 3 HOURS ....BECAUSE THEY LET ALL THE DOCTORS GO TO LUNCH AT THE SAME TIME AT 2?.. NOT VERY SMART... DO NOT GO HERE. THE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE, THE DOCTOR IS TERRIBLE, THEY ARE TOO BUSY SITTING IN A ROOM ON THEIR PHONES EATING THAN ATTENDING TO AN OFFICE FULL OF PEOPLE.... THEY ARE TRULY PATHETIC AND ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY...... TOOK THIS PHOTO WHILE WRITING THIS REVIEW.... IT WAS ANOTHER 40 MIN BEFORE I WAS SEEN.....

Made my appointment online 2 days ago and was surprised that they had a slot available so soon. I went in today for my appointment at 3pm with Dr. Jenna Cedillo who was very polite while doing my routine eye exam and refraction. I got all eye tests done and even picked out eyeglass frames in under an hour. Everything was covered by my insurance, although they did have a couple of options available as out-of-pocket expense.Overall I was very pleased with how quick and thorough my visit was despite there seeming to be many people here today.I will be coming back for any vision needs in the future!

I’ve been to several different places over the years trying to find a place I feel does a great job of making sure my eyes are okay and healthy. Eye Trends does just that plus their staff is always so nice. Great place to get eye exams and glasses in a timely manner!!!

Had my my eyes examined and as a diabetic that’s very important to keep up with. The staff was nice and very quick about getting me in as I did show up very early for my appointment. That was good. The doctor did her thing and my prescription had changed just a little bit from my current. My insurance didn’t really cover much as far as actually being able to get my glasses that day but they did try to help me. I was able to get a copy of my prescription so maybe I can find a good pair of frames online that are in my budget.

Absolutely AMAZING service! The two ladies who helped me Chelsea and Kaitlin where outstanding! They went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed and did it all wish a smile. If you need anything, contacts, glasses or exams these two are your go too! I couldn’t be happier with their service 🙌🏻

The staff got me in immediately after walking in the door even though I was about ten minutes early.The doctor took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.They have an excellent selection of frames including Costa, Maui Jim, and Wiley X.

I believe that I had one of the most thorough eye examinations ever. I am deaf and the doctor removed his mask so I could read his lips he also was very thorough in explaining what he was doing. I will Always have my examination with at Eye Trends. After my visit I expected the they were about to show me glasses that were going to be expensive but to my surprise they had a large selection of affordable glasses and desighner glasses. I HIGHLY Recomend using eye trends and take the whole family.

The Doctors are the best, but stay clear of the staff from the optical. This is the 3rd year I have received poor customer service from them and just asked for my prescription. I will continue to use the doctors but never use the optical again.

HATE this place. Rude is an understatement. They require you to mask up then berate you because they can’t understand you speaking with a mask. Very unwelcoming. Long waits every single time. Unfortunately this is where we bought my son’s glasses so this is where the warranty is, otherwise I would never step foot in this place. They select who they help at random, no matter how long you’ve been waiting. The only good thing I can say about this place is the doctor is nice and very helpful with information. The staff is RUDE and even hateful at times.

Very fast & affordable even without insurance. I was taken back within a minute of checking in to get the basic stuff out of the way and was seen by Dr. Nghe within minutes of finishing the routine exam stuff. Everyone was very nice & professional and answered any questions I had, and even with the picture of my eye instead of dilation the overall cost of the exam was less than what I was anticipating. They are a very efficient group. Dr. Nancy Nghe, OD was through and explained in detail that I could understand for the cause of my watery eyes and explained what she was looking for in eye damage because of my diabetes. They were going to fax my good results to my primary care physician.

To visit Eye Trends is to have an adventure. I marveled at all the wonderful technological tests, one after another, which I believe were seven in total, including the optional extras. I had images taken of my eyes, to avoid dilation. It costs more but is worth the comfort. I added the option for measuring antioxidants. My rating was higher than the best on the graph. The whole process, starting with Jennifer’s careful guidance, was a seamless experience from one technological wonder to another. Even if you have perfect vision, you should go for the wonderful experience. Then the climactic phase was the final test and consultation with Dr. Hoang, optometrist. She tested and evaluated the tests to ensure the correct prescription was given. Passionate about her professional skills, she is a perfectionist and very congenial. It’s a huge place, which seemed daunting, initially, but with personalized service and caring staff. It was a great adventure and the glasses were a bonus. The whole experience is a technological marvel with the best staff!

I’m new to the area and needed a new place for glasses/contacts. I enjoyed my 1st time everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The doctor answered every question I had. Calling to set up my appointment was a breeze. I did not get my glasses that same day but I did go back and they were equally as welcoming and helpful as the 1st time.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I have to this time. my physician is great, but front office is horrible an im being generous with my words. Im hoping its not my race that offends them or maybe its because Im short, cant really say. came by after calling to pick up contact lens after being told didnt need appointment, had been here 3 times for lens that didnt work for me. I was told I owed them 850 dollars for lens I had returned on a prior visit, which was a mistake on their part. So Im piss to say the least. Made an appointment today to come in an pickup lens, was told today they had been sent back. I would have told them to kiss off, but insurance has already paid. Obviously my business isnt wanted here are anybody that looks me. After I get lens will not return.

The eye trends in Conroe, everyone is very polite, they made the experience quick without being rushed and helped and accommodated to everything needed.

My initial experience with this location was poor. I found the place via google and needed to make an appointment for my son. The receptionist was very rude when creating the appointment. I then asked if she could look into my insurance information because I was due for an exam as well. She was absolutely lazy and tried to get my off the phone because she didn’t want to do the work. I was then transferred to another lady and she also tried to brush it off as well. Frustrated I went into the office with my son. He had an appointment and I was left being placed on the phone still. Fortunately, Jacob was able to see my frustrations and helped me by contacting my insurance to see when I’m eligible for an annual exam. He went above my expectations to correct what the other colleagues failed to do; customer service. If it wasn’t for Jacob I would have rated it a one star.Please train your staff to be kind and most importantly learn why customer service matters.

The most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. Sat in waiting room for 1-1/2 hours only to find out someone had signed me out. How is that for customer service. Do not ever deal with these people. Waste of your time. What is really outrageous is they actually have a sign in the front door “glasses in two hours”. LMAO. Went in this month to get my new prescription of contacts and glasses, gave them my insurance card and they said I had no vision insurance, I was thrown off and I asked them to please call and make sure, few minutes went by and they came back and said I had no insurance and they say they made the call too.I beleived them and literally just emptied my whole wallet because I needed it regardless.Yesterday I call my insurance to get things situated with my insurance and they proceed to say Ive had vision insurance since 2020 and its still effective. Now Im mad and betrayed because now I got to file a claim and have no idea where to start.So in all honesty i felt robbed, lied to, and now Ive lost all trust with eyetrends. Im starting to feel this isnt my screw up because the people didnt do their job to call my insurance and now all Im thinking about is what if they dont care about their customers and they are just in it for the money and robbing people that are struggling and have alot of health problems. Now Im broke with no money to actually take care of my other health needs.
