Bait and switch tactics are common. I didnt figure out a way to give them a minus 5 stars, or I would have. Stay away unless you want to get screwed.

I will never go to this boost mobile store, the employees do not know the products and are very rude, i usually go to the store that is close to downtown Conroe, i decided to give this store a chance, once inside the store I quickly remembered the reason that I stopped coming to this store. The manager was as rude as the young lady that was working maybe they were about to close and did not want to be bothered. Please do not go to this store if you want good service and a helpful, knowledgeable staff. Thanks for nothing, have an awesome day..

Went last night to get the deal por the IPhone i7 they have going on for $49.99 per phone when you switch, I was going to switch 4 lines here until they told me I can get the deal per phone but I have to pay them for the taxes for the price of the phone, ($399.99 ) why in the world this people believe I was going to pay them taxes for the total amount of $1,200.00 when the special said $49.99 per phone, they was charging me insurance, screen protectors, cases, activation fee per line and the advanced monthly billTHEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN RIDICULOUSStay away from this store the foreign guy and that young lady in the store last night are nothing more than thieves. I will be reporting this business.

Im very upset to say I paid my monthly plan and I have had my galaxy j7 for one year and they said some eternally is wrong with my phone.. but they would not refund my $50 monthly bill that I was not able to use cuz the phone I got from them stopped working. I barely have any scratches on my phone...

I got 2 phone from them got home and had no service so next day I went back and they said it was fixed got home still the same went back was told it fixed did this 7 times in 11days went to other store to find out our phones are defect went to the store and was told sorry passed your 7 days so u pay to send it back and be without a phone for 7 days I will take my business to someone else. Staff is very friendly and comprehensive and are always ready and willing to help, I go here all the time when im going to pay my bill or if i have any problems i go to them and they do everything they can to help me out, they also have awsome deals and i recomend this Boost moble store 110%. I bought a Sim and activated my service .it worked for 2 days and then stopped working. I went in to this location and told them my problem and the girl tells me they dont sell Sim cards that u can go to Best buy and buy another one. I asked her how she sold phones and service if they didnt have Sim cards and she told me she only has iPhone Sims. She went in to tell me several more lies and I walked away unhappy and they didnt care about their customers satisfaction.

I was told that the phone i picked out was a good phone, and i have had nothing but problems with it, i knew i should have waited till the phone i wanted was in stock.

Horrible service called for iPhone 6 deal she said 150 for everything then when I asked why so much she couldnt fully explain, if the phone is 30 with activation about 55 plus my plan 50 is 105 then she said she cannot sell it without the bundle deal which was with case and screen protector and she was charging me insurance when I didnt want any then got a horrible attitude not recomended
