Very speedy and kind service! I was about to buy a used Mazda from another dealer and wanted to have it inspected by a third party, so I brought it to Gullo Mazda. Gullo Mazda walked me through a detailed assessment which gave me complete confidence in buying the car, and it took less than an hour of my time. I would have been happy to pay for this service, but they insisted on not charging me. Very happy! I will bring my Mazda back if it ever needs service.

I stopped by on a whim just to see what Gullo had used CX9’s. Debbie promptly assisted me in finding their collection of available vehicles and explained each one on the lot. Eventually, I returned and purchased the next member of our family, this beautiful blue CX-9! The whole process was relaxed and easy. There was a minor issue with the vehicle and it was taken care of promptly without question. We can’t wait for our next road trip! Thank you Debbie and the whole Gullo Mazda team.

Do not buy a car here. They do not pay attention to what they are doing, don’t give spare keys, and within a month of having my new car I needed 4 new tires and a new battery. Poor attitude from the employees and all they say is “well it passed inspection at the time”. So their only guarantee is that the car will be safe until you get off the lot. Not helpful.

Okay, so at the dealership they were great. We got there late because my husband and I couldnt get there until after work and they waited for us (even though they should because we purchased our car for cash). The problems started AFTER we received our car.The used car sales manager was firm on the price, which is fine, but after we took delivery we noticed that the charging ports werent working. There was nothing they could do about this. Fiiiine, but it probably should have been reflected in the price. Our biggest problem was receiving our plates. First, no one could tell us why it was taking so long. Both my husband and I called repeatedly. Our paper tags expired, still no plates.I had to call multiple times to get any sort of answer. One time it was that they waiting on our trade in title. WE DID NOT HAVE A TRADE IN, WE PAID CASH. After that, they didnt know who the carrier was that mailed our plates. After multiple phone calls, messages, and texts, we were FINALLY able to receive some answers.I have worked at a car dealership before and our customers would have never been put through the wringer like we were. I dont like being mean and yelling at people but REALLY?!? Its part of the job getting the license plates to their customers. Not sure why they had such a hard time getting ours to us.

I was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship while I was in high school from Mr. Gullo to help me pay for my first year in college at OU. So when it came to my second year into college, the first place that came to mind when car hunting was the Gullo family of dealerships. I have had my 2016 Mazda for a year now, and I have had a great experience with it so far! It drives wonderfully and I have no issues going back and forth from Texas to Oklahoma. Thank you Gullo Mazda for giving me a great experience with my first car. The customer service here is superb, and they really do go above and beyond to taking care of you like family.

As someone who is a gear head, Ive bought my fair share of vehicles (everything from Porsches to Hondas). I can say without doubt that this dealership was my best car buying experience ever. I worked with Debbie Osgood and they were very fair, transparent, fast, and easy to work with. I probably passed 3 mazda dealerships to get here and it was absolutely worth it. There finance manager is also excellent and cuts right through the red tape to explain and help you get a fair deal. I will shop here again and will also look at other Gullo locations for other brands, should the need arise.

New to the Houston/Conroe area, first car buying experience in over six years. Did our homework prior to narrowing down what we wanted. Utilized True CAR services via PEN FED Credit Union. Ended up working with Phillip Brown and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Phillip was calm, professional, and straight forward. He came down on the price that was initially offered on True Car and threw in an option that my wife was looking for to make her new MAZDA CX9 perfect. No games, no back and forth. Salesman(Patrick) was really nice and helpful but the 2 used Mazdas we drove an hour to look at were a mess. One smelled like an old ashtray(and I used to smoke so fresh smoke doesnt bother me) and the other one was dented and had scratches on basically every body panel. And the interior looked like they had a small dog chewing on various parts. Anyway, I would go back but seeing a.car that rough being listed as Certified seemed like a disservice to the Mazda brand. Bought a local one owner car from an individual instead.

I want to say I had a great experience at this location primarily with Logan and Dan. I did my research and decided which car I wanted. Asked for test drive day before. The car was waiting for me to drive. There were no pushy sales people trying to tell me I look good in this car. Very easy transaction and by mid afternoon I was out with a car. This place is awesome. Great customer service- go and see Phillip!I was upset to find out that I wasn’t able to add the Apple Play to my 2020 Mazda 3 after being told I could. It has to come from the factory with Apple Play , otherwise your SOL. So if you like the Mazda 3 and want that feature make sure the car you get comes with it. (Management or owner should make sure that whoever trains their salesman know the facts) I would of bought another Mazda if I knew this.Other than that the staff is 👍🏻

I went today to look at newer MX5’s because I’m planning on buying one in the near future and the man who helped me seemed like he didn’t care, he took me to look at a couple and when we got back to the office he told us bye instantly but before I left I asked him when they would be put on the lot and also asked about maybe test driving one. He asked my age and I told him I’m about to turn 20 and he said I can “test drive one when I can afford one in about 5 years” which was pretty rude to say especially because he knew nothing about me.

I went in for a 6 month check-up to basically just be told I really didnt need to come in until I needed an oil change, fine by me. I went ahead and asked about a problem I was having with my trunk and they went ahead and took a look at it since I was there. They said they found the problem and sent me on my way. My daughter took her new Mazda grand touring in for her apple play to be looked at because it just stopped working. Car is one year old and has a 6 year warranty. She was told it was going to cost $90 for them to look at it because we didn’t buy the car from their dealership and they didn’t install it. Well... it came with apple play. We didn’t have it installed. Just started using Gullo in Conroe for service because we moved to magnolia. I will never take her car back there for Servive again or consider purchasing from this dealership in the future. Our family has four vehicles, all bought brand new, all different makes and we’ve never encountered this from any dealership over the years. Horrible Gullo!!! You saw a teenage girl pull in to your service dept and you didn’t want to help her.

Traded in my 2017 Mazda 3 in for a newer cx5...that was an excellent experience. Took the car in a few days later for a minor issue that was resolved quickly... Unfortunately I had a request that would have taken about 5 minutes to get done but was told by the person handing me back my keys that my request could not be fulfilled as it was physically impossible and just wasnt an option with these vehicles. Even after providing him with the paperwork from another dealership that had done the exact same request to my previous vehicle that I had traded in while also trying to show him the pdf file of the official Mazda tech manual that I had downloaded that outlined the steps. He was 100% it couldnt be done and sent me on my way..... BUT THATS NOT THE END!!! Heres where the Gullo magic came in, normally that would be the end of it and youd go find another dealership to service your car at. Not this time, Dan Wrider gave me a call a few minutes after I had gotten back home, apologized a bit for the misunderstanding and said he had overheard the conversation and would love to try something .I drove back almost immediately and he was waiting for me when I walked in and to be fair he had said he couldnt guarantee he knew how to get it done but would try. He came back in about 5 minutes and apologized again and Gullo Mazda has won a customer for life. I respect a lot of things but when someone goes out of their way to try and help you and cares enough to look into things to get the job done correctly, well thats something I will always value especially if those types of people are working on my vehicle that I drive everyday. I would recommend this place even if it is out of your way, the staff are always friendly, and I have met exemplary people in each department of this place! Shoutout to everyone there from sales to finance to service to parts...five stars well earned.

Not a good experience and didn’t seem trustworthy based on multiple interactions. I regret buying a car here.Extreme low-ball trade offerPurchased a vehicle that needed a part replaced, which the dealer said they were certain would be done by a certain date. When that date rolled around, it was clear they had no idea where the needed part was; were clearly just saying things to get the sale done. This was highly inconvenient for me as a remote buyer.Windshield was replaced as agreed, but remote start antenna not attached back on windshield properlyCar was delivered 800 miles away from it’s next service. Nickle-and-diming on a +$30K certified car.Car was to be delivered with a “full detail”. Interior surfaces weren’t completely wiped down. “Full detail” was a vacuum and quick wash.Took the vehicle to a local Mazda dealership within a week after delivery due to odd noises driving at highway speed; two tires were worn unevenly and needed an alignment. Not sure how Mazda certifies cars, but that’s very disappointing.I hope there are better Mazda dealerships out there as a first time owner of the brand.

Just purchased my new car yesterday 12/19/2019 from Gullo Mazda. Phillip Brown was an awesome salesperson to deal with! I live 70 miles away from Gullo. Many dealers are unwilling to talk unless you come in. Not Gullo Mazda, Phillip was willing to communicate and share information via email. He replied unbelievably quick and other than signing paperwork everything was basically done before I got there. Mitch Ericson in finance was very good as well. Alec- Unprofessional - MisleadingUnworthy of anyone’s trust. After a purchase twenty eight days ago I’m having to totally repair a tire and all of its components. When I contacted Alec regarding the situation he told me it was my problem and that my daughter should’ve asked more questions. He said they don’t have time to walk everyone thru the entire process and he had no idea how many miles had been placed on the car. Twenty eight days- wow. The car should’ve still been under at the least a ninety day warranty. No responsibility. No respect. No courtesy. No compassion. The recall was urgent enough that the dealership I took the car to for repairs gave us a loaner. Wow. You guys should listen to the mission statement and video from the owner. It sounds nothing like the service you actually receive.#disappointedcustomerwillnotreturn

I use the service dept to do my transmission fluid flush every 50000 miles. This past week I called to set it up and Misael C. set me up an appointment for the next morning. I dropped off my car before work and they were able to take care of an issue they found, do the maintenance, take care of a recall fix, and did my oil change all before lunch time. Misaels constant communication with me regarding my car was amazing and best part I missed no work. Thank you guys!

The worst service center ever! Took my car in for a check-up only to find out they did nothing to my car, they assured me it ran just fine but they didnt even check my spark plugs. Literally had one that wasnt connected when I checked at my house, not to mention a coupling holding my driveshaft together broke right after I left but they didnt seem to notice that either while it was on the lift. Had to go to a shop in town to get it fixed for a reasonable price. Overcharged me so they could do nothing and act like they really know whats wrong with my car

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I went in to get my headlight assembly fixed and they replaced my recalled airbag also. It didnt take long to do both. It was a pleasant experience. I will go back if i need to have anything else done. I will definitely recommend them.

Logan is a Knowledgeable salesperson with a relaxed, no-pressure sales demeanor. She is willing to deal, listened to my needs and respected the boundaries I set.The process was fast and smooth. I will never buy a vehicle from here again. The sales person was great my problem is with the finance department. They added a warranty that I did not ask for, yes I should of paid closer attention to the numbers so this is partially my fault. However I still feel it is unethical to add something without telling the client. Then, when I finally realized they added $2k onto my loan for a warranty that was unnecessary I tried to cancel it. I went in and signed the documentation and was told I should see it reflected on my loan within 30 days. That was 3 months ago and still no refund to the lien holder, my sales person provided me with the finance departments email address. I have sent multiple emails with no response.Since I posted this I was contacted and the issue was taken care of with diligence. They even back dated the refund on the warranty to when I originally signed the paperwork. I greatly appreciate everything they did to rectify the issue.

Every time I go to the service department for maintenance, they always do a great job and do it quickly. Overall great car dealership. I will most likely buy my next car from there.

Dan, the Service manager was excellent. He was knowledgeable and timely. He made sure everything was done before the estimated date of completion, all during the Christmas holidays. Only gripe, was that they did miss installing a relay I mentioned was missing, however, all of the other issues I mentioned were taken care of in a timely manner.

Worry-free car buying! The entire customer experience, from sales to finance, is very enjoyable. The whole staff is friendly and they really try to give you the best deal possible. I inquired on a MX-5 online and Phillip was super quick to respond with a great price up front without trying to haggle me. They gave me the trade-in value I was looking for and just made the deal worthwhile. Very happy with the car!

We made arrangements to go to Gullo Mazda in Conroe to have the car serviced. This was the easiest most pleasant car purchasing experience I have ever had. I have purchased well over 10 cars in my lifetime. The attention and respect that was given to my family was appreciated. Eric our sales expert made sure we didnt just test drive our car, he helped us to experience the true handling of the car. We got a fair offer on our trade which met what I was expecting so no surprises, and without a haggle gave us the purchase price of their vehicle. Their price was right at what I had researched, in fact they slightly beat the price that I had anticipated, again without the annoying haggle. The financing took a bit long, but that was only for the wait for a loan officer. We were there close to closing, so I understand the delay with that. Our experience at finance went better than expected. They didnt go and start beating you up for the second sale. They asked if we wanted any additional items added to the car, and gave us the paperwork to fill out. We were not pressured at any time to by an extended warranty, tire insurance, or end of the world protection.We went in prepping ourselves to say no to the extended warranty. In the end we asked to see it and were surprised at how inexpensive the offering. We could not turn it down. In the end I left satisfied with my purchase and felt like I made a transaction rather than a hustle. I would recommend to others and I have already sent references that way.

And later when the normally stressful time to work out a price and financing came along, Jeff Surratt made the process easy with his honest and friendly service. I love the service at Gullo Mazda! Always super helpful fast, and respectful. I have had my car to two years and I put ALOT of miles on her, so they see me often. I have only had one issue throughout this time and they went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and I was happy. Mr. Williams is always there to great me as I pull up and remembers me. The lady behind the desk is shower sweet. I am HUGE on customer service, and they get an A+ from me!
