Really good service.. They didnt have the wheels i wanted at their location so they drove to 1 of their other locations to get them instead of sending me. I thought that was very awesome.I couldnt be more pleased with my visit & I love the new wheels..

Yesterday TOMMY MILLER JR. the Manager at this store TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME for the 2nd time in a row when I needed NEW TIRES for my vehicle. BOTH TIMES I had some trying family circumstances and TOMMY CAME THRU FOR ME on the pricing and the USUAL GOOD SERVICE!....He not only priced me out BUT GOT ME IN REAL QUICK to have my tires installed WHILE I WAITED!!!......He even helped me open a Discount Tires Credit Card so I could get a REBATE and told me to call him if I dont get the rebate in a timely fashion. Good clean store and Excellent Service......Thanks again Tommy!

My family and I have been coming here for years and have never been dissatisfied. Cameron and Jacob were extremely helpful while being personable and professional to really top off a 5-star customer service experience. The product and quality of the actual car service was great. My one nit-pick: I happened to learn one day after coming to Discount Tire that I needed new brakes. Even though its not a service they provide (I dont think), I wouldve really appreciated a heads up if they noticed it. Still all in all a 5-star experience.

The staff was great and the techs were awesome. We dropped in 30mins before closing and I needed 2 boat tires swapped because I had to travel the next morning. They swapped and balanced the tires and reinstalled them with proper torquing. 👍🏼👍🏼 2 thumbs up

OMG as long as I have been dealing with discount tires, I have NEVER received the utmost professional quick and respectful services than I received from the ENTIRE staff at the Conroe tire shop.And it might be a little father from where I live but they will continue to be my tire fixer because of their excellent customer serviceThanks guys

Dont book appointments early they have a hard time with the 1st few vehicles. I had my gmc slip off a jack and the had to get a new rim for it but that had to wait a few day. It is the same basic thing as any other Corporation.

Overbooked! Tires are a necessity, so I understand a busy place. Waiting two and a half hours for a tire rotation and a couple of walk out tire mounts was ridiculous. Seems like they need to book less appointments, so they can handle walk in business or go to appointments only!

Good tire shop. Do expect for at LEAST a two hour wait though as they are always busy. Best bet is to come in right as they open at 8 AM, but even then there is often several other cuatomers waiting outside.

Went in today right at 8AM. Needed a nail removal and patch on my rear tire. I knew my tread was low on that tire. They confirmed this. Tried to upsell me on a full set of new tires. This was expected, and quickly dismissed by me. I did however know that my other rear tire was badly worn as well. They confirmed this as well. I was able to haggle two new tires with warranty for my rear end for a decent price. They werent the best of the best, or the cheapest tires, but he worked with me on the price. They wanted, for that tire and size, $185 for one tire with warranty and tax and all that. I got two tires with the same warranties for $300. Service was quick and friendly. I went in just wanting a patch, but walked out within 30 minutes knowing I made my family car safer, and got a pretty good deal at the same time, with warranty. Thanks guys.

I personally would NOT go to this location. All I wanted was 2 new rear tires and they scratched 3 of my rims in the process. They did replace one of the rims for free, but even when management told the technicians to be careful, they still scratched the PVD chrome rims on my truck. To make matters worse, they underinflated my brand new tires I just purchased. I did not realize this till after I got home.All Im saying is we expect discount tire to not scratch our rims when getting new tires, as well as getting the basics right, like inflating the tires to the correct pressure.Be careful with this location

Everything you want from a tire place. They said there were 10 cars ahead of me and that they were on a 12 car/ hour pace. It was accurate.

I have bought all my tires here in the past 6 years or so.The other day I was in a hurry as my daughter was in the hospital. I went to my truck and my tire was low in the hospital garage. Had my compressor with me and aired it up. From there was running to gather a few things at home to take back to Texas Childrens. Didnt want to get caught in a bad spot so I stopped back at discount to have them patch or fix the issue (a nail in the tire close to sidewall).Under warranty they replaced the tire, but even though they were busy they squeezed me in understanding the perdicimant I was in and the rush to get going.I saw the technician replacing my tires physically sprinting to get me taken care of as fast as possible.That alone in itself is worth my business for life. Customer service has always been acceptional but I will never forget this.

I ordered my tires last Monday. Was told that all 4 should be here by Friday. I called Friday and only 3 tires showed up. The guy said the last one is in Houston and it will be here Saturday by 2. So I scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 3pm. I call Saturday at 2:15pm my tire still hasnt shown up. So he says Monday my tire will show up. Monday comes. They call saying my tire showed up. Awesome!!!! I check in at 3:30. I tell the guy that Im going to go eat. He says your car will be done at 6:30. Be sure to be here at 6:30. We close at 6. I show up at 6:10. My car still has no tires on it. 6:50 pm rolls around finally they pull my car in. At 7:20pm. My car is finally finished. I waited 6 days to get my tires in and 4 hours to put my tires on. Thank you discount tire. I have waited long enough. It is time to take my business elsewhere.

Took 3 hrs. to get tires rotated. They talk a good service, but have more business than they can handle it current management is poor or both.

I love THIS STORE!!!I love my discount tire anyway, but this store is WINNING!So I got there 50 minutes before they opened, I waited patently in the car, but about 10 minutes before opening we started gathering around the door (because rude people who got there after I did wanted to be first 😑) and im a little peeved at the other people but its not a huge deal, but I have been HERE waiting .....So the guys line up at the door energy amazing! Like im terrified of tires, but the way they all acted with the team work and ready to go energy made me wanna work here too!! I work in retail and deal in customer service, so I know first hand how trying customers can be, but they where READY!!Im guessing it was the manager that came out first, THEY HAD BEEN WATCHING EVERYONE PULL IN TO THE PARKING LOT, called us out IN ORDER, and his guys where infront ready to get your needs addressed, it was like military precision, only they where happy about it, good customer care makes me so happy I just love these guys

They broke the seat in my car and refuse to do anything about it.

Showed up for a simple balance and rotation. I have already been here 2 hours and there are STILL 5 cars in front of me not counting any appointments that may come in. I understand there were people here before me and appointments coming in regularly, but if you can only turn 2-3 cars every 30 minutes, and you schedule 1-2 appointments every 30 minutes, DONT TELL WALK-INS THAT IT WILL BE A 1.5 HOUR WAIT. You obviously cant keep up.

They where horribly busy but them guys work hard, fast , and together to get the job done. This has always been my experience no matter which one Ive went to in the Conroe/Woodlands area.

Tyler Tuey is always very helpful when our family comes to the store. Whether it’s for a simple check or it’s time to make a new decision on rims and wheels. Tyler is very knowledgeable and top notch the service. As always everyone in the store is helpful as well and I really see them work as a team.And we even pass up three other discount tires and drive out to their store because of their service and knowledge.

Despite being busy was a little early for my appointment Jacob got me in early and and out early no high pressure salel tactics very professional i always get my tires at discount will keep on doing so

The guys & gals here are almost always swamped with work. Seldom do I stop in & not hear about a 2+ hour turn around. Today was no exception, but they had me out in about an hour & a half. Tommy runs a pretty tight ship. We have 3 sets of trailer tires from them, & 2 trucks. Ive used Discount Tire in Ok, KS, MO, MN & about 20 shops in Texas - this 1 is top of my list.

They were SLAMMED BUSY!! But ~ The guys there were friendly, entertaining, made fresh coffee, offered cold water. The waiting area was large & clean. The Ladies restroom was also very clean and well decorated! It took a little longer than expected, but the volume of vehicles serviced that day was insane!! They got it done and all is well!

First freeze of the season and there’s a bunch of cars taking advantage of the free air check. I went, and the young man had a great attitude, despite the cold! Next day, I noticed my tire pressure down again. That likely meant my tires were leaking. I looked and looked and looked to find a nail. I found nothing. I take it to discount tire that evening. The store closes at 6. I get there at 5 and one of the workers says they can get it done tonight! Even though they close at six, they make sure to take care of everyone who comes in before closing. There were many others ahead of me so the wait was going to be until 7:30. But nope, I got my car back one hour earlier than expected! I am so grateful for their diligence and warm service!I highly recommend getting your tires at discount tires with the warranty. I am only in Conroe for a bit, so my usual store is elsewhere. But since I had warranty, they fixed my tire for free! This is a great comfort, honestly. Even if I’m far from home, as long as there is a Discount tire, they are linked and my tires will be cared for! This branch is awesome!

Heading back to Dallas after my husbands chemo treatment at MD Anderson we realized we had a low tire. Fortunately we were only a couple of miles from Discount Tires. We have bought our tires from Discount Tires for years. Devin, the young man who inspected our tire, told us the wait was 1.5 - 2hrs.Upon learning we were on our way home from chemo treatment, Devon said let me talk to the guys in the shop. We were back on the road in 30 minutes with a new tire for $16.00.I cant say enough good things about them. Down through the yrs they have repairs our flats, balanced tires, etc. - all at little or no cost, no matter where we have been in the country.Additionally, after a life-time of service in the non-profit sector, I can tell you Discount Tires is a very responsible company. They provide grants to non-profits. And they smartly involve their employees in the decision making process as to where those funds go by engaging them in the research and review process. We very highly recommend them.

They need to slow down and pay a little closer attention to detail. I took my car in for a rotate and balance after I had gotten my car aligned. I drove in fine and when I left, I noticed my car was tugging to the left. I called the shop back and took it back to check the air on my tires. Turns out no one checked the air on my tires after they did the rotate and balance. I pulled up and another tech aired me right up. He said all 4 tires had different air pressure. He apologized for the other techs errors and got me on my way. I understand Saturdays are busy, but my husband used to work at a discount before and fast doesnt always get the job done.

Make u sit out side, while u wait for an employee to come find out what you need. Once you tell an employee what you need they take you inside the store so they can get on a computer. Dumbest sh__ I have seen..I left, they did not and will not be getting any of my money
