One of their drivers, in one of their company box trucks, while working his shift decided to STEAL a 1400.00 kayak and 800.00 worth of carbon fiber paddles out of my front yard as i was down at the water. Claimed it was dump day and i must of been throwing it out. If it wasnt for my neighbor catching him the act, i never would of known. Over an hour later it was returned. And yes, the driver still works for them!If you see one of their trucks on your street, and there is nobody doing construction on that street, call the cops and you might of just been robbed!

We ordered faucets and new sink 6 weeks prior to scheduled install date with local plumbing company. We were told faucets are all in stock but sink is three weeks out. No problem, plenty of time before scheduled appointment. We wanted to pay for all products at that time, but were told if the local plumbing company was going to do work they will send the order to them and they can pass their discount onto us. So nothing to pay today. When the local plumbing company needed their deposit to do the work a week before service was to be conducted, the products were not even ordered yet! Local plumbing company placed the order that day, now we are three weeks out again. We scheduled time off from work weeks prior and now local plumbing company have no products to install. Call to the Granite Group was pretty much greeted by, oh well. Over $1200 in products we purchased, if the products were ordered the day we picked them out and wanted to pay for them we wouldn’t have to now try and schedule another day off from work. You would think they would offer at least a discount off total price of their products. Bad customer experience. We will not order through them again.

Complete scum! Avoid at all costs! I ordered from them and was unable to receive the delivery due to a family emergency. The item was returned to them and they kept my $2200.
