Okay tools at a good price. I have found that the cheaper tools last all of about a year if used regularly. But considering theyre a fraction of the cost of other tools at big box stores cant go wrong.

Im a new customer, but so far Ive been able to find what I need. Staff is helpful in locating items and prices are very reasonable.

Harbor Freight has cool stuff (providing youre not expecting too much out of Chinese tools) but they are good for the price. Been in this store twice after work and had to wait at the checkout for what I thought was a really long time. Cashiers seemed grumpy. I didnt leave with that happy- shopping experience.

I had never been to a Harbor Freight Store and wanted to check it out as I needed some Replacement TOOLS.Their Prices were good so I bought a few items. I will find about the Quality of these items as I use them in the Coming months.

I visited this store over the weekend. I was unable to locate what I was looking for. The Manager was very helpful by looking up the item for me. The Manager was very professional but and informative!

They have the largest variety of tools and the prices are not bad either. The quality of some of the lower end power tools should be avoided, for a few extra dollars you can get a great tool.

First time in concord store. Nice and small in and out. Bigger stores have same items in 6 places nice to see things where they belong.

Awesome sales help and the cashier as a kid was very motivated about life and made me proud to see a young kid being so motivated asked me me about some advice on buying a home or land and we had a great chat

Experienced fantastic customer service today. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Just picked up a new toolbox and a couple sets of LED trailer lights. Manchester is normally my go to spot (also great service) but concord is closer and my new favorite.

I wish I could say I experienced a fantastic customer service but I didnt.Was in the store today asked a young man where the media blasters were and if he knew anything about them he tried to take me in a whole different direction than the media blasters were. Seem to know nothing about them.So I spoke with the manager on duty and he seemed like he couldnt wait to be rid of me Will not go to Concord again first and last time

Went into the Concord New Hampshire store today to purchase a MIG welder to my surprise you have to order them.It will take two to three weeks to arrive I was told . I dont know about other people But when I go to a store to purchase something I expect to be able to get it then When I need it Not in two to three weeks I need it now.What a shame brand new store empty shelves unhappy customer They should stock at least one of everything they sell.

So glad that they finally have a location in concord. Went in thinking I would be spending $150+ on what I needed, ended up using coupons and saving $39! Only spent $86! Great deal, the products are awesome for DIYers. Cashier was very pleasant and I joined the reward program!

We got a Predator generator from here. Typically, we evaluate the importance of a tool before getting it here, but this generator has really high reviews. So far, so good.

I really like the selection of power tools and attachments for any application. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. But, checkout was bogged due to a problem with the connection between the cash register and server, I was only able to pay with cash. Overall, it is a great substitute for the recent closing of Sears in my area.

Always have what we need in stock. Well organized layout, helpful employees. Store practices very good sanitizing of register areas and social distancing. Always helpful accepting online coupons in the store.

This is a really nice store, people are more then willing to help you the store manager came up to me and asked if he could answer any questions that I had about air compressors that is not going to happen at Home depot or Lowes.

HF is starting to charge more and offer less. I guess the business needs to make sense.

Many things are not commercial quality, but are good affordable homeowner tools.

New store in Concord just opened up last week has a pretty wide variety of tools and equipment prices seem to be reasonable and the employees seem to be ready to help you when you need it. Might be a good idea to stop by and check it out for yourselves
