I have used R&S multiple times over 10+ years. They helped me keep my old gate operator going for many years. Then they installed a new operator along with all the necessary security upgrades.My 5 year old operator finally experienced a failure. Their technician quickly diagnosed the problem and identified the solution. Each time they have responded promptly and always followed up. Each time the technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.I have 2 gates and would not even consider using another company.

Ryan Magante was the technician that came out to fix my garage door. He was fast , did quality and gave awesome service. He also gave me tops on keeping my door in good working condition. I highly reccomend this company and would definitely use them again!!

I am President of the Chateau Gamay HOA and we have entrance and exit gates to the HOA. A weld broke on the exit side gate and I called Vanessa to send someone out to repair as soon as possible. Jacob from R&S came out and re-welded and reinforced the bracket, repaired the arm motor in record time. Great quality work and great customer service. We have used R&S for over 15 years and have always received best in class service.

Great company. Good service and friendly people. Dana was a big help I called getting me to the right person when I called. Vannessa has been great to work with regarding billing. Johny has been helpfull with my problem gate figuring out fixes. Yesterday Jesse and Tony came out to adjust the gate. They did a good job of fixing the gate so it closed correctly. Both were friendly and helpfull and explained what was wrong and what they were going to do. Thank you. I know I will be calling again in the future.

The crew was fantastic and the job could not have gone smother. They were timely, easy to work with, and completed the job much faster than I thought they would. Their equipment is modern, clean and the workers are professional.The door opening for my building is an odd size and R&S was able to accommodate the special height without any trouble at all.I am very pleased with the service R&S provided.

The technician was friendly & efficient. The sticker on the garage door was so old that I knew the door had not been serviced in a long time. A testament to how reliable the unit installation was. The company gave us a window when the repair could be made, and it made good on its promise.

I had them come over to fix our gate. In about 10 minutes they told me that the issue was with our phone line, so Ill have to call my phone company. They charged me $250 to tell me that....

Our dual estate gates with elite operators have recently been serviced by RS Erection of Concord. Theyve always arrived on schedule and we couldnt ask for more qualified technicians. Security gate systems like ours at times require more than one service call to perfect after a malfunction but in every instance over the past twelve years RS Erection has performed well. Most recently we were impressed with Johnny of RS Erection who quickly and efficiently diagnosed a limit switch and wiring issue affecting the timing of one gate. We use an Re-1 entry system and would wholeheartedly recommend them for gate services.

Frank was punctual, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed my garage door in no time and answered all my questions. Now my door is smooth and quiet and I couldnt be more pleased.

Lets start with Vanessa in the front office. She was pleasant to talk with, returned my calls promptly, jumped through hoops to make an appointment fit my schedule as I was leaving town and wanted to ensure the gates to my property were working. Two techs from R&S arrived to review my problem with the right side gate not opening or closing. They quickly and systematically determined that both arms were working fine, but the section of the mother board that communicates with the right side gate failed, as both gates worked when plugged into the left side. They showed me that I needed a new mother board. I received a bid to repair via email the next morning which was reasonably priced and I approved the repair. They were polite, competent, quick and didnt mind that I watched them during most of their time here as I wanted to know more about how the system works. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.

The worst place to do business with. Ive met with Thom Morgan on April 4. Explained everything to him. He said he will calculate and send me an estimate within a few days. I explained to him that our gate has been constantly open and and swinging so need to fix ASAP. I havent heard from them for over a week. Finally, I left a message and sent an email asking why is it taking such a long time for an estimate. Within the next few days I finally received a few options. I signed papers and received an email that they will contact me to set up a time. No one called again for a few days. I called and finally set up time for Tuesday, April 25 between 2 and 5. On Tuesday morning I received a call that they need to reschedule to Friday morning. I took a day off of work, another guy, not Thom, shows up and only has 1 part to install, the lock. I am asking him, what about the buzzer? The whole point is to be able to open the gate door from the house and not walk outside to unlock it. Poor fellow had no explanation. So, now the door is still not fixed, the guy had to leave because he didnt want me to be charged twice, and Thom Morgan did not return my email. I do NOT recommend this company and will report to BBB.

Jonathan called and asked me if it was ok if he came early since he was available earlier than expected. He was so polite and thoughtful. I opened the front door and gestured in and he asked if it was ok if he walked through the house or if I had a side door he could go around. He was super kind to my 3 year old who wanted to talk to him. He finished repairing the garage door quickly and showed me what to look for going forward. I highly recommend!

A customer backed into our big front door and caused damage to the door and the track. R & S came right out and fixed it. They replaced the damaged door panels and opened the track so that the doors could open and close easily. Great work!
