I can only speak to the ice cream as its the only thing Ive gotten here. I enjoyed all flavors so far and so has the fam. They also give very generous portions IMO. I even just stick to the kids cup as its plenty (about 2 generous scoops). The service has always been great and everyone is really friendly. Theres also lots to do around as they are revamping downtown.

Nice spot in downtown concord..prices on the high side for sub Friendlys type of ice cream do they make there own ? If not they should find a new vendor..here we go the hot fudge tasted like Hershey syrup..the whip cream was ready whip..the cherry was the jarred red kind.. why not use real Bing cherries?..why not mix your own whip cream..why not use real fudge..why not have booths with wit service..the best ice cream parlors do these things..what the do I do better at home Ben and Jerrys..

Lovely place. Very nice people. Many flavors to choose from. All of the ones we tried had very mild flavor, so dont expect Trader Joes coffee Blast Intensity! $8 for two regular sized cups of iced cream, so not cheap. Wed definitely go back if we were in the area.

Classic ice cream shop with MANY different choices. You can really get anything you want as long as you ask, i know a root beer float isnt on the menu but if I get a root beer from the vintage fridge in the corner and choose a flavor everyone is very pleased to make one for me. Their menu consists of many ice cream flavours, smoothies, banana splits, and sometimes baked brownies or cookies are displayed near the front usually for 2 or 3 bucks. Lovely place right across the stress from a vintage game adult arcade parked in the middle of downtown concord.

Love love love this place! Lots of flavors to choose from with unlimited combinations! Its exactly what ice cream heaven would be if it were a thing. I devoured a apple pie sundae with traditional toppings. Just when i thought i was through all the layers there was one more made of hot fudge at the bottom of the (shareable) sized Sundae cup. ❤ Not sure if hes the owner but Henry was also very pleasant. The mastermind behind my Sundae (i did not catch his name), young fellow, maybe high school aged was also very courteous, patient, and jumpstarted my experience by sharing the different ways he could make the Sundae. This is the type of place I would bring my husband for our date night or a mid shopping treat while were out and about. I just wish the seating was more accomodating. However! That red park bench is definitely a statement piece. 😋

This place has some of the best ice cream. It is very creamy, smooth and full of flavor. They carry an extensive variety and the staff are friendly and attentive to customer requests.

Great place to stop and get ice cream with the kids. They have a variety of ice cream and a few toppings to choose from. They have a bunch of cup sizes so that you can get the kiddos the perfect size. During the summer it gets packed quick. We went Saturday at 8 PM and it was still busy, but worth the wait.

I’m sure the winter months are hard, but when google shows 10pm and you know most likely it’s winter hours and actually closes at 9, you expect a place to be open until 9! At 8:46 the doors are locked and the chairs upside down. I love this place and 9 times out of 10 it’s 5 ⭐️ from me, but the first warm night of all nights should be the one that’s open until at the very least the closing hour!

This is a great local ice cream shop. I come here frequently for a waffle cone. There is a great selection of products: cones, sundaes, milkshakes, sandwiches, and a great variety of different ice creams, all made from their own recipes. Great atmosphere as well, and located right on the main way on Union Street. Prices are very good, and little to no wait time. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating. Also offers bottled beverages.

Yo this place is simply exquisite. The atmosphere is completely unique in that you leave the sidewalk and enter a warped dimension of nostalgia and creamy goodness! Whats more, the maker of all the goodness is right there! Making more goodness! I love this spot and recommend it to all who love ice cream.

I loved the variety here. The key lime pie and the banana pudding were delicious. Really youd be safe to choose any but you can always sample. Great price for serving size. Great place to visit and enjoy a treat.

Took my family from out of town here. Prices are fair, portions are pretty big, and there is a VERY wide variety of flavors. Ice cream sandwiches are BIG, can definitely share it between two people. We all loved it.

Cabarrus creamery is amazing. The falvors are amazing. I just love visiting it. Parking in front of it sometimes get troublesome in weekends but I guarantee you will love it. The quantity is enough for two if you take a single. Just try it out. The best thing to do in Charlotte.

Great ice cream. Fair prices. The only staff i saw during my visit was very friendly. The only negative thing i can think of is the limited seating. Over all a pretty good treat for the whole family.

It was good and they have a decent variety of flavors and ice cream options but I have to dock a star because the paper container they use to hold some of the banana split and ice cream sandwich was subpar. My wife literally had ice cream dripping from the bottom of her container.

Best birthday cake ice cream ever!!Having tried ice cream in lots of different places in different cities I can almost guarantee that this is the best birthday cake ice cream in the world! lol I think I got carried away but definitely this is my favorite and I try to come here every time Im in town.

Had a great experience here! Hubby took me out for my birthday and this is where we decided to get dessert! I loved the vintage vibe they had, as well as friendly staff, a huge selection of ice cream and clean facility. We got the banana spilt to share and still couldn’t finish it, you definitely get what you pay for plus more! Highly recommended and if you love pictures make sure and use their flavor wall for a insta worthy pic!

Quaint ice cream shop with the best customer service & absolutely delicious ice cream. My first time there & I will definitely return again & again..... I sat on the bench outside in front of the bldg and chatted with those walking by and each of them commented on how tasty the Cabarrus Creamery is & they hoped I was enjoying my waffle cone. The experience was great & the ice cream was even better!

Lots of ice cream flavors including some more unusual ones such as strawberry cheesecake, a wonderfully tart sliced lemon, and birthday cake. Yummy old fashioned milkshakes and design-your-own cookie ice cream sandwiches made with homemade cookies. Ironically co-located with a CrossFit studio behind them.

Service was wonderful; very friendly and patient. Ice cream is out of this world. You get a lot for the price.

Went in so my boyfriend could order a banana milkshake and they did not know how to make one. Thay said they could cut up bananas and put it in the milkshake, but it wouldnt taste like banana at all unless they put banana pudding ice cream in it. Yet I can go 2 minutes up the street and order a perfectly good banana milkshake from the Soft Serve Ice Cream Parlor.

Somewhere along the way, a word-of-mouth claim that this place sells homemade ice cream began to circulate. Perhaps that was true of the original Creamery, which went out of business in 1999, but the current Creamery (established 2009 under different ownership) makes no such claims. If their Sliced Lemon flavour is any indication (I saw them change the container on the afternoon of 28 July 2016), their source is a company called Greenwood. So folks, please quit spreading this homemade ice cream rumour: sooner or later, its bound to result in someone criticising them for a claim they dont even make.Their ice cream is good; its just not homemade.

We heard great things about this place and drove there from Harrisburg. The website/ google ex... said they were open until 8 on sundays. When we arrived at 6 they were closed. We called and the answering machine message had the same hours as google and the website. Very disappointing.
