Apples are always delicious. Our favorites are the apple pie apple and the rocky road.

I went there with my kids on Monday 07/19/21. I bought 4 apples 2 white chocolate chip a rocky road and normal Carmel. I went to cut them the next day and when I looked at the middle of the apply it was brown and had green mold inside both of the white chocolate chip apples. It was the worst experience ever. I sent a email to the company and have not heard back.

Not super big on chocolate but they have good treats. Many options for caramel apples. Can add up but always worth it.

The young girls just dont have the customer service skills I am used to. A couple are more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping the customer. One was trying to help me and another kept interrupting.

This was by far the most pleasant, professional and tasty experience ever. I had ordered thru Dash Delivery after speaking with Prakash on the phone about the details of the order I wanted. When my very close friends who recently moved to Alamo, CA received it everything was perfect including the timing of the delivery which was exactly as I was told by the store. The kids loved the colorful sprinkled marshmallows sticks, my friends loved the dark & white choc covered strawberries, and decorative baked cinnamon apple. Even their dog loved the dog treat and that showed he was special too.Linda W.

It was a good experience, I just wish they would have had a larger box for the big quantity that I ordered but I guess they dont get customers buying alot anymore. But they did make it work and gave me a few cute boxes for free ( atleast I thought she said free 🤣)

The chocolate covered strawberries are super good and theyre super big strawberries.

They say they open at 10. It’s 10:15 and they’re still not open. Pregnant lady needs chocolate covered strawberries! Been sitting here waiting for what feels like forever! They even have a shipment of strawberries and apples sitting in front of there door. I think I’ll take one.

Worse place ever i used to love it and yesterday as I purchased 10 chocolate cover strawberries for a treat i discover i has a couple raw and moldy strawberries, it was so gross ans i felt sick that i bite that strawberry. I called at 7:45 to fild a complain because that is a sanitation issue ans the guy basically said he could do nothing for me but replace it like i would want to ever eat there again. I ask for my money back and he said there was nothing he could do and sorry. Worse customer service and discusting place i saw other review and i wish i would had check before wasting 25 dollar in this horrible place making a bad name for suck a great company. I purchased thing in Monterrey and sf and never had a issue even when something was wrong with my order they would replace and give my money back. Please make sure your food is in good condition and not moldy.

What a worst place to be , it was musty. Foul smell all over the store and the apples smell the same way too. Had a bit of chat with the employee who was working , they where complaining that they weren’t paid properly, sometimes they were paid two weeks past the pay check. This store need to be reported to labor department.

Amazing!!!!! Ive never been disappointed with anything ive ever gotten and ive tried almost everything, their carmel/candied apples and chocolate dipped cheesecake is to die for. Plus the service is always WONDERFUL : )!
