One of the best chromebooks Ive ever owned was the Acer C910 Chromebook 15.6-inch Laptop, which unfortunately was discontinued many years ago. Purchased a used iMac from them in Oct. of 2017 computer stopped working completely Feb. 2018. 4mos. Guys were nice, but offered me NO recourse. Wouldnt let me send it in for Service. Will not purchase from them again.

Our computer obtained a really bad virus where we couldnt do a single thing on it. We run our business off this computer. I called them and they asked me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. It only took them one day to correct the problem and have me back in business the very next day. I had also asked for a cord to connect my printer and they threw that in for me also. They exceeded my expectations by far. Thank you Coretek!

Good window dressing, shady business. Selling devices (Nook SimpeTouch) with minimal specs (256mb) as the standard models (2GB) without notifying the buyer. Judging by how carefully they avoid to mention any memory size on all their storefronts (Amazon, Ebay), this is not only intentional but a regular practice. So Coretek... you get extra $5 and lose a return customer. Genius!

You could go to the Apple Store I suppose. But they will just send you home without any help most times. I took my work computer, a Mac Book Pro to these guys and they had me out the door with a repaired machine.I found the Mac tech to be knowledgable, gracious and genuinely helpful. Better than a genius at the apple store, an actual human being that will help. Go figure?Also the front line folk were awesome. From my first call to my arrival they knew what was up at every point.Its a drive, but the time spent driving will be made up with efficient and expert tech services at a reasonable price.

Was looking around some websites for a decently priced refurb MacBook since my 2011 Pro finally took a turn for the worst and I needed something to tide me over until I can upgrade to my desired model Pro. I came across Coretek as a 3rd party seller on another site and checked out their homepage and read their reviews. They seemed legitimate and I ended up seeing a better computer at a lower cost directly from them. The price seemed almost too good to be true so I wasn’t expecting much. However, I received my 2014 11” MacBook Air within 5 business days or so and was super impressed. It stated it was in B grade condition but it took me almost 2 days to realize there were any flaws at all. With the exception of 2 tiny nicks on the bottom corner, the unit was near pristine and running smooth. The battery lasts me almost 2 days with moderate to light use and charges very quickly. I’ve already recommended a few friends to check them out for some good ‘interim’ computers as well.

I went in to try and see if theyd buy my projector one day, so the sales associate goes to the back and asks the higher ups... Needless to say I heard, HOW MUCH FOR THAT? IMAGINE IF I PAID FOR THAT!, along with a loud, non-empathetic, laughter... The associate knew I heard, all he could do was look at me, nod and tell me its okay and helped me carry my things to my car... The Management needs to have a heart like the Associates in the front. Rude people lose service... Other than that, everythings pretty discounted there. No complaints on that half.
