Well one star is too much. I came in to see if I could see the phones since mine is not working properly. I almost felt I was not wanted in the store but there was no signs of how many costumers can be inside, I only saw a few people I answered the normal questions and one of the employees turned to the other (with the tablet) and said be sure you wipe all the phones that he touches I totally understand about policies and corona but first if she have been more polite (she must not know what this is) she could have rephrased it better also if she had pay attention to detail she would have noticed my gloves (disposible latex) and last I was standing there I could hear her. Do you guys have problems with this bully?. I certainly did and walked out. Lost a sale of a phone.

Everytime I go there this Lil Compadre or Senorita always makes it look so easy to fix a problem that Ive put operators on Blast about .I truly appreciate the fun outgoing personality and the warmth of leaving the store laughing at myself....Eddy Boy WS Rascals So Los Angeles. I tried to get my wifes new phone set up that we bought from the Tmobile website. It was delivered yesterday 5/12/2020 and we went to the store to get it set up the same day. They would not help us. They refused to let us in even though we had on masks. The manager Bee Perez said to figure it out online. She was very rude and dismissive. She said they dont do that sort of thing in the store. But we called another Tmobile store in Pleasant Hill and they told us to come on down they immediately helped us with the phone. Will never ever ho to that location again. Dont think anyone else should either.

I was so frustrated before I even went in to the store but after being helped by Emilio, all of my frustrations immediately went away. He helped out with every issue that I had and double-checked to make sure that everything was situated before I left the store.

They gave me bad information on the phone. When I showed up in the store and wasted an hour of my life I was able to finally find out that not only was there a complete lack of remorse on their behalf they would not be able to honor their store managers phone information. Very little attempt, if any, was made to right the wrong and they sent me away feeling like they were almost happy they couldn’t help me.

Eh.Friend and I went in to upgrade her from a Galaxy S5 to a S7. They tried to tell her that her aged and beaten S5 was a better phone just because it had more megapixels on the camera. I get that salesmen are not product enthusiasts and that they dont need to know every little thing about a product, but given that the S7 is marketed as heavily as it is based on things like the camera, the salesman should at least know something about the product theyre selling.

Worst experience ever. Waited in line for an hour to buy a new phone only to find out that the rear camera didnt work. They said they would have to ship a whole new phone to the store itself, saying it would get there in 2 days but instead took 4 DAYS. When I finally went to go pick it up they didnt want to release it to me and now Im leaving the country for a year with the broken phone I just bought. I dont know how they could of messed it up anymore.

Went to this store with an existing T-Mobile phone we phone. Store front looks neat and clean. The store person was friendly, and tried to help. But maybe because she wasnt knowledgeable enough, she told us to call customer service on our own. After we went home and called, we found that she could had just helped us in the store with one of the pre-installed apps on the phone.Besides T-Mobiles small network, perhaps the poorly trained employees is another reason it gets outcompeted by other major phone carriers.

They sold me a phone that does not work, the serial number does not match with the box of the phone. They do not want to exchange me to another and they dont want return my money. I am very upset at them. Why deceive people, this is not true test. This phone they sold me, you can throw in the trash. Manuel who works there, he can not solve the problem and help the customer, he is a bad manager and was very rude to me.

Im not sure how this store makes any money. Every time I go there to buy a new phone theyre sold out. I end up going to Frys next door and they always have what I need.

Came to the store to seek help about a possible data breach on tmobiles servers causing my wells fargo online banking app to get hacked,store is closed an hour before their posted time of closing at 9 p.m.its very unprofessional,if you dont close at 9 dont post youre hours up as being open until 9
