I worked for this company well over a year, as soon as the pandemic hit they completely scumbagged me financially holding back$ owed all cause they cant keep a staff suitable too run a business like this , too them its everyone elses fault they never take responsibility for their own mistakes, and too clarify i quit i dont work for companies that dont pay and i been a installer 23years ! These people care about themselves only never any employees and especially not customers sad outfit this place turned out being

I had ADF replace the linoleum in my foyer room and bathroom with tile. It came out amazing.Scott and Mike were the professionals who did the work in my home. They were courteous, polite, and and fastidious with every detail in their work.I honestly have no complaints about this company. Everyone I worked with in the process was professional: the office administrators Angie and Autumn, the guy that came out to do the estimate (forgot his name), and of course Scott and Mike.The administrators respond promptly to your emails, articulate the breakdown of expenses in an easy-to-understand estimate, and they are patient.Highly recommend !!!

Long story short.. The girls in the office were great but it all ends with that. I spent 2600 bucks on tiles for my bathroom. I had 2 or 3 boxes of the least expensive of the 4 tiles to return. They charged me a 50% restocking fee. I was beside myself Im far from rich and the idea if them charging me a 50% restocking fee is a smack in the face. If I remember correctly it may have been even a higher restocking fee. I even had to negotiate that down some. I thought Id give a local guy the business especially right in the middle of the Covid pandemic. You would think a company would try to work with a customer. I had an order for 3000 dollar hardwood floor purchase and install which as you guessed it i cancelled it. People ask me where they should go for flooring I will always steer them away from ADF

I shopped around flooring vendors for a replacement floor for my kitchen. Ultimately we went with ADF Flooring and my wife and I couldnt possibly be more pleased with the results.My wife and I are selling our home and we needed a high quality new kitchen floor fast and within our budget. I found a couple places that could do the work quickly but not for a price that fit our budget, and other places that were booked out for over a month.ADF was the most responsive flooring vendor we worked with (we contacted about 5 vendors total). They always communicated quickly and clearly and expressed sincere interest in our business and our project. They quickly sent out a great guy to our home for a free estimate, and he explained our options more clearly than any of the other vendors we consulted.Angie and Caleb in the office were also great to work with throughout the process. Angie in particular went out of her way to help us find a product that matched the color and texture requirements we had for our kitchen and was a great value that fit our budget. She found us an install availability within a few weeks.Angie and Caleb were also kind enough to help me match some failing vinyl plank flooring in another part of my home from a sample I brought in. They found a fantastic match and I bought a box of planks and glue to install myself.I have to also mention the installers, Blake and Matt, who were friendly, hard working guys who helped me finish demoing and removing the last section of old floor--a project I didnt project enough time for and had agreed to have finished before they arrived. Not only did they happily help with that work, they still finished the project as estimated (the same day) and provided me with an estimated charge for the extra work that was exactly what I was charged at final invoicing (and was very reasonable!).Our new kitchen floor is stunning and I appreciate the attention and care the installers spent getting it right.I cant recommend ADF Flooring highly enough. I will be going to them whenever I have flooring needs in the future.

ADF flooring did and absolutely amazing job on my home. From picking out the carpet I needed to installation, everything was professional, quick and flawless. I am so happy for the time not only the saleswoman spent with me but with the professional installers as well. Within just a few short weeks my home has be transformed. I highly recommend ADF!

Your choice - go to another tile store and hope someone will actually pay attention to you, or go to ADF. My suggestion - Dont. Bother. To. Go. Anywhere. Else. Great service, good prices.

On Christmas eve and with one shower the installers left an old toilet in my brand-new tub four day weekend. I called frantic they came and removed it the next morning. Scuff marks over the kitchen floor From moving refrigerator back into place. Never properly grouted in front of the tub still bounces to this day. In front of dishwasher you can see subfloor from where they cut the tile incorrectly. when I called to dispute this I was called a liar.
