I Went through Costco, Carpets to Go is one of the contractor . The buying process was smooth , Fred was very knowledgeable &excellent to work with! , the hardest part was settling on a color.The install was excellent!!! Luis & his guys were fast , very clean & polite.

Fred did a fine job helping us pick out a plank floor, gave us samples to take home, and measured the house. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price. The installers were excellent, especially in the little confined areas like the bathroom and hallway. Best of all EVERYONE compliments the floor. Great shopping experience.

Brian at the Concord store is a miracle worker! We needed fresh carpet and fast. Brian was able to come by, measure and have carpet installed for us in a weeks time! He was extremely accommodating and even came by again to pick up my check so that I wouldn’t have to drive all the way over to the store! The crew that did the install was professional and courteous, and moved everything back to its original spot while cleaning behind themselves! I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thanks so much!

The team at Carpet to Go exceeded my expectations on multiple levels. We found them through the Costco carpet program. Im not sure they would have been on my radar otherwise. We figured that it was a safe bet to go with them because Costco would not partner with anything less than a business that did a great job and would not put Costcos reputation at risk.So we went forward with an investment to re-carpet the second floor or our recently purchased 1987 house. Our old floors squeaked and the carpet was disgusting, but when they removed it, we found we had another issue. The subfloor had random water damage in several rooms. Even though the Spring is their busiest time, they had an internal meeting and figured out a strategy to help us target the flooring areas that needed to be fixed and how to fit us back into their schedule. In addition to experienced crews to install the carpet, they have some experts who are experienced at the subfloor.In the end we were extremely please with every step of the process, people, craftsmanship and price. From Tom in sales, to the crew that removed and installed the carpet, and the team that handled the subfloor issues. And they moved furnishings without any incident.Even a month after the installation we are still thrilled with the look, feel, and scent of the fresh new carpet. We dont regret the investment at all and if we have to do it again in another house or have any friends or family that have a need we would definitly recommend Carpet To Go out of Concord.

We ordered solid hardwood to be installed before Thanksgiving. We were told it would take 2 days to complete the job - removing the old floor and installing the new. They have worked 6 days spread out so far, including 12 hours on Thanksgiving Day - the job was supposed to be done before Thanksgiving! Our family holiday was ruined. The job still is not done and our concerns have not been addressed. Our salesperson and the manager of the Concord store have not communicated any further with us - we were told that the owner would compensate us for all the issues, but we have not heard from him either. They ordered the wrong transitions twice and we are still waiting for our job to be completed. Buyer beware.

Best experience! They exceeded our expectations! When we first walked in we were greeted by Brad and Julie. Their knowledge, expertise and friendliness made it easy for us to choose them for our needs. I can’t even tell you how many times I came by to pick up samples, take them home and bring them back. I began to think I was becoming a pest but each and every time I was welcomed with a smile. They make you feel you’re family!So, with that said, we had them install luxury vinyl in our bathroom and install carpet in our hallway and stairs. It came out perfect! Back in May 2019 I had the hardwood floors in my downstairs replaced due to a water leak. I worked with salesman Brad and installer Blake. They were both fantastic and I would 100% work with them again. Fast forward to now, October 2019 and I needed a section of flooring replaced due to a contractor scratching an area. I again worked with Brad, installer Roger and operations manager Kevin and once again I am 100% satisfied. When I’m ready to replace the flooring upstairs, I will definitely be calling Brad at the Carpets 2 Go in Concord. I couldn’t be happier with the quality, service and communication from the team. I recently had a terrible experience with the installation of wood flooring. I needed help in the worst way and found just that with Carpets to Go in Concord NC. Brad Siewert was the person who helped me find gorgeous floors at a terrific price.He really wanted to help put the negative experience behind me and help me get what I wanted. Kevin was in charge of the installation and worked with us to schedule a convenient time and promptly checked in to make sure all work was going well. Roger and his team did the installation and the work was flawless. They worked long and hard to get the floors in quickly but perfectly. Such a nice team at Carpets to Go. We recently replaced our downstairs flooring with laminate flooring that has the full Pet Protection guarantee. We are thrilled with the way the flooring looks in our home. Our home is on a slab and the cost to replace the engineered hardwoods and carpeted rooms with all new engineered hardwoods was not in our budget, but we wanted a new look and consistency through the lower level. We therefore, chose the reasonable cost of laminate. Brad, at Carpet to Go, was great to work with throughout the process. He let us browse the store and offered advice and suggestions. We looked for flooring at several other flooring centers and were not satisfied with what was offered; Carpet to Go has a large selection and very good quality products. Brads explanation of the process of what would happen the week of installation was very thorough and he answered all of our questions so that we totally understood. Our installers, Hernando and Poula were the hardest workers I have ever seen; very professional and polite. They treated our installation as if it were their home that they were working on. Both my husband and I highly recommend Carpet to Go & More Flooring. As a side note, we also picked out backsplash from this store which will be installed at the end of this month; so more to come on that!

Carpet to go and more is the #1 flooring store in my book. All of my floors were done and they did a Great job!! Not to mention the person that laid my vinyl and laminate flooring was awesome, he was very nice and patient as well as the Team that worked with me picking out what I wanted. I recommend them.

Excellent experience with the installer Jorge & crew, and with the wonderful Ruben and Brad in store. Provided superior customer service, explained everything that was to happen, and made sure the job was completed timely and right...and we had the whole house done, no easy task! Will use them again for future flooring needs :)

We had existing rugs replaced, stairway and halls. Also we had hardwood floors installed in our great room. Adams attention to detail in trying to match an existing hardwood in the rest of the downstairs plus his attention to detail in handling the transitions between floors sold us on Carpets to Go. When it seemed that stock transition pieces wouldnt match the difference in height between the floors Adam had the installer handmake the pieces. Thats what made the job so perfect! We are extremely happy with the results and will not hesitate to contact Adam and Carpets to Go for any future work.

Awesome experience with Carpets to go. I had two bathroom floors tiled. I was told the installers would do it in one day, but didnt believe it. So, I made arrangements to work 2 days from home. Well, they did it! Blake and his crew showed up, exactly when they were expected, and began tearing out the old linoleum. By the end of the day both bathrooms were tiled and grouted! The bathrooms look TOTALLY different! So much brighter!Blake and his crew did an excellent job! They were all very respectful of my house, put down runners to go in and out of the house, kept a toilet available for me :-), they were all very personable and VERY hard workers! Still cannot believe they did it in a day! Very happy with the job they did :-)Just a note for those of you getting tile......get the new premixed grout! Its a little more expensive, but you dont have to seal it! Talk to Brad, hell take care of you :-)
