I found them to be very helpful. It was my first ever project of building a retaining wall. They provided great advice and helped me figure out the materials. They delivered the materials on time and were able to place all of the block, sand, gravel and dust exactly where i wanted it. Overall a very positive experience.

Met my contractor at BBM today, Monday at 9 a.m. The parking lot was already full! They have a nice variety of stones and pavers to see as examples in the parking lot across from the entrance of their building. For my contractor, this place as a very large inventory and great pricing! Im at the beginning stages of designing both my front and back yards, as well as the side yard and driveway. It was fairly easy to order paver samples, and they even have complementary catalogs from different brands. Waiting in line was short, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They set up the invoice for my samples, I paid, and then picked them up around the corner. There are people driving forklifts are fulfilling the orders, and they will instruct you to pull your vehicle to the right of the driveway and will help load it for you should you need. Very easy process, especially when youre there with your contractor!

And to the boy who finally answered the phone and told me not to be irritable with him when they DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, time to man-up bruh and learn what this little thing called customer service is all about.

Good selections nice displays to see what building materials will look like. Delivery did an excellent job of placing materials where I needed them. Had one error on delivery. Miscommunication- not their fault nor ours. They quickly corrected the errorwith no extra charge. Staff knowledgeable and answered questions well. Would recommend them to others and I would be a repeat customer.

I cant think of another place that is as helpful as these people. Men driving forklifts out in the yard will stop without being asked, answer questions, explain materials and take you to multiple areas to show different installation methods. Excellent selection. Highly recommend for selection, service and attitude.

Bunch of Liars operate this place,After taking back their empty pallets they never refund my money back, tried calling and leaving messages for Ramsey the person in charge at list half dozen times but no response, my next step is filing a complaint in small claim court,Avoid this thieves place at any cost there are much better choices out there,

When i purchased pavers from them at sale price they promised return if returned within 60 days, but once i tried to return they declined to take it back. Even though I had receipt. Absolutely Dishonest and Greedy. Same happened to my neighbor. Now I take my business somewhere else. They will run this scam on you as well. They simply dont care about you. All they care is making money.

Rude drivers coming into our quiet neighborhood that doesnt allow semis...yelling and being loud. I work nights and unable to sleep. I call the office and they tell me that the neighbor instructed him to ignore no semi signs and do it anyway. I asked him if its normal procedure to ignore the law he said yes. If I went into anyones neighborhood in the middle of the night and disrespected the laws I would be arrested. Not to mention its RUDE!!!!! There is a street that allows semis a block away too but they refuse to move...terrible company and they were mean and rude to me on the phone!!!! Laws are laws for a reason!!! You are not above them!!!

Fair price but make sure you dont make any returns because they will not honor it once the product is out the door. Id stay away from this location and try other Brickyard locations.

Rude driver blocked my driveway when my wife was about to leave for work. Parked his truck in the narrowest part of the street until I asked him to move it. This was at 7:12 in the morning, which is the heavy traffic period for this street.

RUDE!! They have two giant trucks blocking our work parking lot & people cannot come to work because there is no other parking on this block. I asked the truck driver to move his truck and he said, not until Im done. I was late to work and countless others will be as well. This is not a way to conduct business.

I bought bricks for a wall and pavers for a patio and stairs. the pavers for the stairs came broken when delivered. Many of the pavers had chipped corners and the face of the pavers were flacking. I walked into the brickyard office to complain and have them take the 1,000 pavers back. I wanted to order a different kind of pavers since these ones looked to be badly made. As I was talking with the sales manager, a female employee kept butting into our conversation and kept repeating what the sales manager was saying. She was rude and caused my already bad situation worse. Now I have to wait for a rep to come out to my hoiuse to inspect the pavers to determine if they will take them back without a 25% restocking fee. This was a very frustrating experience and the female employee there made the situation even worse
