They have a large variety of items to be purchased at a reasonable prices along discounts. They even accept expired coupons. Every time we were there, someone is always there to help you out. Customer service is Great!

Its not as full of product.. It feels kind of like a. Discount warehouse. Also it is INSIDE the entrance of a mall so you will be around more people than you may have anticipated. Not so wonderful with a newborn who cannot wear a mask and the people in the mall were not all protecting themselves and us with a.mask

Im not quite sure what direction the company is going in anymore. Its had the same look now for years and the products havent changed. This location was in absolute shambles with empty shelves and things tossed everywhere. I dont feel like theyre keeping up with consumer likes and interests and they seem a little dated and old fashioned. I had a gift card so I made a special trip there but I wouldnt go out of my way to visit. This silverware set was $100.normally. it was %20 off + I had a $20 gift card. $60 is still a lot in my opinion. They seem over priced and theyre heading down the same path of sears and pennys unless they do something drastic.

Very good with Social distancing they sanitized everything daily and after a customer paid they sanitized everything great, also have a certain amount of people there at a time. Workers were very good at their jobs and gave great advice

Friendly staff. Clean restroom.Came here specifically for an tablecloth that would fit an oval table. Out of all the linens, tablecloths have the least options. I had really wanted a pretty pattern but those only came in oblong or round.The back wall had plain tablecloths in several colors. However, the shelves on the wall that were labelled oval all had oblong - then I noticed nearly ALL of the shelves on the wall only had oblong (no square, round, or oval).Eventually I found 2 packages of oval tablecloths in the color and size I needed but both packages looked like returns - packages were opened, discolored and disheveled. I bought one anyway and hoped for the best.I found a large clearance section, literally a whole section. Everything was a disorganized mess. Hundreds of items, no rhyme or reason to the cluttered piles. I had hours to find a cute tablecloth but table cloth packages look like packages if curtains and other linens. Every group I checked, I kept picking up curtains. I gave up on the heaps of clearance items.

False advertisement of clearance summer merchandise!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!As you walk into the store there was a large display set-up with shelves full of summer plastic ware merchandise. The display said that summer merchandise was 75% off. My friend and I loaded up as I thought this was an great deal. Fast forward, we get to the register and some of our items were not on sale. I questioned this. The cashier said yes, all items on those racks are 75% off, its summer merchandise. The cashier called the supervisor (Caroline) to address the issue. The supervisor stated they may not be on sale, I will go check. I said well why do you have a rack full of THESE cups on the 75% off display if they are not on sale. The supervisor went over to the display and returned to inform us the cups we picked up were on the bottom shelf of the display so those were not on sale (mind you the 75% off sale sign(s) were on the wall above all of the displays, not on each individual shelf and furthermore we picked up the particular cups from the second shelf). I told her that a customer would have a hard time differentiating and because ALL the cups were displayed as a sale item, we should receive the sale rate. She refused stating I will let the store manager know about the display. Very POOR customer service. She was not concerned at all!! If I could give a 0 star for customer service, I would.

I keep looking for the beyond department, where I belong. They ask if I need help and I say yes, A LOT. Eventually I will find the true Beyond department. Great selection and staff.

It is a very nice place very quiet up to date product . some good sales from time to time . It is just a very pleasant place to go in shut.

The staff here were wonderful. Had a specific black friday request, asked and staff got it from the inventory for me. There were a million people in here, but they all got in and out in appropriate time. Thank you for a great staff on this crazy shopping day!

It wasnt bad. it was dirty, as in coffee stains or some sort of stains on a lot of the shelves. My wife picked something up from a shelf and it fell apart. I dont think the store has been taken care of very well.

They have an extremely large selection of products. Not only can you expect the best products at this location, but you can also expect fair prices! There is almost always a 20% off coupon available and a $20 off $100. The staff is very friendly and they always work hard. They are very effective and helpful. They are willing to help you find products you want but also products you need. These sales personnel are very good and quick at their jobs! The store never seems to have really long lines or horrendous service. 10/10!

Away a great place during the holidays

I got a great deal on an air fryer with the price match promise. The caahier was very sweet and patient when ringing me up. The only down side was that the customer service associate was not very friendly.

Cathy helped us understand the sales prices. We found everything we needed. I was hoping for a wider selection of comfortable chairs, like bean bags.

I LOVE this store. They always have everything that I want. They are very helpful. We couldnt find an item and they went above and Beyond (lol) to find it and said they could ship it.

This is a very nice & clean location. They are very well stocked too, I can always go in there and find great deals as well. With it being a part of the Concord Mills Mall that makes it even more convenient and very assessable. It’s located direct across from the outside go carts!

This is one of my favorite places to shop for things in the house. With the store coupons you get to save a little. They always have something new to add to your collection.

This is a huge Bed Bath and Beyond with nice aisles that you can get your buggy through. I found a lot of things that I was looking for. The cashier on the other hand was not helpful at all. Instead of helping me out she let me stand there for over 20 minutes with her doing absolutely nothing. Another customer came by and helped me out or I would probably still be there in the store. If the cashier doesnt like her job she should just quit because shes just dragging the store down with her sorry attitude.

Neat and clean store! Which I love because they have a ton of merchandise and the stores can sometimes feel and look very cluttered. The employees are also very helpful and pleasant.

Was able to find exactly what I needed.

My fiancé and I went in here looking for a pots and pans set. We finally found the one we wanted on display, but it ended up being sold out. They offered to sell it to us at a discounted price since it was the display, which we agreed to because we just loved the set. Since it didn’t come in a box due to it being a display, they wrapped everything in gift boxes for us. It was very nice and we are very happy with our shopping experience here.

I had a 10.00 coupon to use it didnt expire until the 8-27 , had to spend 30.00 or more to use it. I spent 61.00 dollars and gave the man a 10.00. Coupon. I paid for my things and as I walked away, I realized I never gotten my 10.00 coupon discount. He kept my 10.00 coupon and never gave me my discount. I was so upset as I go to my car, how can someone be so nice and scew you at the same time. So disappointed.

The service was above excellent!!! From the time I walked into the door until I checked out. The ladies went above and beyond to help me with my purchase!!! Management should use these ladies when training for customer service . This is something that is so lacking in retail today.

Dorey did an excellent job of helping me find what I discovered is called a toilet paper insert (that spring-loaded plastic roller that goes inside the core of the toilet so it can go in the holder). Kudos to her for interpreting my description and finding it for me. Btw, Walmart and Target do NOT carry item in their stores.

They had product I went to get. One of the nice sales ladies helped me locate the product in the store.

My fiancé and I stopped in last night to do our wedding registry. We didnt have an appointment and Josh the store manager was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was so friendly and had a lot of great suggestions. Joan met us at the front door and talked to us as we left. She was so sweet. I want to go back just to see her and give her a hug!

I hope that you all never close down this Bed Bath and Beyond. They have it all and especially around the holiday seasons. Their customer service reps in the store that work the floor are AHMAZING, NOT TO MUCH some of the cashiers when you check out them seem like they be just ready to go! But the people on the floor really go out their way they will order products for you if you cant find them or if they are not in the store have them mailed to your home or in store so you can come back in for pick. Their is one rep there her name is Val she is so awesome you guys always ask for her she will always go above in beyond and also this older black lady cant remember her name but those 2 yassss!!!! I love this BED BATH AND BEYOND!!!!

I have been going here a lot recently to restock my kitchen (and some bathroom stuff too) every time I have been in, there has been a staffer who has asked if I needed assistance, and when I did, they always had the answer. If you do end up here fairly often, make sure to sign up for the rewards program... you get 20 percent off your entire purchase every time.

Its a big store. Anything you could not find in another store you should be able to find here. There is a large inventory here. The customer service I encountered during my visit was helpful and responsive. The store is like a labyrinth there should be signs for the way out.

They didnt have anything I needed, the service was good but they no longer have several things like, feet lotion, no moonlight Path items that I used to buy. The Aromatherapy is become very expensive.
