Amazing. Ray went above and beyond to make sure my MkVIi Golf was running perfectly. He is a perfectionist and will work on your car until he is satisfied with the outcome. Ive moved 2 hours away since he last worked on my car but I will be driving those extra miles, gladly, to have him continue to be my mechanic. Hes worth it. He takes pride in what he does, his customer service is top notch. If you have a VW, Audi, or any other German car, this is the place. Ray is your guy.

Finding a great mechanic is hard. Finding a great mechanic that works on VW is even harder. Our passat started misfiring at 93000 miles. After visiting one shop that could not help us I found Voodoo. I met with the owner and he was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and had a super quick turn around on what turned out to be a worn out timing chain. They presented us with a written estimate same day. Pricing was fair and the fix was completed on budget and quickly. Will most certainly be returning.

The team at Voodoo do a great job!! They worked on my A4 which had to have new timing chains at 85K. They made sure it was done right the first time and the improved performance reflected their work.

Ray and voodoo haave had my car several times including rebuilding camshafts,timing chain and belts .hpfp, etc as well as finding and fixing a coolant leak on back of motor .Im very picky when it comes to mechanics and who I trust but I can say that my car will always go to him for repairs . Professional shop ,all ways helpful and answers the phone or calls back promptly. Repairs all ways done right the first time and way better than the stealership prices .

I can honestly say that I havent had service anything like this before. After recently relocating from GA to NC I was involved in an unexpected situation when my car became impaired while out with my 1 yr old daughter. Not only did this occur over the weekend but the Memorial holiday weekend at that. I called Voodoo Autoworks just before closing on a Saturday and my distress call was answered by Ray who ultimately saved the day. Ray was exceptional at delivering world class service. Not only did he call a tow, he also drop my daughter and I off home & he picked us up on the day the car was fixed in time for me to go to work! About 8 years ago, Ray (the owner) met me at his shop on a SUNDAY to GIVE me an axle bolt I had broken while working on my A4 by myself. Without that bolt I would have been screwed. Since then, hes the only person who Ive trusted to work on my car. Twice Ive had the dealer diagnose a problem, and they were wrong both times. Ray has never been wrong. I trust him implicitly, and when I drop the car off I give him carte blanche to repair anything he finds. He has always been fair, and even covered the labor when a piston ring broke shortly after he had the head off (not his fault but he felt bad). He really should charge more than he does, because hes worth it.

These guys are the best volkswagen shop around. Always take your car to a specialist.
