Dropped my car off for an oil change, cleaning and install off all weather mats. Everything was done in time and the car looked nice. A few areas in the car were missed and I had to ask them to reset the oil change message because they forgot, but everyone was very friendly and I would go back and try them again. It was my new cars first service so I cant talk to price since this one was complimentary.

I have honestly never had a better car buying experience that I did when purchasing my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, at Future. All the people who had a hand in making our purchase, where outstanding. My husband and I left the dealership in our new car, honestly speechless, we got exactly what we were looking for and they were very upfront with the cost, expectations and there was no back and forth. They came out of the gate with the best offer they could give us and there was no BS back and forth. Todays experience with the service department at Future Chrysler Dodge in Concord was finally a positive one. I have had problems with the service department in the past by keeping my truck for almost a week for a simple oil change to trying to sell me services on my truck that I had already gotten and were only a few months old. I was thinking of taking my truck for service to Chrysler Dodge in Walnut Creek but decided to give them one more change and I am happy I did. From the time I dropped off my truck in the morning with Hector Olivares to the time I picked it from him. Hector was super nice and explained things in detail and did not try to pressure me to purchase other services. Finally a good experience.

Poorly managed service department all around. I spent two hours waiting for them to diagnose an electrical problem in my new car only for them to THEN tell me their technician who is capable of fixing electrical problems is out for two weeks. Classic example of warranty service.

I took my car in for a recall replacement, and it was quick. The customer service was great, I dropped my car off in the morning picked it up in the afternoon.Scheduling my appt was also made simple, I didnt have to wait long on the phone. Originally i made an appt at hilltop dodge, but the customer service over the phone wasnt the greatest, and the person was very rushy.

First I want to say that all the frontline people with whom I came in contact were extremely polite. I give them excellent marks. My one star rating does not reflect on those frontline personnel. Now for the one star rating.I received a notification from the California DMV that in order to renew my registration I needed to bring my vehicle in for a manufacturer’s recall repair, V51. Estimated repair time 20 minutes. When I phoned in for an appointment, the service advisor told me that this repair was a quick fix and that I could just drive in for this repair. I opted for a scheduled appointment because of constraints in my schedule. I was given a 9:30am appointment on September 21, 2021. I checked in at the appointed time. I asked how long the job would take. The service advisor told me a couple hours. I thought it a bit strange that a 20 minute job would take a couple hours but I also knew the nebulous nature of repair shops. Since I didn’t need my vehicle until mid afternoon I felt that a couple hours would be okay. Four hours later I had not heard from Future service. I phoned but I could not get through. I was repeatedly transferred to a message that offered all of Future’s dealerships. Five hours later I finally got through to talk to someone in service and was told that my service advisor would call me back on the status of my vehicle. Seven hours later I received a call from the service advisor that my vehicle would be ready in another half hour. By then I had to make other arrangements for transportation to be where I needed to be. I was given no explanation as to why this procedure took so long to complete.Tell me, why would an estimated 20 minute repair take seven hours to complete?I really don’t expect a response from you if the incompetence runs this rampant.

Absolute worst customer service for the repairs department. They have had my truck for 2 weeks and have not contacted me a single time. I call every day, most of the time the phone just rings and I get cycled back to the menu recording. If I actually do get someone on the phone they say they will call me back and never do. Writing this review in hopes someone from the service department see’s it and calls me back! Its the red 2500 guys!

It was a hot day, we were not asked if we wanted to come inside, we were just shown the cars we asked about, had to wait in sun.The sales associate was very pushy you cant look elsewhere, this car doesnt exist kinds of statements.Ended up standing outside in hot sun for longer than we wanted, had to just walk away after a few iterations of we need to think about it.Wont be back.Happy we didnt purchase that car, found awesome car at a different dealer with courteous non pushy people.

Came in to look at trucks here; they immediately let us test drive a few trucks. This was really great since a few other dealerships we went to wouldn’t let us test drive outside of their lots. After we test drove a few trucks we decided to go home and think about which models and features we liked. Two days later we bought a new Ram limited here. Great price and great service; Freddie helped us out with the price and Damian got the ball moving for us on his day off. Probably won’t need a new truck for a while but would probably come back here.

Ive only done oil change contract services at Concord Dodge. I like that they use a dongle to read the car data and bring up my contract on current services. Happy with the service, but wish they were a little quicker in getting them done. More than two hours for an oil change and tire rotation seems a little long.

They purchased the dealership from Lithia motors from whom I had just purchased a Ram with a Diesel engine. I purchased a lifetime oil change service contact with the truck and after giving me one last service Future Chrysler Dodge said they would no longer be honor the service contract I had with the previous dealership. Is this a way that dealerships that are struggling scrape off many thousands of dollars in prepaid service contracts? Ever notice how often dealerships change hands are sold and or closed? They sell the dealership and move out requiring me and I’m sure many others to travel to their closest dealership that has the facility to service a 3/4 ton Ram which is in Stockton, CA.Thanks a lot.

I cant recommend the vehicle due to the dealership Future Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord, Ca. I purchased my 2019 Charger there and sold it to buy a new model 2021 Charger Hellcat. I was told I can get my warranty and gap insurance money back but called the financial manger twice and was told he was out and would call me back. I never received a call back. Havent heard from them since I did paperwork on April 25, for refund of warranty and gap insurance more than a month and a half ago. Its clear if Im not buying a new car then Im worthless to them. How long does it take to get a warranty and gap insurance refund or even a call back.

I drove there a week ago for my free oil change. I was told since I didn’t have an appointment it would take 3.5 hours. So I made an appointment for a week later. Took 4 hours. Then they said my car would be pulled up. Waited 20 min and then they said it was in the lot. Saw someone driving my car the slowest a car could move and “parallel park” my car in an empty lot for 3 min. Also. Was not wearing a mask in my car and neither was the guy I was in communication with about the eta with my car. Had to check that I could have my keys and left all the plastic that was crumpled up from the seats in the car. Cleaned it up myself, used some hand sanitizer, and got as far away from this place as I could. I’m sure they are stretched thin as we all are. But what’s the point of making an appointment saying it will take less time if it takes longer?? Never going back again.

They worked very hard to make sure my husband and I were able to get the vehicle we wanted for a price we could afford. My daughter and I were looking to buy a car within the next month or two. We went to Future CDJR to ‘browse’. We were approached by Kenny who showed us used and new cars. My daughter had her eye on a Jeep Renegade. We later met with the floor manager and the finance manager Rory whom were very accommodating and worked their magic. This rating system is not quite how I want to rate my experience . I can only rate the result of my experience for a recall repair request. It took 2 months of waiting, following up for parts, calling, sending many inquiries that created a frustrating experience , However, Mr Marvel came to rescue. Steve is the service manager, he was professional and handled 2 of the 3 recall requests quickly and efficiently. I have had my share of bad experiences at car dealerships and the one at this showroom tops it all. I received a quote in email from one of the salesperson for the out the door price for a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. My friend was also planning to get the same car and he got a quote from another salesman from the dealer for around $1500 less than mine. We both went there ,driving down for 2 hours, with our families including toddlers. We did the test drive and when it came to negotiations, the 2 salespersons who gave the quote to us werent available. The new guy, went back to the sales manager and came back with a new out the door price which was higher than the original quote I received. When we pointed that out, he went back and came back with a quote which was even higher ! I had plans to trade in my existing car which had 14k in KBB for trade in and they came back with another quote valuating it at 9k. When I asked to reduce the price, or stick to the original quote I was given at least, they said they wont even reduce 44 cent from the total. I walked out for the first time from a car showroom after wasting half a day and a ton of gas !I bought the same car from Antioch Chrysler the very next day, $1800 less than the final price I was quoted here.

I came in looking forward to test drive a Challenger, due to the fact that this is my dream car and was planning to purchase it next month. I was bombarded with sensitive questions before we even had the chance to sit down and talk about the numbers. It really felt like the dealer was really trying to pressure us in buying the car right there and then without me getting to actually try the car. I didnt even get to test drive it as I just walked out. They lost a customer today. Very bad customer service.

From the moment I walked into the door it was an awful experience, Im in the sales industry and I understand the stress and tactics that dealership employees are under and use on their customers. However, you would assume that if someone already came in pre-financed through Capital Ones car buyer program that the dealership uses to list vehicles, that you would think this would of been a case closed deal. I knew what I wanted to pay, I had my loan already approved and I knew the truck I wanted it was a slam dunk for them. I was working with Sydney who was actually helpful with the deal, however he was getting undercut by Salem Sam Punjsheri who had the most aggressive attitude that you could possibly have. He came back with an offer that was nearly $200 a month more expensive and told me that the guy who listed the truck on the internet made an error and they couldnt give the truck away at the advertised price. I said that, there isnt anyway thats possible - Im sure you guys are probably well aware of what you have listed and what they are worth this truck is not brand new its pre-owned. After going back and forth and not being able to come to a conclusion because its beyond his ability we told Sydney that this guy is rude and aggressive and we were leaving. Sydney walked back into the office where the offer letters were being printed from and stormed out minutes later and left, because Sam was railroading him. I got into my vehicle and was leaving when Sam came back out and said How can I make you buy this car? I told him that you cant make someone buy a car, but you can sell them a car and I was prepared to buy it if my original offer from Capital One Auto Car Locator was honored and he should show some respect to customers. He told me F*** it and walked away, at that point I left and the next morning I was contacted by another gentleman from the dealership David who said that we can fix the deal - I went back in the following day and dealt with him and bought the truck. A few months later I get a letter telling me that I need to do a weight verification and a vin verification on the truck from them or they will hold my plates and registration, maybe Im wrong but isnt the dealer responsible for making a car completely sell able before they finance it? Dont buy from them, its not worth the hassle - not to mention employees openly joke about drinking cough syrup and smoking weed. Ridiculous, but its Concord so what do you expect.

Jason in service dept is very helpful, but looks to be too busy. Sometimes doesnt return your call. They need to hire someone else to do the same thing he does because the other people in the dept cant help customers. Ive purchased 2 cars from this dealership 14 years ago, but didnt purchase my 3rd car their because the salesman was playing with us and wouldnt just give us the best price to start with. Had to wait around while he dilly-dallied. We ended up buying from the Jeep dealership in Antioch.

I didnt plan for any transportation or anything. The male service rep and the woman service rep took great care of me to make sure I was accommodated with transportation options. These two employees went above and beyond to take care of me and I really appreciate that.

They did a great job of getting my oil change done before the estimated two hour wait. I feel free oil changes that have been paid in advance should have an exception or an express lane. The mechanics did a great job of stepping in and helping with the amount of cars waiting for an oil change.

Love my new car!! I never set foot on the dealership lot. Everything was handled over the phone and by text. They rocked it! They even delivered my new Jeep right to my front door. I recently had a routine service (oil change and tire rotation) at Lithia. Ive always wished Lithia would take appointments for oil changes although Ive never had to wait too long. I normally just pack my gym bag and if the wait is going to be more than an hour or so, Ill have them drop me off at my gym where Ill spend a couple hours (this is assuming Im not on my lunch hour from work and have the time). But Id still like them to allow customers to schedule an oil change. That being said, my last experience with Lithia was all positive. Everyone was very nice and big kudos to Gary the shuttle driver for being so nice and attentive. Everyone seemed to really care about how my experience was -- more so than Ive felt has been the case in the past, so I think this is a sign they are trying really hard to have happy customers, and they definitely had one when I left. I think their prices are fair -- and I cant always say that for dealers service shops. They didnt push any services I didnt need on me -- my car is two years old but only has 12,000 miles so if I was going strictly by time, I should have had more extensive services done on it by now other than the three oil changes I have had, but they agreed with me that given the low mileage, the oil changes have been sufficient for now. Ill have the next level service performed when the mileage hits 15,000. Another plus about Lithia is they are easy to get to and in and out of - at least for me coming from Walnut Creek. The Iron Horse Trail runs directly behind their facility so you could easily bring your bike or skates and head out on the trail for awhile while your car is being serviced.

Sam and the team were great! They were down to Earth and really understood what I was expecting. We didnt have to play the dealership games, I told them what I needed and they worked really hard to get me to that point. I left with my truck and couldnt be happier.
