Wife backed into the mail box post and crushed the quarter panel on her Highlander. I took it to Hendrick Collision for an estimate and decided to use them for the repair. They did an excellent job, came in under the estimate and delivered the car right on time. The paint matched perfectly and I cant see where the repair was made. They blended in and polished the adjacent surfaces as well so that whole side of the car matched and looked much better than when I dropped it off. Would definitely use again.

Zayne was very on top of everything. He called with every new update with the insurance company. Sometimes these things to take a bit of time. I want it done right, not just quickly. Dropped my Pacifica off for some work, and the process was as expected throughout. My vehicle was delivered in the promised time, and the work seemed solid.Having Enterprise nearby made picking up the rental a seamless experience.They have a neat system where you get access to a portal to see the work being done in real time so you always know the status of the repair. Would recommend!

I left my car with them for repair 5 days ago, and today was the appointed day to pick it up. I thought I would get a repaired car, but I didnt expect 2 more scratches on the car. Before the car was repaired, I did observe the whole car and sign off on how much damage there was on the car, but when it was time to pick up the car I pointed out the 2 extra scratches and the estimator then said he would go get the file, but 15 minutes later he came back with a file of scratches that I didnt have at first.I am very dissatisfied with this matter, the scratch is clear cut fresh, indicating that is the last few days added, so obvious things can be denied and change the record. I have bought and repaired cars from Hendricks company so many times, but this is the first time I encountered this kind of thing, and I feel that I will not trust them in the future any more.I recommend that all friends who need to have their vehicles repaired with them, if conditions allow, make sure to take a good video recorder to record all the vehicle scratches and damage done at the time of delivery for your convenience. Also dont tell them where the new damage and scratches are when you pick up the car when the file is not there, because there is a chance that new ones will be added when they pick up the file.

I was recently involved in a very frustrating car accident. I brought my vehicle to Hendrick Collision and worked with Noah there. Noah was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience, even when Im sure he was tired of my daily phone calls. He was knowledgeable and thorough in providing all the information I needed and even went out of his way to speak with the other party involved in the accident to help get my vehicle repaired quicker. Once parts were ordered, the turn around time on the repair was much quicker than anticipated and I was able to get my vehicle back days before I had expected to. My car was dropped off on 8/31/2021 and repairs weren’t complete until 10/9/2021. I called several times for updates as they only called twice with updates during this long process. They stated that parts were on back order which was understandable. But the staff were not helpful with timeframe of completion and highly unprofessional. I called on several occasions with no call back and having to go to location for answers. Horrible experience.

Performed a repair on my car. Did a great job except 2 things:1) Expected my car to start when I picked it up. Had to jump start it2) Would have been nice to clean the train the whole side of the vehicle and not just that which was replaced.It’s all about customer service.Love the job they did though

It was truly disappointing dealing with the rude, unprofessional, defensive and argumentative Anthony Kupbens. He showed his true color. Thankfully there are other Toyota Collision body shops. Whoever trained Anthony Kupbens did a terrible job. Honestly, did he get any training at all?

Im a Honda fan but I cant recommend this place unfortunately though I love the dealership. I went for estimates on my 2020 Honda civic si. First it looks like a rag tag operation at the get go. I got the estimate approved by my insurance company for 4000 dollars and found out that I didnt have rental insurance so I couldnt get a rental car without paying for it. I also had a 500 deductible and I didnt have the money for it. The Honda adjuster told me that they would work with me but I couldnt drop my car off when it was scheduled because I couldnt rent a car so Im going somewhere else

My van was repaired for hood and front bumper damage, due to a board flying up on the highway after it was run over by a car ahead of me. My insurance paid for the rental, so being without our van for a week was no hardship. The work was done professionally and looks terrific.

Took it in for initial paint job. Was called 2 days later just for them to tell me that the paint was peeled from the tape being removed, which was fine, I was understanding to that matter. A week goes by without being informed of the time line. Made several calls and left voicemails without being returned. I was not offered a rental car, which should be done without having to ask considering what I initially took it in for was not supposed to take longer than two days.

Warning: Hendrick Collision Center will not stand by their work. The manager is extremely disrespectful and downright rude. (to be fair I have to mention the staff behind the desk and the original associate that helped me where kind and professional, the problem is with their management). Its sad that the Hendrick motor group is represented by a manager such as this. In dealing with there are other divisions like BMW, Jeep, and Ram they present themselves in a higher manner that is focused on customer service. The direct opposite of what youll experience from the manager at the collision center.The manager blamed the issues we are having with paint on the vehicle being clay barred, not the fact that they had to wet sand and polish through the clearcoat to get the original unacceptable paint job to look halfway decent. I reached out to Adams Polish (a brand wax and paint protection products that is recommended by almost all high end car manufacturers and where I purchased the clay bar from) to let them know about the lies the manager told me and why it would not cover the issues with the paint and reason its not warrantied, they replied By no means do our clay bars remove the clear coat and or paint from your vehicles surface. You are completely correct in your understanding of how the product works as it is intended solely for fine contamination removalFor the amount of money you spend I would take your business elsewhere.

The work done here was absolutely atrocious. I needed to have the front bumper for my Stinger replaced, because the old one had a crack from road debris. Less than 6 months later, the paint on the front bumper started chipping off, and now a year later, the front bumper has so many spots where the paint was chipped and looks horrendous. The color wasn’t properly matched initially either. When they first returned the car, it was noticeable that the paint on the bumper didn’t match the side panel of the car.Absolutely would not recommend. I would rather have kept my cracked bumper than to get this terrible job done.

Good luck with this place if you have to get your car painted and want it to match! My paint job did not match I took my car back left it a week while I was on vacation they did nothing to my car, didnt even try at all!! Service manager said that was the best they could do. I called my insurance company told them to get the money back and I went to Ben Mynatt Chevrolet on Hwy29 they did an excellent job and the paint matches perfectly. My 2018 Camaro SS looks amazing again in the future I will only go to Ben Mynatt for any repairs of my vehicles.

My car was damaged from a crate falling off a truck and Nick at the center and he did a great thorough job of getting my car back together and repaired back to factory or better condition.
