I got a crack in the back window on my tesla model 3. No is was able to get the glass the quickest and called me back quick. Also since it had to be done it shop they were quick. Had a 11am apt and call me a 2:20 ready for pick up. So great speedy service . Also for the concord location. It you have a little on like I do theres a Chuck e cheese across the street to keep him busy while you wait. I hope I have no more cracked windshield or back glass but if I do I would use speedy again.

Wow -- these guys are amazing. I was not expecting much from the glass repair because of my experience with Safelite. Just basic glue in the chip to avoid further damage. But these did an exceptional job. I wish I had a before and after photo to show you all. But I highly recommend these guys. Saved me at least $2K.

This was the fastest and most professional service Ive ever received from a glass company! They were half the cost of safelite and were able to complete the work before I could go next door, order a burger and eat it lol. Safelite couldve even schedule me for 2 days in the same area.

After 2 1/2 months of Safelite screwing us around, Novus was able to quickly install a new windshield in our Toyota. Give them 4 out of 5. Some administrative issues caused delay on day of installation, but the made up for it by deducting from the cost, and having someone come to my home to replace the wiper blade arm. They acknowledged the mistake and when out of their way to put it right, with a smile.

My daughter recently had her car broken into while working. It was that small triangular window over the back tire. I needed to get it fixed fast for her so that she could go to work. I spoke to Gary at 8:15 am and he wasnt sure if he could get the part until Monday, we arranged to have him do a temporary fix at his business on Saturday, then on Monday his technician could stop by my daughters work and fix the window as he was unable to speak to anyone in the warehouse to see if they had the part.As it turned out, he was able to text his technician who then went ahead and stopped by the warehouse that morning and was able to obtain the part. Gary called and told me to expect him from 10-2 pm; he was at my house within 20 min and my daughters car was fixed by 10:30 on a Saturday! I cant thank Gary enough for making this happen!! The repair took less than 20 min and they cleaned up all residual glass.The technician was friendly and he was wearing plastic gloves and didnt require me to sign his tablet for payment. I just used my own pen for the signature on the work order. Given the current situation with the virus, these precautionary steps were very comforting. Thank you!!

Karen’s customer service was great and she helped me a lot and answered ALLLLLLLL my questions on the phone and in person, she deserves a raise!! as well as, Jason, the guy who did all the grunt work for my car by replacing my windshield. Good guy, And very helpful as well, he was very efficient with time on fixing it, he told me he needed two hours to fix it, and right on the dot it was exactly TWO HOURS. I am an insurance agent and I use this company for my clients in the area for the auto glass repair and they also do home glass repair.Recently I had the unfortunate pleasure of someone breaking two of my car windows. I called Mike like I do when I report my clients claim to see when I could get my car in the shop. They told me right away! We recieved excellent service for a special-ordered glass for our kitchen cabinets. Thank you. I was on the road trip from Alberta Canada to California. It was disaster on way back during short stop in Concord. Thieves got broken into our car and stole passports, money, and laptop. This is my fault and only people who know how it feels and really want to help make easy to go through it. Speedy Glass team are these people. They quickly arranged glass replacement and in last seconds, when I was paying the bill got it rounded down to 15%. I am thankful for understanding and support.

Had a badly shattered windshield on my Prius. I requested a quote online , got an immediate response . Quoted repair price was very reasonable. Repair was made the next day at my work place within the scheduled time frame.Technician was very corteus , took less than an hour. Mobile service would have been much more expense at other repair shops. Great timesaver .

Basically after my vehicle was all completed i went to pick it up. karen and monique at the front desk were very courteous and helpful with all my questions and concerns. after checking out the job they had done on my car i realized the rubber trim piece on the left side of my windshield was pushed too far and the corner of the windshield was completely exposed. i approached the technician and asked him if he could check it out and he said tell me what it is first. i said my car is right over here could i just show you and he repeated tell me what it is first . i dont really have to say anything else. he finally walked over to my car and explained to me that he could install the windshield 1000 times and that he would never be able to get it to fit perfect. i dont know exactly what that means but it seemed like he didnt have any time to consider my concern let alone fix the issue that i pointed out to him. i dont know what type of customer service that is. I did not appreciate it.
