Little trouble initially with the overall quality of the installation of my windshield but they did it over and made it right. Looks perfect now.

Ive had my windshields replaced with other GSG shops before. Dropped in on a Saturday morning to see if a chip could be repaired, in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and straight forward with expectations.

I need an unusual glass 5/32. I was able to special order for cheaper price than competition and they help me loaded the glass in to my trailer. Also ordering time was shorter than competition. Quite happy with them.

I have been using granite state glass for close to 30 years they always do a great job and are fast when replacing car windshields.

The rear side window that hinges open on my minivan was broken. They replaced it and the one they installed did not sit flush with the car. It stuck out a quarter inch. The following appointment a few days later they replaced it again. Then they removed all the black gasket around the window and said they would come to my house to fix that problem. It has been almost two weeks since the initial visit and they still havent replaced the gasket. I was offered $30 back of the $380 I spent but I am still waiting for that because they have to mail a check from the main office. I would never recommend the Concord NH location!

I recently noticed i had a cracked windshield and my Jeeps inspection was due to expire in two days. I frantically called around and by far Granite State was the cheapest and had the fastest availability of any glass/windshield company around, especially during these tough times. Granite State sent their employee Cory Lang. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, and his quality of work was far better than expected. I would highly recommend and request Cory to install your windshield and because of Cory, If I need another windshield in the future, I wont waste my time calling other window replacement companies. Granite State Glass is incredibly customer focused. Our house has transom windows above the double hung windows. The glass seal in the transom windows have failed over time. They had to be replaced. GSG answered EVERY question that I had regarding the replacement. They provided me with details I never would have considered. The provided additional materials and refused to charge me for them.I am very impressed with GSG - Concord. I know that whatever Mike tells me, its the truth. Never any upsell. Never. This is one of the very few companies that truly wants you to have a positive outcome. They have earned my respect as well as my business for a long time to come.

Asked them to do something out of the norm and they knocked it out of the park. I had a plastic kids yard roller coaster and part of it got crushed by a falling tree. Brought it them, asked their technician what he would do. Got me the right stuff, the right thickness and he shaped it perfectly, because the hole was not straight. Been here before for refrigerator glass shelves and garage doors. Never disappointed. Great people.

Good place and reasonable prices I did my shopping around and they were the cheapest had to replace my friends windshield on his car from a mistake I made and they were pretty good but the only flaw I had with them is that I did not receive a phonecall when they were coming out but otherwise Ashley the girl I spoke to was awesome in customer service the auto part she answered every question and handled it very professional thank you!and I hope she gets recognition of a good job she does for the company

Yesterday I called GSG to get my broken windshield replaced. I was astounded when I was told that GSG would not work on my car because Im a healthcare worker. The woman I talked to said it was too risky for their employees. Ironic- Im a healthcare worker and Im driving back and forth to work with a broken windshield and theyre talking to me about risk. The only reason they got one star is because I couldnt give them less

Karrie provided a prototype window sample to make absolutely certain that the new window style matched the old existing windows. This effort allowed me to capture the green light of approval from the condominium association to move forward with the project.There are numerous replacement window vendors in the market place. I broke a glass panel on my wood stove last night just before a snow storm came in. It was FREEZING in my house, as that stove is my primary heat source. I called GSG in the morning, told them my problem, and they sent someone out to install a new piece within hours!

I had a windshield replaced. The wrong glass was ordered and I was told I would be contacted when the right one was in. 6 weeks later and I recieved a text message threatening to take me to claims. I called and asked if the right glass was in and their response was oh if you still want that we can order one . I was contacted a week later to set up the appointment. I dropped my car off at 8 in the morning at 230 I called to check and was told that this glass is wrong as well. Terrible customer service. Terrible organization. The only thing their good at is threatening demands for money they have not yet earned.

I had my windshield replaced here because they were $80 cheaper than Portland glass. Howewer, they did not reinstall/attach the hose to my windsheild washer fluid sprayer and they broke some of the clips to plastic shroud below the windshield. Needless to say I will not return.

I have to replace my windshield now because they didnt use the right material when they filled in the chip I had in my window..Do not come here...Because once they fill the crack you cant do it again.you will have to replace your windshield..I paid them 60.00 for 20 minutes..Now it will cost me 350.00 to replace my windshield...Go to Safelite they have a lifetime warranty on the windshield they install...
