They steal from you and then apply for abandon vehicle before they are suppose to. My car never should have been towed from a private driveway where it was ok to be parked to get worked on. A law suit is absolutely 💯 in the works.

Its never a pleasurable experience to need a tow. That being said when I discovered my flat tire in the morning I got a pleasurable and friendly driver to come out in 30 minutes and tow my car to a shop. I have no problems recommending Above All Collision to my friends or family. I would rather not need their services in the future, but I would certainly use them again.

My wife forgot to put oil in her car and the typical result occurred. They towed it to their garage and diagnosed the acuity of the damage. Her engine was lost, but the charge for both the tow and diagnostic was so much lower than competitors. They were also happy to let the car stay, while the “cash for cars” process (privately acquired not affiliated) was underway, which took about two weeks. They have acquired a new family of customers.

If there were zero stars thats what theyd get!! Our car was totalled in an accident & my son was taken away in an ambulance. (This company only towed the car for a few miles) Less than 24 hrs later this business wanted $845 from us just to take our belongings out of the car!!! When we couldnt pay it, they wouldnt even let me we take my sons coat out of the trunk!! Now they want $85 everyday added on top of their horrendous price!! Horrible people ripping people off after a tragedy!!!

A six day job turned into three weeks, the repair and paint job was done right, customer service isnt what Im used to, I had to keep calling them for updates. The day I picked it up it was raining so I couldnt check out the work,next day I was cleaning overspray and sanding dust off my truck when they told me it was detailed and ready.

This place rips people off

Not an easy job to have for these guys. I was recently pulled over and because of the virus epidemic courts didnt process something they should have. Long story short they impounded my vehicle. Every impound place Ive ever dealt with sucks but i had to this time write a thank you to these guys at above all collision. They were easy to talk to and understanding of my situation. A+++ on professionalism and customer service. If i ever need work done Ill be returning to these guys. Highly recommend them.

Not good. they towed my trailer with out a warning. And laugh as I had to pay. The sticker says to be towed next day if not moved. They moved it 5 minutes after it was tagged. Thats stealing

Generous people. This was our first accident and they took amazing care of us, they set us up with a car rental since we were from out of state and gave us a discount. They did not take advantage of two struggling college students and helped us out greatly with finances. Everyone was helpful and professional.

They x off reasons for towing your vehicle that are not truthful. They xd off that my grandson was arrested when he absolutely was not! I called to have their 400.00 towing for not 8 miles up the road and storage for not even 24 hours paid receipt changed and was yelled at by the girl in the office,she said she didnt see how changing that was relevant as nobody sees the receipt but them and us and that she could x something else off but she refused to un x the box that said he was arrested as it was already xd. I told her it was relevant to me. She reluctantly said she would make a note,that he was not arrested at the bottom of the paid receipt and send me a photo copy of it. Rude and grossly overcharge. I will be contacting BBB

Brought my new 2017 Toyota Avalon in to get the front end repaired after an accident and they did fantastic work and my car looks brand new again. They were incredibly friendly and professional, had very reasonable rates and great turnaround time. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them exclusively for any future body work I need done. Top notch company!

If I could give them a 0 star I would. They outrageously charged my brother 200 dollars after PD called them to tow. They charged us 200 dollars to tow 8 houses down as the accident was eight next to my house. These people are rude and nothing but scumbags

Above All in Price!This company charged $435 to tow a car less than three miles. This included a labor fee because Jeff the manager said the car was too hard to tow because it was parked next to an island in the parking lot. An $85 storage fee for 3 three hours? Avoid this place! Please dont reward a business that takes advantage of people. They are rude and extremely unhelpful when trying to pick up a car

Just called to have a customers bill explained to me because they have charges with no explanation as well as some dubious sounding charges. For instance $85 with no explanation for the charge or $100 extra person charge. The person who answered couldnt explain or give a reason for these charges. When it was suggested that the person answering the phone as a customer service representative should be able to do these things, they became upset. This bill for towing, not storage, was in excess of $700. They charged $100 special equipment charge. On the bill the special equipment was listed as single line winch. They charged $100 dollars to winch the car onto the flatbed. The distance towed was 9 miles and charged $45, which as far as I can tell, seems to be the only reasonable part of this bill. I cant find out if the rest is reasonable because so far no one can explain the charges to me. Watch out for these people.

Great Service (and people) - Matt and his team helped with an emergency tow and then helped identify the mechanical issue. Its nice to know when you are an emergency situation, the service provider looks out for you. Because of this, I would highly recommend Above All Collision Center and will use them for future needs!

The guy who help me was very nice and welcoming and even though I was getting my car out of the impound lot and was upset the way he treated us was enough to fix my mood so thank you mystery man who helped me without draining my bank account!!!

I had an insurance claim and they told me that it would take 3-4 days for the repairs. It actually took them 3 and a half weeks. They never called to inform me that they are waiting on parts because the car is so new. They wanted to replace one part and since it was taking so long i told them sure but make sure it was the correct one. Go figure they replaced the wrong part. Work seems good but if you have to pay for a rental and they tell you a short duration for the repair, add a coupe weeks to your rental because it will not be done in time. Only the owner knows whats going on and can speak to people but he is always in and out of the office. I will not be going back to them for any work.

I have brought numerous vehicles here and the staff is top notch. Especially their spicy and spunky office manager whom is so caring and compassionate going above and beyond. Its the little thing in companies that make them so great Even lending me a phone charger because my rental did not have a USB plug to charge my phone and even calling me a day after getting T-boned in my brand-new truck the day after to see how I was doing. You dont find this appreciation for customers in large dealerships. Nothing is better than family owned small business these days. Would not recommend anyone else over Above All Collision.

I brought my truck to above all after a high recommendation from a friend. The service was great and I was kept informed during the whole process. The repairs made to my vehicle are at an impressive standard. They Have become the only auto body repair shop I will use and trust. As the name says they are truley Above All.

I called about an appointment for an estimate but I was told to bring it in anytime for an estimate. So I drive in and the estimator is out. The receptionist takes pictures and tells me I will get an email with the estimate by the end of the day. I call the next day as I had not received an email him yet. I am told that the estimator was out all day and he was going to get to them that day. A week goes by and I still haven’t heard. So I call again today and I’m told the estimator isn’t in and I’ll hear from him when he comes back in.Wow. If they can’t handle an estimate, then I’m sure they can’t handle doing work in a timely manner. Needless to say, I will be going somewhere else.

I went to 3 businesses and Above All Collision gave me the best customer service. Matt was very kind and answered all my questions. He actually went out and inspected my car before giving me an estimate. The other 2 business gave poor customer as 1 place made me wait until he made phone calls and the other did not even want to look at my car. When Above All Coli Collision took my car apart it had more damaged then adjusted could see. Above All Collision took care of contact the adjuster, the insurance company, and rental car business and I have no idea this was going on. When I called about an update on my vehicle, I was explained about everything and to enjoy my rental car. Outstanding customer service

Brought my new 2017 Acura, MDX into Above all Collision to be fixed after a grocery store carriage hit the side door. They fixed it above and beyond my expectations. I can not even tell any work has been done to the door, it looks perfect. I am so happy with their service and rapid speed for fixing my new car.

By far the worst business i have come across. Matt the owner is a money hungry thief. They do not take any responsibility for the mistakes they make. They are unprofessional. Swear at customers and call them liars. They ruined my car while tows and wont any responsibility for it. They refused to return phone calls when they realised they were at fault. They are contracted threw concord parking devision and i think the city made a big mistake! Noone deserves to be treated with such disrespect. They are just out for money and will screw you over. Hope they learn their lesson!!!

Talk about scum bags. charged $380 for a tow 2 miles down the street and storage for a day and a half...funny part was they charged for the previous day and refused to refund my money. if you ask them to explain the bill they try and intimidate you into leaving...bottom of the line..if you want to be scammed and strong armed into dishing out every penny you work for, call these scum bags.

Scum. Ive never met anyone with such a low level of compassion. Had my vehicle on the back of their truck and refused to let it down so I could move it. Now they are charging 65 dollars per day for storage. Just goes to show that some people get a kick out of putting money before someones feelings.

My. Son broke down I89 in Concord. This place rip us off. Charge us $395 for a tow that was less 10 miles away from their shop. Sad that they are link with the State Troopers call.

Had a mishap Friday night at 11pm thy towed my car no big deal go to get my car Saturday the nest day around noon so they had my car for 13 hour and they want to charge me for two days storage on top of the 125 for the tow then another 15dollars a mile so they had my car 13hour and are charging me just under 500 these people biggest piece of crap and just want rip people off
