It was very quick 🙂 everything was delicious. Had to add multiple items no hiccups in the process.

The young man working the drive through window was so personable and genuine. Very refreshing customer interaction! It’s nice to feel your patronage is valued, even at a coffee house chain.

The team was fantastic and greeted me right away and asked if I had a mobile order upon entering. I just placed my order and knew it might be a couple minutes but they let me know it would be right out. Parking is an issue during busy times but today wasn’t as busy. Great place to grab a quick coffee before the airport or after on your way home.

The best Starbucks location Ive ever been to. Drinks are always made correctly and are delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Store is clean and nicely decorated.

Starbucks remains controversial as many people have a small part of their identity tied into what coffee house they go to. Seems people either love or hate Starbucks. Ive been one to love Starbucks for their ability to make a drink exactly how I want it despite if I completely mutilate the original recipe. Although, this comes at a cost, a steep cost. Starbucks is not cheap by any means if you customize your drinks with my particular drink costing $8.47 for a customized Venti cafe latte. Thats pretty steep in my books for a coffee. And with Starbucks having supply issues right now at the time of this review I cant even get the exact drink that I want as they no longer have sugar free Cinnamon Dulche syrup. So paying $8.47 for a drink that isnt completely customized to my liking is hard to swallow. No pun intended. Starbucks still remains my favorite coffee house to go to, but if prices continue to go up and supply issues continue I will have to find an alternative choice.

Have been to this location various times. Compared to the two other Starbucks down the street this has been the best by far. Always exceeding expectations, making me feel warm and welcome. The supervisor Jorge I believe has been incredibly friendly always asking if there is anything else i need.

This is a great Starbucks. Staff at most Starbucks are typically very friendly and this location is no exception. Its relaxing inside and the drive thru has always been super quick!

Multiple times I’ve received the incorrect drink. They’re always willing to remake it but it’s really just inconvenient to wait around because they’re a little slow paced. Forget trying to get in touch with the manager. She’s never they’re or doesn’t return phone calls.Just get a plain ol’ cup o’ joe from here. Seems to be the only thing that’s consistent and correct.

I have come to this location many times. Though the employees are nice, the service has been been degrading over the past year and a half that I have been going there. This last situation was the tipping point.I made a mobile and all other Starbucks I have been to have mobile orders in the same pickup location.My issue came with the fact that the whole reason for a mobile order is to be quick and be ready when one arrives. I was waiting for my order which is fine, however, it took over 5 minutes to be acknowledged and asked if I had a mobile order. Only to be told that I had to check in elsewhere. My order was already ready. If you plan on being different than the other locations, it may be in your best interest to ask a customer upon arrival if they have a mobile order. This would resolve a ton of issues.

Friendly, fast, taste was terrible. Both our drinks were wrong/nasty. Worst experience with a Starbucks!!! Avoid this one at all costs.

Popped into this one while waiting for my hotel room to be ready. Uber was able to drop me off right at the door, and when I went in I was greeted by the cashier. I used the bathroom first, and it was clean, and I like that they are gender neutral for easy use and no wait!Ordering was quick and easy - there was no line. My drink and oatmeal both came out fast. Seating was a little tight so it was a touch difficult to sit and also charge at the same time as there was an extension cord, but it forced me to have the cable go in the aisle, which I didnt love (tripping hazard!). The space was clean and well kept though! Wifi was in and out, but it was busy so not too surprising.Overall: AEasy space to get some work done while waiting for my room to be ready at the nearby hotel.

Due to the COVID-19 this Starbucks shop does the good thing for keep their customers safe. Just one thing they should do that is provide a sanitized for their customers.

Very frustrating when you can’t get just a regular coffee at a coffee store. The word coffee is right there in the name. Apparently, their machine is “not heating at the correct temperature”.It’s been 3 months!!!Tried it again today after driving to another one for the last month or so and they didn’t say anything when I ordered a normal coffee. They just let me get their coffee served to me lukewarm. 😡Be better Starbucks!

Went through the drive through. Paid for a Quad shot because I got the venti and tipped because she made my drink hot and I had wanted it iced and she had to remake it so I felt bad. But, My coffee literally tasted like milk none of the extra shots or anything I had paid for were in there!. The service also was not the best she got upset with me because she messed up. I should have just went to the DuchBros down the street.

Closed on the weekend and they didn’t post this anywhere - you have to call and listen to their voicemail to find out they’re closed.

I enjoy coming to this location because everyone is friendly, the turnaround time for orders normally exceeds their expected time, and all of their staff seem to be doing everything they can to keep the customer safe. Ive never had a slow or incorrect order here (which probably means that Ive jinxed myself), and I will keep coming back.

Best Starbucks in town everything is great at Starbucks. The place always has a cheerful vibe. The Employees there are so nice for there customers. They also put of a good mood for the holidays. Also Starbucks menu is amazing! One minor problem that should be fixed is there parking there its not the best.

A car accident took place today at the intersection of 104th and Tower Rd. Immediately after, a barista named Kate came out to check if everyone was okay. The staff prepared large iced waters for those involved and gave my mom and I free drinks for staying to help them as well. Amazing, kind-hearted staff working here! ❤️

As the drive thru gets long, it causes all sorts of traffic issues because the area around this location wasnt thought out well, but they do hussle and I have never had a bad order.

Nice and clean. Staff is friendly, but here are literally 2 outlets in the place. There is a power bar mounted by the windows but doesn’t work. When I asked about it , the employee said, “Yeah, that doesn’t work... drag man.”

Just stopped in to this location for the first time and it will be my last time too. One person in line in front of me. 8 people working behind the counter. All of them very capable I assume of placing a cold brew order. After standing in line and waiting to be helped I decided against waiting any longer and split. I will continue to use the other Starbucks on North Tower as I always do..

Got the order of my drink and croissant totally wrong.Ordered so that I could eat and enjoy my drink while traveling 120 miles home. Didnt find out their mistakes until I tasted my coffee and opened the bag for my food five miles down the road. The only thing that was right was the extra hot request.

Ive gone to Starbucks all over the country and spent over 30 years in Seattle as Starbucks was becoming a thing. I always look for production efficiency where staff make your coffee perfectly and quickly. They always seem to struggle at this store.

I have reviewed this location before but have to update my review. Recently I have not been able to go through the drive-thru and get a proper order. The early morning staff is on point and always gets things correct but come late morning through the afternoon every time my order has been incorrect. Hopefully with time the staff will improve.

This place has all I need out of a Starbucks! Good service and friendly people. My husband gets his coffee and I like to get one of those Protein Packs with the hard-boiled egg, cheese, apple slices and grapes. But not every location has them. After a morning of travel, I was very grateful to find they did have them!On this particular day they were giving out samples, which is always nice. Coffee cake and their new cold brewed coffee.Also, this location is super convenient to the airport. Our flight got in early and we had two hours to kill before our parents flight got in. This was the perfect place to relax, get a snack and even go through the car wash right next door.

One of my favorite Starbucks. I love the environment when i need to get some work done, the staff is always friendly, and the food/drink selection is great!

My flight got delayed be one day and I hung out at this Cafe working almost all day. The music was loud so took phone calls from outside. The staff was nice and accommodating They turned down the music volume outside so I could talk over the phone the weather was nice and I was in and out of the café most of the time. I was comfortable, got a coffee and had a nice time at this Starbucks.

Staff is very nice and opens early. I work in the oil field and its actually nice to have a Starbucks before work. My shift starts at 5am every day and this location opens at 4:30am. Except Sundays :(

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. After moving here, I tried it few times, but the drinks are ALWAYS disgusting. The last time I tried I actually asked them to remake my drink it was so awful I couldnt even choke it down. When I did, the guy was extremely rude about it and acted as if I was the worst person in the world expecting a palatable $7 coffee. I do not recommend this Starbucks and refuse to go here, driving a few miles down the road to a MUCH better one!

Good location, perfect for stopping on the way to, or from, Denver international airport. There are some sofa seating outside that would be nice on a warm day. Friendly staff as well.

Theyre very nice

I just started working at a dental practice by this location and I am so thankful I did. The whole team creates a fun, welcoming environment- you actually WANT to go in to order! But drive thru is accurate and quick. This morning was no different. I had app issues and they made sure just in I was taken care of. Im thankful I pass this place every morning.

Over charged me and did not enter the correct amount of money given could not figure out my change. Extremely frustrating that I had to do the math for her, and finally got my change. My drink was also missing the topping.

This Starbucks is always really busy. They dont always get my drink right but are always very friendly and have no problem fixing it if need be. With how busy it is Im sure they see a-lot of faces and a-lot of different drinks!!!

Coffee was great, but the line for the window was almost to the street and moved very slowly. This was not during a peak time. Staff at the window was friendly, however. I will probably give it another chance to see I the rating can improve.

Nice place to hear a cup of coffee, tea or what ever you call that mixture you like. Extended stealing and the menu has a lot more to offer, even some 🍷.

They are closed during construction but the people there for their job fair cant even tell us they are closed - instead of wasting our time parking and walking around. By the way, the parking lot if full and it isnt because of customers. Come on starbucks, maybe put a huge STORE is closed during construction would help.

Ive been coming here for years. Ive seen people come and go. Ive always had excellent service and they call me by name.

I come to this Starbucks almost Daily. The app is so so glitchy which they do acknowledge. I have just given up using it but still come here. Today is my birthday and I got an email saying I get a free birthday coffee. I went to the counter and ordered my free bday drink. Cash tip in hand. They said I had to login to my app to receive it. They started brewing my coffee. I had to download the app. I followed the login instructions exactly but could still not login. The clerk said “I am sorry I cannot give you your drink if you can’t open your app. Sorry.” I guess they just threw my coffee away rather than give it to me. There is a Starbucks at King Soopers down the road and a new one at 104th and HWY 2. I will NEVER patronize this Starbucks again. They are no longer the only Starbucks in town.

Nice star bucks. Way to busy with the airport traffic. They need more parking. Do not park in the spot where drive thru people go. You will be stuck forever.

This is the slooooooowest Starucks I have EVER been to. Unfortunately this location is the closest to my home and I keep giving them a chance and I am consistently disappointed. Im actually sitting in the drive thru now and have been here for 7 mins and havent even ordered. Also, I cant leave without checking my drink, its never right!!!!! If youre looking for efficiency and quick service, this is not the location to visit unless you have an extra 20 mins to spend in the drive thru!!!!!!
