While waiting for the parts girl to come back with our parts, the male employee asked us if the female employee was annoying us yet. I thought that he was just making conversation, but he continued his tirade against his fellow employee. It was quite annoying. In my opinion, he should not share his contempt for her with his customers. We dont care. Perhaps a little more training for him is in order. We probably wont buy from this store again. Very uncomfortable experience.

I was driving through this town and stopped to buy a few things when I noticed the guy forgot to hand me the steering wheel cover I purchased I live about 40 miles away when I called and asked him if they can hold it for a while I told him I should be there within the next week or soHe said well I don’t know if someone will put it back or not by then so I told him well can you write my name down in case I stop by soon and he seemed Uninterested and said I’ll try when I try to give them the spelling of my name he said I got it without even hearing obviously he’s not planning on helping me out. For a manager Isaac seemed pretty rude.

Awesome customer service. Was able to get a new battery installed quickly. The staff was very easy to work with and made sure my car was ready to go.

Glad I can find the parts myself. Good selection of items. The store is clean and fairly well stocked, but I never see the same people working when I stop in and they seem to always hide behind the counter ignoring you until you come up to pay.

Searched on line for lower control arms, found them here, great price. Two counter people, one male and one female. The female helped us. While she was in the back of the store getting our parts, the male asked us is she annoying you yet? I got the feeling that they were at odds with each other. In my opinion, they should work it out amongst themselves without bringing customers into their business. He made me feel quite uncomfortable. After shopping around different auto parts stores, I decided that I would try Autozone first, but now Im not sure if I will shop here in the future.

Sold me a part I didnt need because their computer system said I needed it. Turns out my year model car doesnt need said part. Yes I returned it but the principle of the thing irks me. Also I gave my phone number when I made my purchase and started getting spam calls nonstop within 24 hours. Dont give them your phone number.

I went into the store today and was greeted by a young man named jimez i hope thats how you spell his name. Hey went above and beyond and i do appreciate him. Thanks young man for helping me with my battery and cleaning up the corrosion.

Their customer service is less then desired. Do not want to help you with anything. Just wonder around and find your own parts and more. Ughhh.

The guys that run this AutoZone are beyond kind and helpful, even though I didnt come for parts exactly... I had a last minute decal job themed Day Of The Dead 5 days before Cinco De Mayo. Not even sure exactly what to sketch out with such a short window, I went shopping with friends and got into all sorts of good stuff over here!! **See Photos** The BEST part, was that these guys didnt care that we were ordering last minute arts and crafts type supplies, rather than engine parts. The most lazy and grumpy people I’ve seen in a while. Came in for an air filter and the lady just wrote the part number down and said “go find it” all three employees were just chillin on their phones not doing a thing. Store was a mess and no help at all.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. 2 different days, the employees were rude, and unprofessional. Tried to tell my wife that they couldnt return a core charge, when returning the new part and we still had possession of what wouldve been the core. I called twice, 1st time I was put on hold for 9 min before I hung up, 2nd time, 29 min I was on hold and had been standing at the counter receiving my parts when the guy finally got back to the call, tried to tell me they were busy, but the store was empty... this store just cost Autozone a 20 year customer.

Convenient location to my home, staff was very helpful, they did not have all the parts I needed on hand, but they were able to assist me on getting them to me the next day, to this location, without me having to drive all over town. Will definitely visit again.

The employees did an amazing customer service on me, yesterday March 6th around 5pm I have the emergency to replace my spark plugs of my vehicle and the lady in the counter offer me her help in let me borrow her own ratchet socket for spark plugs for me to being able to replaced them and be on my way, unfortunately was more than the spark plugs so I have to call for a towing truck.She was giving me her attention very time she could and make me feel that I can be help and assist.Just want to say that it was a great way to take care a customer in desperation and need.So thank you guys for an excellent work ethicsRicardo Martinez.

My baby was napping while I was driving. My oil temp light came on. The awesome employee working today was willing to come get my debit card, process the transaction, and bring the oil out to me! My oil is now full and baby was happily resting while I went home.

This place had a good crew but now good luck getting any real help.

They were very friendly and courteous. Even with many customers and only 2 working. Didnt hesitate to help me get the right windshield wipers and put them on for me. Even in 20 degree weather.

The manager Brendan does not follow company policy or care to treat customers with courtesy or respect, instead they choose to refuse claims on a return for something that was already broken or damage and then refuse to return the other things that were not broken or damaged either. Personally I feel he did not even know how to use the system correctly and just lied about it. Either way speaking with profanity towards a customer is never the right solution and not only that I will never spend a single dollar here ever again I will do everything in my power to bad-mouth AutoZone and shop at any other competitor due to the fact that they do not return merchandise that arrived broken and do not care to help their customers regardless. The best part is I was going to spend well over $300 today on batteries as I regularly spend hundreds of dollars at this location! Thanks guys you made my choice and never returning extremely easy! Went to work today as normal, come to find out that my car was refusing to start in the parking lot. Went the autozone right across from my work. Nathan S walked all the way to my spot in the parking lot to help diagnose my problem. And then went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I seriously cannot thank him and that store enough for all the help I got tonight.

One of my best experiences at an autozone I’ve ever had . I believe his badge said he was the parts manager , Anyhow his name was Nathan I believe , and this man when out his way to help me with my truck . I explained what was wrong with it And he followed me outside to take a look , instead of just telling me what part I needed he went and grabbed his tool cart and replaced it for me . I could not thank him enough , I was lost and didn’t know what I was gonna do .. I’m forever greatful , take care of this guy autozone , they don’t come around very often . Paid $200 for a 3 1/4 ton jack that weighs 120lbs in an awkward box and neither employee not doing anything could even help with holding a door open. I even think one of the employees was a supervisor. Unbelievable.

Apparently price matching doesn’t mean what you think it does. I called before I went to make sure they price matched and when I got there I showed them the competitors price (which was about 30% of the cost of theirs), and they suddenly had all sorts of caveats to what their “price match” meant. I spoke to Emoree on the phone who said they price matched and when I got to the store I dealt with Kevin who then told me that they don’t price match prices that low. I then spoke to Elizabeth, the manager, who explained why they don’t honor what is told to customers.

They are a nice place and even assisted me to put on my wiper blade.

Very unprofessional and rude; refused to accept a defective tie down for return. No reason given. Return same item in colfax ave successfully, no question asked . Auto zone has lose one valuable customer.

We went in to ask them a question and they were acting like we were stupid about cars. When we knew what was wrong but we just wanted to know of they could check it. They wouldnt even do that.

I bought oil and a filter to do an oil change on my truck. I get a five quart jug of Mobil 1 5w-20. Wife uses the truck before I do the oil change and told me some oil leaked out of the jug. Thats weird, those are sealed new. Go to do my oil change and they sold me five quarts of waste oil off the shelf. Turns out this is a thing people will do when they bring waste oil to dump, throw their old oil on the shelf grab new oil and leave. Autozone took care of me and gave me new oil. Cost me some time making multiple trips but glad they handled it.

Went to this place to return a product that was under warranty. I asked for a refund. The guy said he can only replace it with a new one. I told him I went to OReilly and got one there. And it worked fine. He said he can only switch it out. I asked him what the hell am I supposed to do with an extra sensor? He looked at me dumbfounded. I tossed the old part at him and told him to keep it and that Ill be going to OReilly Auto Parts now. He said good because thats where ghetto beaners go. Ok. I wont stoop to his weak ass level. But I will pray for this ass hat. I pray I catch his ass on the street. I will NEVER spend another dime at ANY Autozone ever again. Me or any of my BEANER family.

Very non Auto people, these sad people cant even measure a stud wich Napa and oreilly do very easy if I had the tool I would have showed this idiot how to do it, sad it was the manager that is the idiot.
