A lot of people think you have to buy a ham if you walk into this place, but they make a good sandwich, too. Its not an inexpensive sandwich, but its worth a little extra. I mean, it costs less than a sandwich at Arbys...

I was impressed with how things were set up during COVID. Although there was a long line we got through quickly. We got a small ham and ham salad. The ham was great as always and although the ham salad was a little on the dry side this time, it’s usually wonderful.

Received an email about the meal offer for $24.99 that includes one pound of sliced ham or turkey, two sides and a package of Hawaiian rolls. I went in and mentioned the email about the meal deal. Got home to discover that the lady behind the register charged me $29.99. Tried to call and they closed at 5:00. We prepared the macaroni and cheese and smashed potatoes and they were awful. So in essence, I paid $29.99 for a pound of smoked turkey (awesome) and a package of Hawaiian rolls. I clearly should have stuck with getting 2.75 lbs of smoked turkey for $29.99 and left it at that. This is the second time we have had an issue with this location and I think it boils down to lack of understanding English and customer service. Highly recommend the location on Sawmill Road.

Way too expensive for a ham that is not even properly glazed. Also when you reserve online they dont actually but your order together and hold it for you. So you could show up and they are out of an item that you reserved. Poor business model. The sweet potato casserole was very good.

Im from WV and Im not sure how this one differs so much from the other ones I have been to. Basically they didnt have any baked goods. Okay they had three. Three cookies total. But none of my favorites. In WV, the sides are already packaged so the worker just opens the cooler and grabs it. Well he forgot we ordered sides and so it took him almost four minutes to scoop out two potato salad sides.

Just a quick stop to get a sandwich for lunch. Great sandwich, very nice staff.

This was our second time working with this location and we experienced difficulties both time.The first time I tried to overlook quality of food and a very late delivery due to a death in the family. That said, theres nothing worse than your guest complaining about the food, especially when you purchase from what you expect to be a quality company.But this second time is truly unacceptable. We were charged 3 times for only 2 events. This comes down to poor management and a lack of communication. The worst was how their internal problems were turned around on me and I became the reason why my card was charged over $400 in error. False statements were made, lots of I think and I dont know.Extremely frustrated at this location and myself for choosing to give them a second chance. I will not be coming back again. Our catering orders will be made elsewhere.

Omg! I mean come on its honey baked ham so of course it good but that sandwich... To die for! So good one just isnt enough 2 is too much can we get a half sandwich option?? Lol. Or just do what I do, pick a friend and get 3 and split the second one. Yummy. 😋

Family ordered Thanksgiving turkey, ham and sides...prepaid online for curbside pickup due to covid at the Polaris Parkway location. My son in law found no parking lot room for curbside pickup. Store asked if he could come inside for pickup. Well duh...kind of defeats the distancing purpose, doesnt it?Then he was told they were out of turkey! Mind you this was pre-ordered and prepaid for. He was told to come back at 1pm. He had received a text saying his order was ready. My family ordered for the grandparents so they could bring us a Thanksgiving dinner due to covid. My family is doing what they can to help lower the virus numbers. My daughter said the sides are terrible and she could buy the same thing, frozen, at the grocery store for far less. So in our opinion, this was a fail in a big way. NONE of us will return. Too bad because before they moved to this location, I had never had this kind of problem with Honey Baked Ham.

I only have of Honey Baked Ham for 1 year when I first heard it they were down in Florida Jacksonville loved it ever since always had the chicken salad sandwich and the classic turkey the staff here was pleasant and the owner was very professional and also a very kind person to will definitely be back again

Ive been to several Honey Baked Ham Cafe locations across Central Ohio. And this is hands down the best one. The owner is the best and shes very friendly, accommodating, and cares about her customers. Ive also used their catering option and she has given me the best deals and its been a double thumbs up experience!I wish I lived closer to Polaris so I could go there more often but it just makes the time I go more special!

This Honey Baked Ham location is fantastic. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. They get you in and out quickly whether you are getting a sandwich or a ham. Highly recommend this place.

For the longest time I had no idea you could have a meal here, I thought it was only for picking up meat for events. Boy was I wrong! My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch of ham sandwiches and were not disappointed. This is a great place for a quick, delicious meal!

They always make people feel welcome. Their individuasandwiches are tasty. This is not just a place to go for dinner meat, you can get an individual lunch with quite a few luncheon choices.

Easter and Christmas very busy! Lines out the door. Otherwise easy in easy out. Flavor great! Can eat warm or cold and heating is easy.

We love honey baked ham; but I am very disappointed this time. I repeatedly questioned whether or not the ham was “bone in.” I was assured that it was... It definitely is not. My soup will not be the same this year.

We did a reserve on our Easter meat items only to show up for our pickup and find they sold our Turkey no apology or anything. Unacceptable and we will not be back!!

Delicious! I sampled before buying. They are plateing and having it ready for me to pick up tomorrowwarm and ready to serve. Awesome. Bought 10 lb bnls ham and 4 lb turkey breast.

I was so disappointed this Mothers Day I spent $50 on a ham that was mostly bone. Ive purchased many times in the past and it usually last 4-5 days for my famliy. There was no ham by the third day just a oversized bone.

Been to this location for the first time. It was super clean and quiet. The staff was frendly but the manager is awesome. They always habe some great food. The bbq ham sandwhich is really good. I would refer this location.

We come here to get a Ham for the holidays, we ending up leaving with not only a delicious ham, But a turkey to eat on during the holiday. The honey baked turkeys are so incredibly delicious. Were not generally turkey fans, But after eating this turkey ,next year well definitely be getting a much larger turkey since we run out of turkey even before Christmas Dinner.

Purchase a ham when I ordered I sked the man was the ham cooked he says yes cooked ready to eat get there the ham is in fridge. And is cold and says it would take an hour to warm so thats not cooked ready to eat Im very disappointed specially with the amount they cost smh never using them again

I visited this location while working at a job location far from where I normally work. I went in for lunch and once I had ordered realized I had left my whole wallet at home. Without any hesitation, the man behind the counter, who I assume to be the owner of this franchise simply took down my phone number and gave me my lunch, trusting that I would call later and present my payment over the phone. Had he not have been so kind, I would have been stuck far from home with no lunch and no money. I will return to this location at any oppurtunity.
