Best experience ever. Andrea is amazing!! We stopped in to get gifts for our daughter (new nurse!) and could not get in due to COVID protocols. I called the gift shop and Andrea went above and beyond to help us get the gifts we needed without breaking protocols! She has NO idea the difference she made that day but I appreciated the help and my daughter was touched by the gifts as she starts this new chapter in her life!

Very nice selection of gifts for patients from new baby to new kidney. Small selection of fresh flowers and plants, lots of Ohio State Buckeye fan memorabilia, large selection of snacks and candy, greeting cards, scrubs, balloons, toys, eyc. Friendly staff.

I call the gift shop with an amount I want to spend, what I want to send and they make the best choices for my money and deliver within the hour!

They have a great selection of items and the staff are great 👍

Very nice gift shop with a plethora of merchandise and gear designed for wonderful gifts for yourself or hospital patients. In addition, a wonderful staff of emoployees will be there to greet you and help you with any shopping needs.
