Order placed June 6th. On back order, understandable because of covid. No update given to me after missed ship date. I called because they didn’t respond to email. Was told October, fine. Then notified my order was cancelled because I live 200 miles from their nearest shipping center. No one could have notified me immediately after placing the order? Why jerk me around for 3 months? No refund has been received yet.*Edit*Check our their terrible response to my issue. Their website clearly states they do ship throughout the continental U.S.Don’t bother with these fools.

Horrific experience. They lack any customer service. Avoid this business at all cost. After waiting nearly 3 months for a couch that they said will take yet another month (after waiting nearly a week to hear back via email) I’m making a claim with my bank. Do us all a favor and close your doors. Clearly you can’t run a business. This must be why your sales are only close to 150k a year. That’s not a business, it’s a poorly done hobby.

I purchased a lot of furniture in Feb 2021. They kept putting me off on delivery. It is now June 23rd, 2021. Cancelled orders and now waiting for my refund. They will not return your emails now. Also, the phones have been down for 3 days so far. I hope they do the right thing over the next 2-4 days.

Awful response times. Awful return policy. No built in tracking on their website. Their website advertises items that are not in stock without telling you and upon purchase dont notify you that theyre coming from the supplier. If you dont cancel within 24 hours they wont refund you theyll only give you store credit. Cockroaches

We ordered our furniture January 1, 2021. The date of delivery came and went when WE had to call to ask where our delivery is. It was rescheduled to late Feb as Ashley is experiencing delays not ACF. When the end of Feb came and went with no furniture, we had to call AGAIN to hear that now it would be March or April and placed the blame directly on Ashley again. We decided to call Ashley to find out how far their backordered items were shipping. The Ashley Warehouse was experiencing a delay...of ONE MONTH. When we explained what was going on, Ashley said that they are fulfilling ALL of their orders within one month and any delays beyond that are fully on the retailer were buying from. Well, you guessed it! Its now June and we did finally receive a response via email from a message we sent to them asking again when we might expect our delivery stating were expecting to receive it July 25. Not holding our breath. Waiting to see how much longer my other half can hold off before finally requesting a refund. Yes, they sure did make sure they charged us months ahead of any delivery. If given the option in the future, I will NOT use ACF Wholesale in the future.

Avoid this business like the plague. They will make every attempt to avoid refunding your money after infinite delays in shipping. Not a legit business.Dont believe the lie that they are separate from the online store which they share the exact same address.

The communication was good. I got responses within 48 hours. However, as others have mentioned, the delay in delivery was too much.I ordered in the first week of November. Since it was before the holidays and mail was atypically slow, I was extra patient.4 months later , it became obvious that their excuse of one person in the warehouse was not valid. There is obviously an issue going on, but they are not being forthcoming about it.I had no hassles with the refund. It was immediate. Money was in my account in 2 to 3 business days.

I ordered my table last year in May and still have not get it but they took my money! All the emails I sent never once got replied! If you dont want to sell the product or have other issues with it at least reply to your customer and refund their money!! Horrible company! And stop blaming the website because you are using thr same companys name and address!!

This company does not answer their phones Ive been calling for over 2 weeks and They still haven’t returned any calls from my voicemails Nor emails. I am an existing customer Im awaiting the delivery of my bed this week and it is now thursday and I STILL HAVEN’T received any delivery Details... You have to beg this company for communication. I will never purchase from this company again!!!!
