This is the best donut shop around! The donuts are delicious, the coffee is great, and the customer service is phenomenal. I have always had outstandingly positive experiences here, and we are frequent visitors. Highly recommend!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Everything here was excellent, great coffee, donuts, and service. The pumpkin donut was just what I needed this morning, as was the apple fritter. My daughter also loved her strawberry donut. We go out every few weeks to try a new donut place and we will be back to Lil Donut Factory for sure! Its absolutely a winner!

Lil Donut Factory has amazing donuts. They have been my favorite in the area and I love supporting local. They have a great selection though be aware they are in the style of open until they run out. Be sure to check them out.

Was pleasantly surprised by this donut shop. Affordable prices but most importantly great donuts. If you are in the Hillard area you will not be disappointed with their glaze donut or pumpkin glazed donut.Update: Sour cream cake donut is really good.

Chocolate Custard Crushed Oreo!!! Say what!? The reviews arent even close to how amazing these donuts are! But dont let me focus on just that single donut because its unfair to the rest of the donuts. The selection was great, so great I couldnt wait to eat them and neither could my kids, hence the half eaten box. 😉The prices are nice and the staff are even nicer! Its a great little shop tucked away and if you dont know its there, youll go right by it like I have for the last year. If you like supporting local businesses, spend your money here. I promise you wont regret it. I will definitely be coming back and spending mine. Gotta come quick though, they close sometimes before noon, if they run out. (Which is a great thing)

This place has a huge variety of donuts with new and rotating flavors quite often. The cake donuts have an amazing texture with a nice outer crunch; the raised donuts are nice and fluffy. Their cream fillings/toppings are what impress me the most. You can never go wrong trying one of their signature bloops or buckeye donut. I recommend getting there early to have the best selection available. Lil Donut Factory has great service and is all around great place!

I accidentally found this gem of a donut shop. It has the best donuts Ive ever had in my entire life. You can also get Coffee Mess coffee beans here. If youre half asleep like I am most days, get you a fresh brewed cup of smoldering hot love liquid to go, Karen! Sometimes you can find like real American made donuts with maple icing and bacon on top. My friends, if you are needing a really good donut dozen to impress the boys and girls at the office, stop in before noon for the best selection! These guys are the best!!

The best doughnuts by the nicest people! There is a reason why this place frequently sells out of doughnuts so get them while you can. They have added evening hours and selections to help offset when they do sell out and I have taken advantage of this grabbing up some doughnuts for the next day. You can also call in an order, which I’ve also done, to make sure I get the doughnuts I want for special occasions. And finally, there is also a nice coffee counter here as well: The Coffee Mess, which I have sampled their drip coffee and can say it was very good. It’s an all-around friendly place with great doughnuts and coffee and my favorites are their apple fritters and sour cream cake doughnuts!

Love these donuts and this local place. They give it a nice local feel. The only downside is if try to eat inside and it is busy. Not many people stay inside but parents with kids like to have their kids eat donuts here instead of in the car. I wish there was a little more room. But I understand what this shop is all about as well. I love the business model of if we sell out then we are done for the day. It means the owner values more things than just money. No day old donuts here.

If you have never been here, you are missing out. The best donut shop in all of Columbus and surrounding areas. We just recently moved away and no longer get to enjoy these delicious donuts first thing on Saturdays. I woke up this morning craving their perfect donuts and warm inviting atmosphere. Better than all the novelty donuts and chain shops I have been to, including Voodoo donuts (Portland and Denver), Duck Donuts, and others. Give them a try, you’ll thank me later.

I’ve been here a few times now. I can’t say anything I don’t like about this place. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. The prices are really good. They have above average donuts for the price (half dozen is only $5.50) and the place is clean and enjoyable. I end up going there roughly once a month to have a cheat meal and this may be the pinnacle of a donut place in Columbus in my eyes.

Not from around Hilliard. Was in the neighborhood getting gas and saw this shop, so we decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. Loved all the music posters, the Simpsons memorabilia, the Superman photos, etc. The donut holes were fantastic! Freshest donuts Ive ever experienced. Will definitely have to make a habit of stopping out there now and again!

There is a reason this shop has 5 stars! Its a cool little spot, delicious donuts with good variety. The owner is always kind. My little girls and i stop in once or twice a month to bring donuts to their grandma (three generations of love for this place), and even when theyre taking their sweet time deciding he is patient. Also, the coffee its phenomenal. Im glad he got large cups!

We literally live less than a mile from this shop and cannot get enough of their tasty, fresh donuts. Weekday, or weekend, make sure to get there no later than 9am, because their selections sell out FAST!! If you think of it, call in your order a day ahead and they will have your order ready for your arrival, The staff is great and always friendly, even when youre struggling through a slloooow selection of what you want, because your having a mind melt to just not order 1 ea of everything!! But, been getting our donuts from these guys since they opened, which if I remember correctly, they opened in 2008 at this location. We also really appreciate their on-going support to the Hilliard community.

This Donut shop is small in size but large in customer service. My last visit the line was wrapped around the store. The employee fulfilling customer orders never stopped moving and filled all orders in a timely fashion. At this frantic pace he still managed to treat each customer as if the were the only ones in the store. On top of the great customer service the donuts are delicious. I highly recommend the maple bacon Donut.

I am donut person, I have been to many places, until I discovered the Little Donut Factory around two years ago.. I am amazed by that because of amazing staff there. Delicious donut, reasonable price, and amazing staff deserves a 5-star!

Outstanding donuts. Best youll find in Hilliard for sure, probably better than most in Columbus. Owner is a just chill guy on top of that. Support your local businesses! I really appreciate how he prices them which may sound odd. Half-dozen is $5. No tax calculations. Just hand the man 5 bucks and youre good. Thats a smart business move by the owner which really I appreciate.

I have been a regular customer here for a handful of years now, getting a dozen every week or two for work. Always a great selection and friendly owner. Unfortunately will not be back due to todays experience of being completely ignored while they helped a customer that came in after I had been waiting in line already. At least the person running the coffee portion of the shop acknowledged me and asked if I wanted anything. Best part of the experience was while getting into my car after promptly leaving once the above situation happened I was given a look and a shoulder shrug. Not what I would have ever expected after being such a long time customer.

Today is Fathers day and the Little Donut Factory is open until 1pm. We went in at 9:30am excited to have dad try the donuts! They had maybe 15 donuts and only 3 different types. The woman said sorry thats all for today guys....I am confused as to why they would be open until 1 with only that amount of donuts. We drove 30 minutes for nothing! It did let us find another donut shop that had a variety and isnt a chain, so at least that happened! I will review their donuts once we try them!!
