This is one of the favorite donut chain and this one is on Polaris parkway right opposite to chase big building. The best part of this location is you can see how freshly donuts are made from your eyes. They made big clear glass for everyone to see. The donuts are great here and amazing. They do have drive in as well for pick up. Apart from donut you also get cold and hot beverages. They do have mobile pickup limit as well.

Okay dude straight up I love Krispy Kreme. I mean whats not to love right? The donuts are always delicious and fresh especially if the red light is on than youre definitely in for a treat! Those glazed donuts melt in your mouth I could eat 100 of them! I love watching them get made and most of all I love eating them lol Ive never had a bad experience here. If youre in the areas treat yourself and give them a visit.

I ordered 4 dozen donuts for Halloween for pickup yesterday and wasnt able to pick them up. I went in this morning and they were extremely gracious! I was still able to get the 4 dozen donuts I ordered and bring them to work - our staff and Residents loved them! Thank you for your kindness and understanding!

From out of town, walked 2.4 miles one way, and it was worth every step. Even walked in a little rain. The awesome worker offered my puppy a donut. She doesnt eat people food, so she wasnt interested (yes I offered my 9 month old puppy it because she did so well on this 5 mile walk), but I bet she would of skarfed it down if she was use to junk food🍕😋.

I really struggle to give 3 stars to this place. There’s a usual staff group that’s there and I love them, they are always kind and helpful. Today though 10/30 there were two girls from what I could see and the cashier was not entirely nice…I wanted to get a bottle of milk and didn’t even get the chance at the order station. I told her I just wanted a half dozen of glazed (that’s all they were doing today, regular or assorted) and she cut me off before I could say anything else telling me to pull around to the window.

Only 2 staff members working on a Sunday morning , 8:30 am . They were out of coffee, completely out. Also out of tiny Halloween donuts. Asked about blueberry donuts, which are so delicious; guess what? None. Will never spend my money here again.

I am highly disappointed in Krispy Kreme on Polaris PKWY. I have been coming to this establishment for the last two weeks and they have been closed around 7 pm. The workers have been extremely rude and the websites said they would close at 10 pm and they said they are closing at 8 pm due to short staff but when I arrive they have been closed at 7 pm. If they are closing at earlier hours I believe they should post those hours.

Ordered through drive thru. I wanted a large Pumpkin Spice Latte iced, they made it frozen so I had to pull forward so it could be remade. They never came out to give me the fixed one. My boyfriend went in to get it and they said they forgot and threw it away. So this is what I ended up with. Not even full. I’m so mad.

I want to start by saying I love Krispy Kreme donuts. For the longest time I had no issues. This location recently went to drive through only, which was fine. I sat in an extremely long drive-thru line the first time I learned this but realizing that staffing levels are low this was to be expected. What I did not expect was when I arrived to place my order I could only order what they told me I could order. I could get a dozen glazed or a dozen assortment (to which they pick the donuts) or a half a dozen of either.Continuing to blame the labor shortage for a lack of efficiency is poor management and lack of true leadership. Ive managed many companies. Ive managed a donut shop with only three employees that was extremely busy and because we were efficient we were able to allow people to order the items they wanted. If youre going to limit it to donuts only how could you possibly not let people pick their own donuts? Poorly managed shops lead to poor efficiency. The labor shortage is becoming a crutch for companies to use avoiding training and hiring right people, and this is the biggest example Ive seen of this to date.Needless to say, we ordered nothing because my kids want to pick their donuts, not be told by the employees what they will eat. What a shame on leadership to allow this.

Wish Krispy Kreme was in PA. Its Drive thru only and when we went the were only doing glazed doughnuts but they were still really good.

Rude employee, telling me I needed to back up in the drive-thru because I was past the sensor, even though she was already speaking with me just fine over the intercom. Its not at all clear where youre supposed to pull your car up to. She also didnt give me a receipt and was overall unpleasant for no reason. Donuts were smashed and badly made. I was here a few weeks ago, and they were out of many different types of donuts. Due to the rude service, I doubt Ill visit this location again.

Ordered online pickup and the door is locked *DURING WORKING HOURS* and nobody picks up the phone. Had to wait in line to do the drive through anyways. What’s the point of having online services??!

The staff are very friendly and efficient. Everyone in the office loves the donuts and really liked the cinnamon rolls. It always looks clean.

Super rude employees, one of the female cashiers has such an attitude it really ruins the experience. Last time we went she grabbed my phone with her hands when I offered it to scan. I was not handing it to her just offering assistance. They also do not clean the store area, or stock the needed items at the counter. We tried calling twice to complain about our experience with the employees and never received a phone call back

They seem to always have hot doughnuts, and they are constantly changing to different flavors and they all seem really good. Nothing like a hot fresh Krispy Kreme original. The 💣, Slap your Momma Good 😁

Couldnt make any frozen slush coffee drinks this morning so minus one star. the guy rang me up for two donuts and one iced latte and didnt give me a receipt so i went back inside to ask for receipt for future reference. he claimed i got my drink for free so he doesnt have a receipt. this was a lie so dishonesty begets minus one star. he went through the ALREADY PRINTED receipt pile to pull out my receipt. he did ring me up for two donuts and one iced latte. i was skeptical i even got an iced latte and not iced coffee. but the whole experience of being dishonest and not giving me a receipt and not being able to make the frozen slush coffee drinks (which i came to krispy kreme to try out this morning) ultimately reduces this place to 2 stars. will not return.

Came by around 6:30 PM and their selection was getting rather low with less than a third of their offerings that day available and there were still people in line behind us and more walking in the door. Everything looked good otherwise, but it seemed they werent making enough donuts, even though the store wasnt closing until 10 PM.

For the last time they are out of Kreme in mid - day! No care given to quality, all the so called filled donuts have a tiny squirt in one end! Eat 80% dry to get a taste of filling in last bite!Donuts are poor quality compared to Amys Donuts or Duck donuts. Try Amys theyre great, huge, full filled and inexpensive.

The donuts were great. But today evening we had a terrible experience with the staff working there. We went inside to grab some donuts. The girl who was taking our order was very rude and seemed disinterested in working there. I had some questions while ordering but she didn’t bother answering them clearly. We had a pregnant women with us who ordered hot chocolate, she was rude while taking her order too! I don’t post google reviews quite often, but her attitude made me do this.

We were disappointed. We wanted warm donuts, telling us they are fresh and gave us totally cold, not fresh. And donuts were not even the same size even though they were all the same type.

Every time Ive come in, staff has been friendly and helpful! I love Krispy Kremes donuts because theyre soft, slight crunch, and plushy. Their dough is light and fluffy and the glaze is just right. Prices are a bit high for donuts though because theyre high quality and delicious.I love the variety of flavors and donuts they offer! Their coffee is pretty good too. I like this location because theres free WiFi, bathrooms, a drive through window, and tables to eat at.You can see the donuts being made, smell the sweet cakes, and enjoy the fresh made taste, when the light is on!If you have their rewards, you can get a free donut and coffee during your birthday month!

The years Ive had Krispy Kreme I cannot say I have EVER had a bad original glazed donut, no matter what city or state your in they excel in consistency. Cant have just one donut, gotta get 3 of them at a time, light and sweet... yummy. Makes me salivate even thinking about it!

I ask for 2 dozen Valentines day donuts and they say they are running low. I ask again please give me what you have they said they have exactly 12. I wait another 3 min in the drive thru just for coffee when i see several Valentines day donuts in the background. I go park go inside (w/o my coffee still) and ask for an exchange of one dozen assorted for a dozen of valentines as i originally wanted, a total of 2 dozen. They told me i had to pay for another dozen instead of an exchange. So long story short i waited 15min for the manager to become available to speak to me and in that time two customers were able to buy 2 dozen valentines day donuts without a problem. The managers response was we can sell a limited amount to each individual customer. So what I understood was if a Hispanic male asks for 2 dozen just tell him no if anyone else asks for 2 dozens valentines day donuts say yes. I made that perception clear to the manager minus the Hispanic reference and he said sorry and let me go after a 30min drivethru/walk in experience. (Sarcasam) Great communication with your employees on limited quantity valentines day donuts and good job making me wait in front of the credit card machine that all 7 of your customers had to use while i waited making each of them UNCOMFORTABLE as they swiped and entered their pin numbers. Your apology was to late, employee attitude and lies or miscommunication was unnecessary and making me wait 30min was ridiculous. THANKS FOR MAKING MY KIDS LATE TO SCHOOL TODAY!

Great place, the drive through and walk in experience is usually quick and nice. My only quarrel would be the somewhat out of the way location of the building; but it is not a big deal overall

What can I say? If youve never had Krispy Kreme doughnuts hot off the assembly line your life just isnt complete.I would caution against placing on-line orders for future pick-up though. While the website will take the order immediately it doesnt notify the store of it to be filled until about 10-20 minutes before your specified pick-up time. So in the interim they might sell out of what you ordered, especially if youre ordering specialty doughnuts. If thats what youre looking to do I suggest just calling your order in to the store and talking to one of the human beings working there.

Dont get me wrong, the donuts are awesome. The problem is the case was practically empty and only one guy was working the counter with a line out the door. Plenty of employees in the back filling orders, apparently more important.... had to repeatedly ask if they had the donuts I wanted, only to be told, in the back. Krispy Kreme seems to care more about filling grocery store orders than customer care.Gave them another shot today, my mistake. Again the counter was half empty. The glazed donuts were at least a day old. Parking lot was filled with their delivery trucks. Just dont know if I will be back. I can get the same quality just buying from Kroger.One last try because the kids love them, Sunday morning....lobby closed dive through wrapping around the building. Im afraid this will be the last time

Honestly, those fresh donuts are worth breaking your New Year’s resolution for ;) I had not had a fresh Krispy Kreme donut until recently! Now I can die in peace. Seriously, though, the location was clean and you could see the donuts being made right in the store. The cashier pulled 6 fresh donuts right off the line for us. Heavenly.

I am not a fan of Krispy Kreme because I consider the donuts too sweet for my tastes. That said I have to admit that the pumpkin spice donut is great. The customer service was fine, although the store was not very busy at the time of day I visited which was early evening.

Donuts overall are great, everyone knows that. However, a staple of Krispy Kreme is the red light. When the light is on, youre supposed to get a free hot donut off the line. Its well documented. Other ones do it. I went in with my son, who also knows the red light rule from us going to other locations, and he asked for a donut. They were pretty rude to him (4 yo at this time). We were already in there to buy a dozen, its not like I brought him in just to get free stuff. I get it might be the locations choice, but dont be rude about it when everyone knows about it.

This location has gone downhill, came through around lunch and all the donuts tested like they were days old. The younger boy working the window looked very unprofessional with sloppy cloths on, was extremely rude, slow and unprofessional. No respect towards customers. Also my drink was made poorly and got carmel sauce all over the side of the cup and handed it to me in this condition. Please find better employees who actually care for service.
