Worst place to go, no help at all. Thats the place where I went for many years for eyes check up and buy my prescriptions glasses and prescriptions safety glasses.I went to that place 3 times with no help. I broke one of my safety glasses shields last year then asked them to order new shields for me, they said that they dont have that glasses anymore. I got new safety glasses then I just recently lost both shields then I went 2 times and they replied to me to go check online.I think they need to give me my money back.I guess they are making money and dont care anymore

Needed my glasses repaired. No charge besides the actual pads and was very quick and the lady working was very friendly and helpful. Just know right now that they are not taking new appointments but only working on a small amount of things so I recommend calling before coming in

I recommend this place. I been going here for years not only for me but older sister as well and my mother that i referred to this place because of the outstanding customer service i have always received, the docs are very caring... im just waiting for this situation to be over so i can make my apt for my contacts and glasses again!!!!😭😍❤❤

I needed a copy of my eye rx, I called and this girl was very rude, saying the Dr would call me. They never did. I went there, encountered this same girl, who was again rude, stating, you will just have to wait. I told her I wanted to talk to anyone but her. I waited 5 min for another staff member to come back from break, who was nice and got me a copy of my rx right away. I will never go to this walmart optical as long as this nasty person still works there.

Wonderful doctor she was so nice and listened to my concerns. Ordered my glasses but they were made incorrectly brought them back and they realized what was wrong and went ahead and sent them to be fixed! Said I will still have 60 days to try them out. I am trying the blue light anti glare lenses! So they were so helpful

I went to Walmart on Bethel Rd. I had eye exam, results i do not need prescription anymore ho figure, i had my own frames and asked walmart eye care how much to just replace my lenses with regular lenses no prescription. They told me prescription ir not $250.00 per frame. WHAT! I went online Amazon lenses 29.00. Walmart a huge ripoff! Stay away

Ive been coming here for 4 years now. I love Dr. Bell always gets me in and out. Trying to make an appointment or trying to get in contact with the vision center period. Is a headache no one ever answers the phone. I cant always go in to make an appointment or to ask questions. Very unsatisfied with this customer service!

The techs were nice, but after waiting for 20 minutes to pick up my script for glasses, the lady who could finally give it to me was very abrasive about my contact lense script. I dont know why she was so rude, but I wont be coming back here again.

I came to wal-mart vision center for the fact it was fast, convention, and cheap for an exam. I left having seen one of the best optometrists I have ever dealt with (Dr. Bell). Great experience, will go out of my way just to come this location in the future.

They charged me $15 more then the other walmarts in the area, the Dr was snotty and unprofessional. Staff was disinterested, scattered and even put my sons file under another patients name. Will NEVER go there again and would tell anyone to not waste your time or money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
