When I was ready to purchase a pair of lululemon leggings, I asked the lady who was ready to check my items out if the price was considered with an obvious seam that was coming undone. Then before the same lady answered, she was rudely interrupted by another person and she looked at the leggings and PICKED AT THE ALREADY LOOSE SEAM AND MADE IT WORSE! She said it was where they closed the seam. Ok, great but now its a lot worse. I wasnt looking for a discount, it was already a great price. I was simply asking a question and somehow this lady thought it was okay to pick at a loose seam to make a point? Like you can look with your eyes, not with your hands. Anyway, not a great experience.

If Heaven had a store it would be Style Encore! Because every time I go in there I feel like Im in Heaven!! First, all of the staff greet you with a grand smile and a hello and then you see all the beautiful handbags 👜, purses 👛, wallets, shoes 👞, dresses 👗, sweaters, pants, tops, scarves, workout wear, and so much more!! And they have a very wide variety of sizes. They even carry plus sizes, yes I said it ladies quality plus sizes reasonably priced! Like I said....Heaven!

The absolute best consignment shop for miles. I can always find something divine, as can my 14 year old granddaughter. The staff is friendly and very helpful. ❤️❤️❤️

Shhhhhhh. I dont know whether to spread the word so you take your professional and business casual cloths there for me to select. Or whether to keep this Gem to myself. Clean. Organized. Very unfriendly staff. When I walked in all the staff turned their heads and STARED but I didn’t get one hello. Even after I said hi I received no response. A majority of staff did not engage with the very few customers. However, when two individuals who I’m assuming they knew entered the store, those two people got all of the available staffs attention. I’m an individual who doesn’t want staff to hover over me while I shop, but at least the workers could pretend to give off friendly vibes. Some staff were wearing masks below their chin or under their nose. I received one smile from a staff member which is why I gave it two stars. Not as big of a selection either.

I absolutely adore this place! I love designer handbags and shoes and the prices here are so affordable. I have two kids and refuse to spend over a certain amount on a handbag, here I never have to worry about going over budget. The staff is super friendly and always helpful when I call or come into the store. I also love when I put my name on the hold list and get a call back. It’s like everyday is Christmas :) the products they sell are always in good condition and it shows the integrity of the store. Just because it’s second hand doesn’t mean it has to look like it. I will always shop here and it’s sister stores. Side note: I love telling my husband how much I save on my purchases. This is probably the only store he doesn’t side eye me, when I say I’m going here.

Every time I come here I find so many great things! They have great quality items that are so affordable, i can pick up so much stuff instead of only a few things at other stores. They have normal clothes from places like Maurice’s, but they also have designer brands as well. It’s like a treasure hunt! Everybody that works there is super friendly as well, I just love going there.

The service is equally good - so friendly and helpful and the store itself is bright and well-organized. I am so happy to have found this store! Style Encore Maple Grove stands out as far as consignment stores go. Their selection is thoughtfully curated. I always find stylish, current and clean items. I don’t have to waste time sifting through mediocre items. This store is always clean and organized which make the shopping experience enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I feel they are fair in accepting items and pay out fairly as well. They have the best jewelry selection with many sterling items. I will keep going back again and again. This store never fails me.

Came to the store to check it out and absolutely loved it! I’m pretty picky when it comes to what clothes I like and how they fit, but I found A TON of cute shirts, dresses and work pants! It was such a fun shopping experience and of course you can’t beat the prices being less than half you’d pay at Ann Taylor or other designer brands. Highly recommend for a fun shopping spree day and you only have to go to one place!

A fantastic consignment shop that is ultra particular about what they accept and offers personalized shopping experiences as well! They have leveled up what consignment shops are. I have introduced many friends to this store and found wonderful unique high end items here at a great price. Every time I enter the store I am greeted and welcomed, something not so common this day in age. I’d never experienced Style Encore before, and I absolutely love it! They have a suburb selection of plus size clothes. 💛 I needed a dress for an award ceremony and couldn’t find one anywhere else, but SE had two I couldn’t pass up. Love, love, love this store and I’ll definitely be returning!

My mom has raved about it since it opened but I never listened. Big mistake! I finally went in last spring and since then, my most favorite clothes, hand bags and coats have all come from Style Encore this last year! They are always so helpful and it’s been fun bringing my daughter there now as well. It makes me never want to pay full price for labels again.

One of my favorite resale shops in the twin cities! The store is clean and well organized. I always find amazing deals on designer clothes, jewelry, and purses. I don’t know what the experience is as a buyer but as a seller is not good. I was cleaning my closet and took some stuff to them. I never thought that they would insult me by trying to offer me $8 for a new with tags $300 dress! I wasn’t expecting to get even 50% of the retail price and I understand making a profit but this was just a total rip off! I decided to drop off the stuff at good will rather that being ripped off by this business.

They have a stylist, you make an appointment and fill out a sheet about yourself and what you are looking for then they shop for you and have everything ready when you get there. The first time I went in was to sell a couple of items not sure if they accepted plus clothing then realizing how much stuff they have and in my size (plus) its hard finding good pieces and affordable so Im happy they accept plus sizes. This place is a joke as far as selling. Brought in 15 items of clothing from Maurices (9 Jeans which were in excellent condition and 6 shirts, which were also in excellent condition, with 1 still having a price tag on it) they took out 4 items and offered $16.00. And if I would have known they were affiliated with Platos Closet I wouldnt have wasted the trip!

Style Encore is my favorite place to shop in Maple Grove! They always have a wide selection of clothing, footwear and accessories. The store has a boutique feel to it, and the staff is always knowledgeable about their inventory. If I see something cute on Instagram, I am able to stop in and they can usually find it for me.

Dont waste your time. They are selling old and ripped clothes, but when it comes buying from ppl. They are looking for High end clothes. I had my beautiful brand new dresses and sweaters and few pairs of jeans that I wore them several times, and they didnt take anything. If you want to sell your clothes go to close mentor or turn style.

I have been shopping at this location for a few years. The first time I shopped there I was a bit iffy on the store, but then they earned my business. I originally gave them 4 stars after my first couple of visits (takes a lot to get 5 stars from me, as I have high expectations when Im spending lots of money). I can now say without question that this is a 5 star store and 5 star experience. I have sold items, purchased items and done a style session or 2 with an employee I completely trust because after a few years she knows my style and my standards on items i purchase. I recently moved out of state and I still shop here more than any other store. Gia knows when items come in what I would like to see and she sends me pictures, answers questions and ships to me when I need it. I have purchased so many beautiful items and incredible handbags. I love to recommend this store and location to my friends, both in MN and those out of state.

Wow where to begin with this store! A few years ago, I saw some items for sale on their social media pages and decided to stop in and give them a try (I usually do not shop consignment stores). This is not like your average consignment store! The look and feel when shopping is high end! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable (especially one of the managers, Gia!). This has become one of my favorite places to shop with the variety and quality of products they offer. I always am telling friends/coworkers that they HAVE to go and see it for themselves! Below is just some of the designer brands I have been able to purchase over the years (Gucci, Jimmy Choo, and Louis Vuitton) all professionally authenticated! Absolute best place to shop for in style designer and everyday brands!!

Wow. I can’t say enough about this store. It’s by far the cleanest, most well organized consignment shop I’ve ever been to and if you knew me you’d know I have a wealth of experience when it comes to resale shops:) The clothes are in style, many with tags still on them. Style Encore will be my one and only store for jeans from this day forward. Silver, Rock Revival, Miss Me and BKE were just a few of the brands I ended up buying. All in like new condition for a fraction of the price. The ladies working were quick to offer assistance and even gave me their opinion when I was second guessing the look (thanks Carmen!). What really sets this store apart is their shipping service. I live in Michigan and was just visiting the Minneapolis area. They offered to ship my purchases home for next to nothing compared to the cost of buying luggage and checking a bag. If you’re ever in the area be sure to check them out and even if you’re not you can sop online through Facebook and instagram!!

What can I not say about this business...customer service galore is what I require most from a business and they DELIVER!!! The amazing staff is to die for!!! On any given day when I come in I’m greeted by name and on one occasion they knew I had come in and because they know me so well especially my foot size I turned around and the manager was there with a brand new pair of rose gold Michael Kors sneakers which I absolutely loved and purchased right away! I bought a pair of adidas wedge sneakers and Gia knew when I came in the door exactly who purchased them...they get to know you, your name and your style!!! I shop nowhere else for myself friends and family for the past few years! Not only do they care about your business but they care about you too!!! Recently Gia and the rest of the staff were very understanding of my sister passing and when I came back she talked to me at length and let me know it was going to be ok...not only do they have a customer for life they have a friend as well...it’s just an added bonus that I can find great, fashionable and stylish items there!!! From Christian Louboutin shoes to Coach bags this store is awesome sauce! It is one of the 4 stores I shop in Maple grove on a bi-weekly basis. One sour note.... If you see something you like buy it immediately if you decide to sleep on it the item will be gone i.e that candy apple red Kate Spade purse I missed out on!. This location is always spotless and the staff is super helpful!

Very bad counter service, they seemed to discriminate nonAmerican customers. My branded jeans are far better from their display as i’ve been in the shop many times so I thought I can sell mine pretty good but the girl said none of them are sellable at all. The lady next to her got a long face... but oh well next door is much better and got good offer. I wonder nobody goes to that shop hardly ever see people there . Unfriendly , expensive and they pretend to be have a class at on what they sell . Couldn’t give a flying #%^*! I hope they close down .

This is my favorite store for clothing and accessories. I can always find something and the staff is great. I also appreciate theyll let you use your 20% off earned from the rewards on designer purses. Cant beat the quality. I see some negative reviews about what their buyers pick or pass on. Ive brought in many items that have been passed on and while it may initally not feel good, Im not upset at them at all. Theyre extremely selective what they accept which is why I like shopping their so much. My only gripe is theres too many things to buy!

Not for everyoneand by that I mean all colors of the rainbow if you get what I mean. I have bought things from here several times and the clothes and shoes are quality. I have tried to sell things here and Everytime they tell me my clothes or shoes are to worn or not in style ; so I wanted to test out my theory without jumping to conclusions so I went to TJ Max and bought 3pair of shoes and put them in the bag with some older not so worn shoes and I took it into the store . My first red flag was the fact that the lady didnt want to acknowledge me , then when she did she told me to fill out a form and she would get to me in an hour😒which is understandable cause it was other people in the store; then a white woman walked in after me and they told her nicely well be with you in a moment🤔 then they left my bag sitting , and got right to her stuff finished her up and she was on her way. But not only her several others that came in after me with should we say fair skin. So they finally got to my shoes the whole time Im peeking through racks watching. they picked up one pair of shoes put it back in my bag and opened up two of the store bags just took my shoes from the bag I bought them in and transferred them to two bags with their logo on them. The entire time looking over the three brand new pairs I didnt want to think it but I do now for sure. (a store full of bigots) I will not shop here anymore I will support my own community and the business in it ..😜🤑😓hopefully my people will be with me Im going to tell anyone who will listen about my experience....In response to Angie, I wish I had nit had this experience because like I said the clothes are nice and I got some nice things. But also this is not my first time being to the store and I still feel the same way . I feel personally like you all treated me different and you have an answer for ever issue yet and still it all happened. I too have a position where i have to provide customer service and I have never had a complaint. I care about the way people feel and I will personally make it right if a guest of my facility feels disrespected,over looked or wronged in anyway. Please forgive me but this day and age the behavior I received at your business should not be allowed anymore Im human and j have feelings and the color of my skin should not rule me out for excellent customer service.
