Not a single employee was working, but stood there while all the carts littered the parking lot. English muffins had mold on them, bananas were brown and smushed, tomatoes were smashed on the floor, garbage was all over the store, and not a single employee was cleaning the mess. The employees were dirty as well. I’m so grossed out and need to bathe after stepping foot in this store. Repulsive.

Carts need to be replaced. It’s virtually impossible to find one that works well. The only positive about Walmart now is their mobile app! It makes finding merchandise very easy. Great app!

Everything is usually orderly and nice, but every time I go to buy a 12 pack of Red Bull it is priced at $16.73, but they charge me $18.98 and the internet price is $18.78 because even tag says that U-Save $2.05. When I go through self-checkout the guy told me he could not change the price. So I ended up paying $8.20 more because they didnt have any regular registers open anyway.

Its Wal-Mart. The bathrooms are dirty and customer service is non existent... But you mostly find all that you need in one stop

Walmart at the Morse Rd. location can be a great place for shopping but the trash and security leaves a lot to be desired. This is a picture of trash at the driveup service offered its horrible . Why does this have to be? Trash is ALL OVER the parking and surrounding area even over to Sams club. This is known as the trashy/ghetto Walmart and Sams club We deserve better then this why should we have to travel to other ie. (Dublin Oh) Walmart and Sams club for cleanliness and safety, everyone cannot travel to other locations . This Walmart and Sams club has a lot of foot traffic which brings in good money..Shame on you Walmart corporate, managers etc..for letting this happen. Clean. Staff is very helpful and always takes you to the particular aisle your item is in. Every staff member has proven to be knowledgeable about product location and availability.

Will never return to a Walmart again period the works could not follow a instruction on there work order. They were questioned twice by me about and twice by another associate about it so obviously they cannot follow verbal instructions as well as written instructions sad and pathetic

Someone that handled me at the money center treated me so differently from the rest of the customers (that were her own kind of people). Spoke to me very rudely. Honestly, we should be uplifting each other up not down at this time since we’re both minorities :)

Well i dont like the fact that they dont have a cashier at the checkout. I probably will not go back because i dont like the fact that Walmart forces a customer to play the roll of cashier while purchasing my items. I feel like i should get a ten percent employee discount since they are forcing me to use their self check. Not to go into detail about how almost all walmart locations i have been to has a lack of working electric carts to use. And being a disabled veteran with bad knees i chose to go to other stores that has working electric carts.

Wally world is a very good place to shop and the cashiers customer service skill is great..I would recommend ppl go shopping here.

Well organized place and very clean. Helpful staffs, is like they know where every thing is when you ask the right one in their specific department. Good place to get gifts for most holidays, but can be very busy during this times. Most times i do self checkout, but i bet the cashiers are helpful. Onsite bathroom, fitting room, a lot of parking, different store inside... the list is on. Great place to shop on a good day :)

A one stop shop for those wanting to people watch and grocery shop at the same time. Has everything you need and a lot of things you dont. You wont be bored surveying the many different fashion styles and ways to wear a mask. However you may, like me, feel a strong urge to run out of the store while waiting in line behind the man holding the COVID rapid test who keeps pulling down his mask to cough and wiping sweat from his brow... In the end I got what I needed and didnt catch COVID! Thats a win!

Walmart has been slowly down to zero stars. I recently placed an order for 2-5pc luggage sets and I received one but the purple set never came. I called and was told it would be to me by end of day. Never came. Then I speak to a supervisor and they wanted to issue a refund because it’s out of stock but the day prior I was told there was no delay. So, I asked could I just get the black one instead of a refund. They said they couldn’t issue a replacement and I had to wait 10 business days for my money to come back to the way I paid.

Not a fan of this year Walmart customer service is horrible the only person there who was decent was the girl working cell phone tech/customer service. If you need help in this store prolly better to walk in the employees only area because I didnt find anyone working bunch of lazy people here.

Tried to use the bathrooms and they were absolutely horrific. 2 stalls were clogged, one of which the seat was covered in blood. None of the stalls had toilet paper as well. Although the floor was covered in toilet paper and paper towels and cans overflowing. Ive been to cleaner truck stop bathrooms. Yall need to get your act together!!!!

Perfect example of why Walmart is failing in a e-commerce market. Went to go return a gift we got at our baby shower possibly upgrade (exchange). We were directed to go down to the service when we went through the door. Only to find that the service desk was closed and being told that we would have to come back tomorrow by a passing associate if we would like to do a return.

This place generally has everything you could need and a good selection but their customer service phone line needs fixed. Why would the customer service option go to the dressing room phone? The Pharmacy and the Deli can answer their phone line but customer service does NOT. Also if you use / need an electric wheelchair do NOT go to this location. They need to replace the MANY that have broken down and make sure the couple they do have get brought back inside and put on charge!

This place needs a workforce. Went there got my meds fast then everything else sucked. Stood in line for two hours to check out a little bit of food and drinks. Anyone want a job. Tell Walmart to offer twenty an hour. Hell, I might go for that... Ummm. Maybe not.

Employees were not only completely unhelpful but entirely rude, as was the store manager when called attempting to obtain satisfactory resolution of my customer service issues. What an awful way to start ones day.

Do not take your vehicle here for tires. I purchased them online and had an appointment for them to be installed. After waiting 2 hours we were told that they cannot install them due to it not being factory spec. Anyone with half a brain would understand there are different sizes for the same model year sometimes. The tires that were on the vehicle were 245/75R16 and I purchased the alternate size 245/70R16 that it came with from the factory. Their system shows it is a 225. If these people were worth anything they wouldnt be working for Walmart. Dont come here.

Im not gonna lie, this place is really disorganized and needs a good cleaning. The registers need more people to help other customers get what they need or want faster and back to their cars heading home. Store very crowded, staff doesnt seem to know where things are located, they just kinda send off some general direction to continue searching for an item that already having trouble locating. I think they need more people and to help them get familiar with store before they have them working on the floor.

Checkout was ridiculous, more cashiers need to be hired. A worker in the deli dropped the plastic to wrap my meat on the floor. She thought it went unnoticed and when I asked her to do my order over she had an attitude. She then tried to give me old meat that had white film and slimey on the 1st couple of slices. Prices were confusing on how the meat was displayed in the deli case/counter.

This Walmart is just okay because its not the cleanest Walmart Ive ever been in. It may be due to the fact that they have a lot Somalians and other foreign people visiting this store. Therefore they dont feel that it needs to be as clean as the other Walmart.

I havent been to Walmart in years for a reason. This particular one was absolutely disgusting. Not enough employees. The store was absolutely filthy. There was trash in the parking lot. No carts in the store all of them were in the parking lot. Merchandise strewn all over the place. Horrible

No more piercing earings... & then the service desk attendant asked if I wanted to exchange or return the baby clothes Id bought before the baby was born that he was too big for and she said to go look to see if they still had the same stuff in so I could switch for a bigger size even though I knew they wouldnt but she acted like I had time for it, didnt mention they were closing cust service in 3 mins at 7 so I get back w/ things to exchange and theyre like oh were closed we closed a long time ago. What Walmart cust service closes at 7 on a Friday non holiday?! Normal people wouldve mentioned it at least so I couldve just returned it and then IF I wanted something else I could ve just gone through a regular line to buy it.

The girls at the pharmacy are always really nice. But theres always a line at the pharmacy. Its really sad when you go into the food section theres so many items missing so many empty spots on the shelf is kind of dirty I probably would not shop there for my groceries because it looks like they are severely understaffed. I mean theres a lot of employees there they just are not working. A lot of standing around I see the vest but I dont ever see anybody working. They really need help stocking the shelves it looks pretty sad.

I had foot surgery and needed to go for supplies and they were out of wheelchairs to accommodate me and no employees were willing to help, I ended up getting another customer to check the parking lot for me where he found 3 scooter. The other Employees are relatively friendly. It never fails they are out of at least one item on my list.

From the second I pulled up I was apprehensive of even getting out of my vehicle. I was traveling with my family and the entire parking lot was a maze of carts that were literally EVERYWHERE. Trash was inside and outside of the building and the three workers I found were useless in helping with anything other than walking around dull eyed. The inside was full of unopened inventory strewn everywhere. Terrible employees and a disgrace to Walmart.

I went in 5 minutes til it closed to replace a broken Xbox controller. I was treated so well and she took her to e in helping me. The store was on Morse road and to my surprise it was clean and .organized. way different then when I use to go. I moved closer to another Wal-Mart.

Needed power cart. Three there all with employee co sa ats garbage on them. Was told waiting 3 weeks for parts. Walked end to end front because there might be cart at other end . Then employee went back to playing with there phone.

This store is very busy but is kept clean. Never have underwear or socks in men department.

Avoid this store, unless you like standing in line for thirty minutes! We were in the area on vacation, and stopped in for groceries. There were maybe two regular registers open, with dozens of people in line. The self-checkout line had (not kidding) probably fifty people in line! Very few employees visible. I know that Walmart wants to claim that its Covids fault, or that they simply cant hire enough workers, but those excuses dont explain why their lines have been long for years and years, not just here at this location but nationwide. We have the same long lines where we live in Idaho, but never this bad. Definitely would not return to the 3900 Morse Road location.

Ive been to this location multiple times, so please dont call me a Karen for sharing my experiences in this store.The associates are rude & only offer the absolute bare minimum when customers ask for help.The store is never organized, shelves are messy & products are consistently misplaced, price tags on the shelves are missing or unrecognizable. This store reminds me of a teenagers bedroom.On a positive note, the cashiers are always friendly & smiling. They interact with more customers than any other associate, with their endless lines of customers. Kudos to the cashiers!

What an outright embarrassing example of this stores management, supervisors and some of its employees (not all employees showed a disregard of customer service and incompetence) unprofessional actions and blatant incompetence! WALMART and alike should be ashamed of this store...Sam Walton would be rolling over in his grave at the handling of this store. They NEVER have enough cashiers and it looks as it shows on my receipt, theyre skimming off the top of the customers purchases. Reason of suspicion is due charging me two items I clearly did not have nor buy and then another item I intended to buy was no where to be found and also wasnt on the receipt. If I could give this store a NEGATIVE 1000 (-1000) I would! I went to get a full synthetic oil change on July 26, 2021. The next day July 27, 2021 my transmission started having issues. I called Walmart automotive department and asked what happen to my car. Walmart staff checked the transmission fluid as indicated on my receipt! My insurance company towed my car back to my residence. It was undrivable. On July 28, 2921 I opened the hood and found the CVT plug had not been placed back and all of the transmission fluid was all over the place as you can see in the photo. I called Walmart again and the automotive dept., lead came to my residence and put transmission fluid into the car. After which the car would not go forward or backwards. I contacted Walmart corporate office and was told their store manager stated it was a transmission internal problem. Of course its internal after their auto dept., was negligent in not replacing the CVT plug; thus, having all of the transmission fluid sprout out caused the internal problem! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE your car to this Walmart store #02726 on route 256 in Columbus, Ohio!!!! Your life will forever be changed. Because of their negligence my car needs a new transmission!!! As a single woman this is the worst nightmare ever!!!

Went there to look for the friends and stich mini backpack that is saw on Tic tok. You guys DIDNT have them. I even went to the one by st rt 256 and Easton town center. None where found. What is the deal? I thought ALL Walmarts would have them. Guess NOT.

Walmart took over American retail with the all under one roof and the best pricing you will get anywhere strategies. They still hold true with the exception of Amazon, my shopping choice!

This Walmart only ever has half of the things were looking for, I always have to go to the other Walmart on my way home. (We go to this one sometimes because of the joanns next door, I dont just drive to this Walmart when there is a closer one)

Poor service!There is no hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes in the entry gate. Moreover, during my last visit, it was around 9:50pm, there was no cart. I talked to a security guy (blue dress) he told me that many people asked him about cart in last thirty minutes but he couldnt help because he doesnt know who is responsible for cart management. So, he suggested me to grab a cart from the out side parking area and I did that. It never happened before with me but that say I was very upset.

The service here seems to be getting worse each time I go here now. Before the pandemic they were such a great place to shop.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had! What was supposed to be a nice Mothers day surprise has turned out to be a disaster. My delivery of flowers and treats is now over 6 hours late and no one at the store can even bother to answer the phone so I can find out if I can just have my family pick it up. (I live in another state) Per customer service the delivery drivers keep no showing, your first mistake is to outsource the driving. At this point I just want my money back and to wash my hands of the whole thing.

This walmart never have anything you need. The lost prevention people walk around profiling people like we dont see you following us. Its never enough registers open but you want us to social distance with self checkout that are two feet apart. Lets do better.

Great places to go for food, clothing, electrical appliances such as air fryers deep fryers things of that nature. Very clean, great variety of food.

Holy smokes this place is hit. A lot of shelves are completely bare, and there is cold storage food out everywhere. This store was very low mask compliant, and is say 30% of employees had their nose out, if not down under the chin entirely.Skip this one.

So much of this store is lacking product choice and quite honestly straight up stocking of the shelves. Shelves and racks totally void of product. The purse section was EMPTY except for a couple of really ugly purses. The store was packed with people both times we visited. It makes no sense so many people are in this store when theres SO much missing. And a lot of what is there is a mess. I am from out of town so I dont know the demographics of the area, but this was probably the worst Walmart I have ever been in. The lines to check out when we walked in were the longest I have ever experienced in any Walmart! Which makes no sense to the lack of anything being on the shelves......

Customer service employee helping me was uninformed concerning their return policy. Thank god a young man who also worked there heard her taking a stance in the wrong and brought the actual policy over to show her. Things ran smoothly after that though I had to then listed to her try to justify her lack of knowledge.

This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been in! Its dirty and the shelves always look picked through. Couldnt find anyone that really wanted to help. We bought a water cooler and when we got home we found out that itw was a returnso many pieces missing! They didnt even check it just put it back on the shelf.

I hadnt been to this location in 20 yrs and it was surprisingly cleaner and more organized than the one on Main St. It was the day before Columbus City Schools started, so the school supply aisles were trashed. And regardless of the time of day or month, the lines are always long because there are only a couple of cashiers available.
