I took a friend to this location Monday April 19th 2020 to purchase a phone who is a Senior Citizen, the Sales Rep who works at this location is the best. He took time with my friend showed him how to work the phone suggested a case to go with the phone. His Customer Service skills were great and my elderly friend was happy. I didnt get his name but you are the best. I will suggest this location to Family and Friends.

The guy was so nice and was very helpful. Even after the mount vernon plaza boost tried some shady stuff with my account the guy bypassed all she had done. He even threw in some headphones and a case for my son thanks boost friend.

This location sales rep is very much friendly and helpful. he was also polite to answer all the questions and explain in detail of the boost-up process which helped me to make my decision. want to recommend my friends and family

I stopped in the store at East Main and Ohio Avenue on July 23rd,2020 around 11;30amI wanted to change my phone plan. I asked the customer service agent behind the counter to assist me with this transition. I was told to either go online or call the customer service number. I took time out of my schedule to run this particular errand and he refused to assist me. That would fall under the jon description of customer service. I have been a customer for several years,this was and is the worst service I have received in awhile. Totally unprofessional and uncaring
