Choosing Econo Flooring turned out to be an excellent choice for our flooring needs. Besides the 3 week delay in receiving our product from Shaw, the manufacturer, it was a great experience. So be prepared for possible products delays. Our experience with Russell, the sales representative was great. He was very helpful and communicated regularly through the whole process even while he was on vacation he called us from his personal cell phone. He is dedicated to pleasing his customers. I rate him a 10!!! Now on to the installation. James and Owen were our installers and the were very professional. They were on time and called before showing up. They worked with us on our schedule as we work from home. They did an excellent job with absolutely no problems. I called them the day after the floor was down about an issue with glue on the floor and they came out that same afternoon to take care of it. I would use Econo for every floor need in the future, James and Owen as well. Great job by all! Thanks guys.

I received all out amazing help for my carpet. It was done in a timely manner. The installers were very kind and although I had a lot of house to do they were able to do it in one day with professional quality. Chris helped me pick out carpet and walked me through all the steps and make it a easy as possible. I am very happy with my carpet and will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

GREAT prices, good selection. Sorry, its been a few months so do not remember the names: the sales guy was great (he gets a 5), but he was going on vacation or something so turned us over to the sales girl and she was a bit gruff (she gets a 2). Installers did great but one room needed a seam and they ran it in the wrong place. Wasnt that bad, and sure even less once the new owners put furniture in. Nicely installed, showed up on time, and every thing neat and tidy when they left.

This is THE worse experience ever. Due to the weather I called the day before to see if they were going to have a delay. I kept getting several different answers. The delay was over 4 hours. My install appointment was from 930-1030am ....they didnt show up until 1:34pm. I will not use this place in the future. They had no regard for my time at all. My frustration is purely with the installation and administrative process.

I really appreciated the assistance I received here. The worker was honest and informative and helped me make an educated decision on my purchase. It was refreshing to have service from a genuine person. Ill recommend this place to my friends and if I ever do get carpet I will purchase from here.

They have a huge selection of stock. And prices are the best.

He did a pretty rushed job on my carpet. The steps were lefted soaked with water. Grant it weve had a lot of red stains, but he left a lot of stains due to the rushed job. I went back over it with a clean rag and mean Green and was able to get up a few red spots and dirt spots. It was not worth the $160 weve paid him. I couldve done a better job with my simple rug cleaner. Make sure you check before he leaves.

I called the company to do some clean up after i recieved water damage from a busted pipe in my wall. They were on time and very professional throughout their installation of my bews carpet.
