Overall a very nice place. A little out of my price range but the quality really reflects that. Nice location and friendly staff. Easton has a ton of parking so that should never be an issue. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Overall I would shop here again.

Mine and my husbands experience here was great. There were nice options to choose from but what helped was the person who helped us out, Ashley. She was amazing and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. After months and months of trying to find a chair that fit our needs, Ashley was able to direct us to what would be best and that was what we went with. Now that we have the chair, weve completed the room we were working on, so this experience really helped us feel better and took a weight off our shoulder.

A military move to Ohio left us needing plenty of new furniture for a mid century modern ranch home and West Elm came through for us. Several associates worked with us to sort colors, materials, and styles that matched and made sense together (thanks Ashley, Jessica & Zoe!). The manager worked as much sales/discount magic as possible and talked us through the advantages of opening credit with them for a limited time 20% rewards deal (usually 10%) so well be earning a fantastic leather chair as our reward for the living room, dining room & bedroom furniture (thank you Tammy!).I can recommend this store without hesitation and well most certainly be back again soon as we set up our new home.

I cannot express how helpful the two associates Ive dealt with at this location have been! I came in a few months ago, interested in the Harmony sofa, and Daniela spent so much time with me, pulling fabrics from the back and helping me decide on the specifics. Fast forward a few months; I call the store ready to order my sofa, and looking for Daniela so it could count towards her sales goals. Well, shes on vacation but Jill was very happy to step in and pick up where Daniela and I left off. She too spent a lot of time with me, helping me decide on another fabric since the one I chose was out of stock. Since I wasnt in store, she pulled fabric samples to drape over the couch, texted me pics, and discussed delivery logistics. She really went above and beyond even though this was technically Danielas sale and she would put it through under Daniela. If youre looking for a personal touch when deciding on pricey furniture and decor, I can vouch for these two associates - theyre both fantastic!

In store staff was helpful when we ordered our furniture last October. While we have some of the pieces, two chairs that are key to our design and comfort are still not delivered. They are either on a shipping crate, in New Jersey, sitting on a truck somewhere etc. No one seems to know for sure. Delivery dates have been pushed more than a handful of times. On top of it all, they charged our credit card three months ago. The in store service and stylish looks are not worth the back end and logistical disappointments. This company appears to be a mess.

I purchased a new couch from them June 2020. About 6 months later, a staple started popping out of the top. I made several calls to west elm customer service and each time was told something different. In the end, I found out they only offer a 30 day warranty, which is terrible for the amount of money you spend. So now I either pay to have someone fix it or live with a staple that’s sharp right where your head rests on the couch.

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I ordered a bed a year ago and the shipping was delayed until February. I get COVID can impact that, but then when I was supposed to get my entire bed, they only had one piece of it every time I tried to get it delivered (4 times). I STILL do not have the support panel for my bed. The customer service agents are rude and unapologetic. I regret ever buying anything from this company and certainly never will again.

Order Number: 310643600813Order Date: March 05, 2021I placed the above order on March 5th. At that time your delivery date was quoted early April. Now the update is showing me mid June. This is unacceptable. I spoke to someone on your customer service team last Monday and she said she would put in a request to have everything that has currently arrived at the delivery center delivered. I know the table, and 4 lounge chairs have arrived there. I would like those delivered to me ASAP!!! I do not think it’s fair you’re making me wait until every piece arrives at YOUR center to make it more convenient for YOU. I have my daughter’s graduation party coming up and I need these items delivered now. Please respond immediately or have someone call me to set up a delivery

I had a lot of questions and they were very kind and helpful and personable! The last time I came in I asked all about several items in the store as I wanted the proper names since I’d be ordering online and just wanted to see physical measurements and the young gentlemen was very accommodating to assist me without any sign of attitude or frustration you sometimes get these days. It was refreshing to see someone still welcoming and patient in a customer service setting. Commission based or not I enjoyed his demeanor and feel bad I didn’t get his name. Blondish brown hair. Very good at his job!

Ordered a couch had a different than the default fabric. Was supposed to be delivered already. On the last day of the delivery range the status added 2 more weeks after customer service was already called and told us it will be there by that date. Now, every time customer service is called since the delivery date change, we have been told it will be there by the new delivery estimate... Today, the delivery estimate added 2 more weeks. Horrible company. Also, was not supposed to be charged until it was ready to be delivered, but I was charged 4 weeks ago.

Everything I’ve ever ordered through this store in the past few years has been delayed at least 2-3 months past the initial delivery date, including items as small as a pillow and a key hook (let alone large furniture items). It’s just ridiculous...

Do not order any large furniture from here, and if you do, be prepared to wait for up to 6 months for it. We ordered a couch in June, its now early September- weve been given three different estimated delivery windows and West Elm cannot tell us where our couch is. Were now being told that we wont receive it until LATE SEPTEMBER. What a disappointment!!

Their team here is incredible! Both Amy and Tammy helped me today. I was shopping for a dining table and wanted to see what they have in-store over the phone. Amy was able to tell me every style of dining table they have in-store, I searched their item #s on their website to see what they looked like.Then I called back and spoke to Tammy because I found one online (not in stock at the store) I liked better. Tammy helped me order it over the phone and had it shipped to the Easton Location for $25.00 to avoid the $125.00 flat rate delivery fee if I had placed my order online for home delivery. Will definitely be buying more home decor from here!

Worst customer service department!Ive had a damaged and poor quality side table, so I scheduled an in-home pickup (including appointment# and arrival time) and refund. Needless, to say 3 weeks later I still have this product sitting here without a refund... they have missed 2 scheduled pickups.Update: West Elm reached out to explain the root cause of their costly miss, resolved the issue with a live pickup and a in-store credit.Editing from 1 start to a 3 star....

Got hung up on after being on hold for 45min. I was told my order was ready to ship, once I started tracking the order I was told it was on back order. Their customer service workers are the rudest I have encountered. Their furniture is overpriced for what you get. Spare yourself the time and just don’t order from here.

Ordered custom color swivel chairs in July. Was scheduled to be delivered on 9/19/2019.. yeah that long! I get a call from customer support with not an inkling of empathy in her voice and she tells me they could not locate one chair.. so I am getting one chair delivered and she is not sure when the next chair would be delivered.. but will be sometime next week!! After 2 months of Planning and ordering.. you guys could not get this delivery right????.. if you are going to call the customer to tell them that u screwed up.. come up with a solution before calling!! Don’t say “I don’t know!!”

I really like the merchandise in the store and online. The customer service is as good as it can be because of the situation the staff is under. The staff is always polite and pleasant, but the store at Easton, is always under staffed. I also noticed there is high rate of turnover. I’ve shopped there for years and this isn’t a new phenomenon

Ive purchased furniture from West Elm twice and have received exemplary customer service each time I have visited. Most recently, I almost purchased a bed off of the site. I called the store 30 minutes before closing to see if they had it in stock instead of waiting for a delivery. Emily took our order, helped us figure out exactly what we needed and how to utilize our coupon code that we couldnt figure out online. I would not hesitate to purchase furniture from West Elm.

I ordered a lift coffee table from this location and was a bit nervous after seeing these reviews. But am happy to report I ordered the piece on Sunday and it arrived 2 days later, even though I was told 2-3 weeks! I did in store pick up vs. having it delivered to save money, and had mininal assembly once I got it home. Easy to put the legs on and arrived in great condition. Super happy with it. I also felt the associate who assisted me was really helpful. Of course it is pricey because you are paying in part for the name, but I felt it was really great quality.

I bought a home not to long ago and was very excited to go out and purchase home furniture and decor. I walked in and walked around and waited and waited no one spoke to me at all. I walked to the back and stood there and finally the manager walked past me. I said excuse me Ive been waiting for over ten minutes for someone to help me. She had a lot of nerve to say I didnt even see you. But, the lazy thing about that is that I was right in front of her. I thought to myself I do not want to shop at a pace where I am not recognized at all. Ive been back a few times since then to see if my experience was just that one isolated incidence and I have to say that it was the same each time. Management needs to be addressed, what I have found true as a consumer is that when management is lazy, disconnect and doing a mediocre job that the team they work with including sales associates are very similar in their actions.I would tell anyone I know to head over to Create and Barrel if you want to be treated with respect!

My husband and I have purchased & ordered from the easton store several times and have always had pretty good experiences, but our service tonight was probably one of the best customer service experiences we’ve encountered! We came in previously to order some dining room chairs & found out that they are backordered until October, but the associate who helped us, Lauren, called over 6 other regional west elm stores to see if they would be able to transfer these particular chairs from their inventory to the Easton store for us to pick up! We are so thankful that she went out of her way to help us make our home a little more complete. She and Caitlin were so nice! We are looking forward to hosting our friends with our new chairs :)

Terrible experience. We ordered a bunch of different furniture and confirmed during ordering about the delivery date. However, once the orders are placed the expected delivery date keeps changing and there has been numerous delays in getting the order shipped. When you call customer service, they are unhelpful and unwilling to help or provide any clarifications. Never had this much bad experience from a furnishing store before. Based on our experience, we would strongly advice to take your business to an alternative store.

THINK TWICE!!!!Let me start by saying that this review is not for this particular store itself. The people here were friendly and helpful. This review is for the corporate portion of West Elm and their utter lack of customer service once you order and have something delivered (or not)! I will NEVER ORDER FURNITURE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!I ordered a sofa with an ottoman for my son in NC for Christmas on Dec 7th from the Easton West Elm during their big sofa sale. My son was not moving into his apartment until the end of December, so we had made arrangements that the furniture would be delivered on January 2, 2018. My daughter took a day off of work to wait for the delivery. Now here is where the total headache begins. The delivery guy was nice he shows up to deliver the sofa and put it together (almost $200 for this alone). He got the ottoman portion out and it looked great. He gets the sofa portion out and it was not the correct one for a right handed ottoman so they wont fit together! He tells my daughter that someone labeled the box incorrectly. Which you know ok, I understand a little mistake but the delivery man tells my daughter that someone from West Elm will call them in the morning with a new delivery date for the other half of the sofa. The next day no one called,for a whole week and a half NO ONE CALLED from West Elm! My son had to call them only to find out that they no longer had the particular sofa in stock and would not be getting any more in. My son has spoken with them on the phone now for well over 4 hours. They want to give him only 20% off of another sofa. The sofa I purchased was almost 50% off during their big sofa sale. At the time that I purchased the sofa the deals on sofas were much better than this, they are not even willing to match any of those deals not to mention the fact that my kids have had one part of a sofa sitting in their living room and now one of my kids will have to take yet another day off to either have them take the part they have left back or bring another one. My son finally talked to a supposed manager, after being hung up on multiple time by other wanting to get to a manager, who said that he needed to talk to higher ups and he would give him a call back then next day, that was a week ago!!! Still no phone call, no sofa, no resolutions and I paid them over $1,000!!! If you are looking for customer service and what you paid for, dont expect to get it from West Elm! Take your money and spend it someplace else, I know without a doubt that you will get better customer service.

My husband and I were looking for a new bed from west Elm. I didn’t want to pay the $199 shipping fee and wait so long, so I went in the store and the female associate was so helpful. She looked up in their system and found out that they had in their stock room. Saved me $200. Then today I went in to get a duvet cover I wanted, it was out of stock but the sales associate( blonde female manager, I didn’t catch her name) helped order me one online. They were busy but I didn’t feel like I was being ignored at all. So helpful and so nice!!! I will be back!!

The offered no solution at all, and I ended up cancelling my order. The style is great, but I would not recommend ordering anything from this particular store.

Im a fan of their products, but the overall West Elm customer service experience is atrocious. Ive been let down on multiple occasions. Had an online order that I returned in-store for being defective - this was told to the salesperson who conducted the return. I asked if I could return it for credit for something else in the store right there - I was told that no, they could not do that, and that I could only receive a gift card back in the mail. Ok, fine. Except that gift card never arrived.Incident #2 - I ordered curtains in-store since they did not have them in stock. When I got the delivery, instead of nearly $300 worth of curtains, they had sent me three light bulbs. I called the store, who said they would need to look into it. I then received a call from the warehouse/customer service, who said it had been shipped in error, not to worry about it, that I would receive the curtains shortly, and that I could just return the lightbulbs to the store at my next chance. Another week or so goes by - no curtains. So I call again, and am told that the shipment was being held until my return was received (which was not communicated to me on the previous call). To be clear, West Elm had been paid my nearly $300 dollars, had not sent me curtains for weeks, and was holding them hostage until I went out of my way to get to the store and correct a problem that West Elm had created - all over what I’m guessing was about $10 in light bulbs. The second customer service agent got the situation handled, I received the curtains, and the light bulbs were returned the next time I was out and near the store. However, it was a huge pain that involved multiple calls on my end. Oh, and I apparently never received Key Rewards points for the original order or the replacement order, or many of the other purchases Ive made there, even though Im prompted to enter my phone number to receive points every time I make a transaction.Incident #3 is a continuation of the aforementioned issues - I opened a customer service ticket through the website in order to try and get the missing gift card/other issues resolved - I received a reply three days later asking for a few pieces of information. I replied to that email with the information requested - and then radio silence. Its been a week since their original reply - Ive sent two follow-up emails simply asking for an update on the situation/to see if its being handled at all - the ticket has apparently been abandoned.To be clear, I like West Elm products. We have purchased some good items from the store. However, if ANYTHING goes wrong with an order (and given my recent experiences, something will go wrong), your only option is basically to file a charge-back with your credit card company. A really disappointing experience; considering the prices you pay, I would expect a premium level of customer service. Unfortunately, it is quite the opposite.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Some of there employees are either uneducated or liars. About 1 1/2 years ago I was interested in a couch from the store, I was told if I opened up a credit card I would recieve 18 months no interest on the purchase. Well, this was a lie. It was only for 12 months and I found out the hard way. I called them and they apologized but said I had to take it up with the bank. The bank has filed a dispute. The process is long and agonizing. So, I have to wait while a huge amount is interest is charged. DONT GET A CREDIT CARD THROUGH THEM. CANT STAND LIARS. Especially ones who dont fix the issue they caused.

So after weeks we dont hear anything so we call and call until then someone tells us it will me multiple months again to recieve the chair. Its MARCH 12TH TODAY AND STILL NO CHAIR!!!!!!!!!!!! WHATTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WE Contacted them today and they said maybe another WEEK OR SO.... THEY DIDNT OFFER US ANYTHING FOR ALL THE TROUBLE OR EVEN APOLOGIZE. This place the worse customer service attentiveness ever. I waited around for 15 minutes at the register trying to return something. There was a blonde female associate standing 5 feet from me looking at me, watching me wait. She was socializing with two other guys. I heard them exchange phone numbers to make hang out dates. I walked off the register area looking for someone. Nope. No one. Finally, I found someone else and told her I needed to do a return. She said to hold on. She went to get the blonde woman who walked right past her so then I was stuck waiting, again while the second associate came to help me. Wow. Unbelievable. Sorry, I am not important enough for you. I am never stepping foot in this store again. I have never had issues with customer service at their other sister companies. Trash.

Awful expierence a year ago with ordering a shower curtain, they never called to say it was out of stock. After a month of waiting I called and they made me call a store in Colorado to have it delivered. I swore I would never order from them again but my husband loved their Emmerson bedroom collection. We ordered the bedroom furniture April 03 and we still dont have it! We just moved into our new house and we are currently sleeping on the floor and living out of boxes. I called and there is still no delivery ETA, but be assured they have now had my four grand for two months. Do not order from here! Incredibly unprofessional and terrible customer service.
