Carpet is beautiful and well-installed. My problem is with communication. The carpet took a lot longer than expected to come to the store, which I understand can happen due to Covid, etc. But every time I called to check, I was told Ill call the company and see whats going on and get back to you and would never call me back. Frustrating. Especially when I was told the carpet would come in a couple weeks and it took months.

Great service and excellent installers who went above and beyond installing a luxury vinyl plank floor in two rooms. A quality job and they were very hard workers ensuring everything was just how we wanted before they finished.

I just had the best experience with Carpet King. The staff was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in assisting me with choosing the right carpet for the space I was carpeting. The carpet came in quickly and the installer went above and beyond to make sure my room and staircase was installed perfectly. I would highly recommend Carpet King! Can’t wait to have them carpet the rest of my upstairs soon!

Our experience was terrible. The installation took far longer than I thought it would - Im comparing this to how long installation from another company had taken a few weeks before (they did a fantastic job but were booked out for weeks unfortunately - we should have waited). During the installation the company installers played obnoxiously loud music and talk radio (I would not have minded at all but again the installation for one room and stairs took about three hours). The new carpet has held up and looks nice but they left carpet shards to the extent that we needed to rent a shop vac to get it up. When we called and mentioned it they apologized and said that the team they sent out usually does larger projects and offered to send them to vacuum but as a single woman I didnt want to men sent back to my house who had complaints made against them..

Carpet King is the best. Chris did an outstanding job and the installation was completed with the upmost professionalism. I can’t say enough how Chris made everything effortless. He came to my house and measured during COVID. He brought samples of the colors I wanted and he made sure everything was completed better than I expected. If you are considering buying carpet you need to call Carpet King.

Waited for my turn to be helped, another employee showed up, I walked up to him and was greeted with a grumpy, “what.”He suggested carpet instead of listening to what I wanted. Provided no information on the carpet such as warranty etc. When asked the price he said about $20/sy installed.Flooring is expensive. They should be more cognizant of their customer relations!

I bought my living room and bedroom carpet from Carpet King...was very pleased with the result and excellent customer service working with Cheryl! Ended up going back several months later and had my kitchen floor done with luxury vinyl flooring which turned out fabulous and looks like real tile flooring. Would definitely recommend this company!

ZERO stars is what this company deserves. We replaced all our floors with Carpet King at the recommendation of a trusted business friend. Our floors were installed late September 2015 and as of late June 2016 they have never been properly installed. We have had to wait for months between repair services - repairs to the ORIGINAL INSTALL only- and consistently receive back-burner treatment. Carpet King so far has: laid the wrong product in multiple areas on initial install, lost our phone numbers multiple times, failed at least 3 times to properly install our floating floor (they even brought in the manufacturer, who clearly indicated the floor was installed wrong), and in the most recent round of service their installer disappeared 24 hours after he was supposed to be at our house. . Owner Mike would only negotiate a 10% reduction in overall cost for the 9 months of inconvenience my family has now been put through - and he told us we were lucky he would even go down that far.. We have cracked and gaping floors and were told we were purchasing the top of the line product. We have been paid in full for almost 3 months now and this company STILL has yet to PROPERLY INSTALL MY FLOORING. Dont work with these people. Go next door to Panel Town Floors or go up the street to Rite Rug. Americas Floor Source is also in the area. Dont bother with Carpet King (what a joke!) because it wont be worth your time or money, and youll be treated as an afterthought once they get your payment.

We had about 1000 sq ft of carpet installed and about 100 sq ft of rubberized flooring. The carpet installers laid the carpet out on the driveway to cut it - even after we asked them not to. We didnt want to deal with the dirt & bugs. Also, weve had many contractors in our home over the last 3 months (finishing our basement) and all of them were careful not to make a mess walking through the house (took off their shoes, wore protective booties, rolled a tarp out, etc) except for the carpet installers from Carpet King. Also, I expected the molding to get a little scuffed up during the installation, but I was surprised that they also damaged the wall in the process. However, the worst part was the absolute poor job of installing the rubberized flooring. They cut the pieces by hand and the joints and seams looked absolutely terrible. When I asked the installers to fix it, they said it was a problem from the manufacturer. I called Carpet King and set a date for them to come out and look at it. The day came and nothing happened. Having heard nothing from them, I called the store and was told that they were busy and we set another time. They came out and agreed that it should be fixed, so we set a time for different installers to come and fix it. Again, that time came & went with not so much as a phone call from them. I finally called the store and set up another time. The new installers came and did a much better job. However, there is still a seam that was cut free-hand that has a gap (about 4 inches long); that Im not happy with. Frustrated, I bought a mat to lay over the floor and hide the gap. I was done dealing with Carpet King. We will be carpeting two of our bedrooms in the next few months, and I will NOT be using Carpet King.

We used this company once for a rental property and we were really impressed. They were able to come out the same week, installed in a timely manner, etc. However, the second time we used them, we paid in full for the carpet, could not get a return call from anyone within the company to let us know when we would be installed, we called every day for a week. Finally we received a call from the installer who said he was at the property and ready to install... obviously we had to cancel as we never even knew about the appointment in the first place. A week later and we still dont have an install time. Extremely frustrating.

Job went very well and we love the new look of the floors.

Great deals on carpet!! When boys were young, I didnt care if messes and spills happened,,,just go back to Carpet King for new cheap carpet. Go see them.

This place used to be a Jeweler shop and later 10 Speed Bike shop and Now a Flooring store. I do wish them well!
