This store is amazing its located in Columbus Ohio this store is so huge my daughter and I wasnt able to view everything you need at least a few hours or more to really get a good look in order to compare prices ☺️ if we werent flying I would have a truck load of stuff LOL

Over the years they have changed into this super 99 cent store where everything is over 99 cent! They sell everything from furniture, TVs, apparently they sell hair now???? Its crazy when I was a little kid they only have nice stuff for 99 cent! Lol. Nevertheless its still a good store.

Yes this store has a boatload of everything. Some of their prices are a little high on a few select home goods, but the majority of stuff is priced to sell, and speaking of variety, they certainly have that. Most of the items that are priced at a few dollars are well worth it. But man- they sure do have a selection!

To infinity and beyond. This store is like a mega dollar tree. It has way more stuff and a lot better quality. There are so many aisles yo look through for great values. I like tu heir selection of electronics and they always have wonder sales.

Good price and good custormer service

Thank you for satisfying all my cheap needs! The only thing i would change would be the cashiers attitudes. Teach them how to smile, how to be polite...just common courtesy please! Basic customer service skills should be a must on any type of work that deals directly with people. Other than that its a good place to get cheap things.

This is a very good store. Wide range of products and prices are good. However, its a little dirty, and the personnel are rude, not friendly, and tend to be absorbed more in their personal conversations then paying attention to the customer. Definitely not friendly.

Wow what a difference a few years make. When we first found this place it was a simple 99 cent store. Well it wasnt simple. They had more stuff and a bigger selection of things than any dollar store wed been to. Thats why we tried to stop everytime we were in town. When they expanded to the one side and began adding more higher prices items I never thought it would become what it has. Basically Infinity Super Store. They still have some of what we came to love about the place but the 99 cent area has shrunk to a handful of aisles. Bravo and continued success but this was likely our last visit.

You can always find a new item here. Always changing things up on some of their stuff. Love the furniture, decor & make up... Oh & the big pots & pans. U can nvr go wrong with a backup set of dishes lol...

My kids love this store, they have all types of things, to choose from.

A wide variety of dollar items available here. I get most of my hair products and extensions here at very reasonable prices. They have lots of wigs and latch hook hair. Theres also a furniture section, though I havent bought any furniture here before. I bought 2 really lovely plastic table covers for my dinning table. All kinds of good stuff, give it a try.

This 99 cent store is the best in Ohio or anywhere else I have been. Loads of items for a dollar. I have been shopping here since they first opened back in the 1990s. I read some reviews where people claim the employees are rude.I say check yourself, If you are rude or disrespectful to them, you should expect the same in return. I forgot one of my bags, called the store and was able to pickup my stuff later. They did not have to save my items for me, but they did. That is what I call customer service. Thanks Infinity !

They change their hours from 10:00 to 7:00 I dont understand why people need stuff later at night like they used to be open till 9:00 youre not getting enough time to shop at the hair store but I guess we can take our business across the street cuz theyre still open

Great store! Me and my wife love to shop there! The employees are great we had bought a bed from them a while back and evertime we come in if the young man sees us he remember us, and takes out time to welcome us. Keep up good work.

This store is terrible if you are broke... they have so many awesome deals. Every time I go, its like going to the grocery store when ur hungry. LED bulbs 4 for a dollar? This place is like dollar tree but bigger, better and cheaper. They have tons of other stuff as well, hair care products and even furniture. Kinda like Big Lots and dollar tree had a baby. I dont really look at the other sections too much, mostly stick to the 99c stuff, but def worth checking out, you wont be disappointed.

I went into this store today to spend over $5000 today in furniture and house wear the the owner was very rude and racist 😡 to me and my daughter in-law, he didnt want to help us and he was angrey that we had pick up the .99 cents water he told us to get out of his store , I have never in my life been treated so poorly 💔 I have recently relocated for the Bahamas here and I needed to furnish my whole house so I decided to go here to do that but after today me or my family will never support this company or any of his or there stores again. I have written article on the way how we were treated and am going to file a discrimination lawsuit against them I have it all on camera,on my phone,. Lesson in the be careful how you treat your customers.

Ive been shopping here since the store opened. Alot of good things, cheap! Today, my girlfriend, and I went in to get some Magic Shave powder for me. We put a few things in a tote cart, went to the beauty supply to get the shave powder, and then head back to the front to cash out. While leaving the beauty section, the clerk told me not to leave, and chased after me calling me the n-word. We had concealed nothing, and was heading to cash out. Asked to speak with the manager. He said that the clerk in the beauty section was right. I put all product down, and exited the store.

They close waaaaay to early which creates longer lines and over crowding

No the best quality products but there are every thing there.

This store has so many good deals on household essentials, over-the-counter medication, cleaning products, food/drinks, tools, electronics, odds and ends, etc. And as the stores name suggests, most items are only 99 cents! With such low prices and a wide variety of products, its easy to spend more than planned. Employees are friendly but rarely seem to go out of their way to assist customers.

I love this store. You can really get quality items here. Their plastic food storage section is so big. I think a person that is a caterer or sales plates would really benefit from their large selection they offer not only will they have you covered in the plastic Department they also have the aluminum storage containers as well. This is the place to go when youre hosting a big barbecue or a little gathering you can find what you need here and for just a dollar who can beat it. They definitely have the other big Dollar Store beat in this department. Also i must say their household section is well stocked as well. they have a big variety. if a person was just moving into an apartment/ home and was on a budget of any kind they could really find so many quality items for their home.

Nice Big store with tonnes of options in very department at very reasonable prices. Yes their is no exchange and returns schemes in here so buy what you need but this scheme is worth for the prices they offer . I always google before going to a new place and I read few negative reviews here so was little affraid to go as it was our first visit to the store but believe me The staff and owner was very helpful and super kind when we asked them about details and prices of some items ..

I have relatives from West Virginia who have to go to Infinity before going home. The only place I go to get my hair. Love the girl Alem who works in the back of hair store. Shes so kind and friendly and know everything about hair. She also will find the best deal possible for you. Shes my go to hair worker. If you go there for hair ask for her and she will get you together.

Great store but always tries to sell partial items. Example: broom No stick or squeegee no handle. Still has quality merchandise for a reasonable price but if you find something you like, buy a bunch of it because they may not have it again. Enjoy!

Best dollars Ive ever spent!

Im giving it four stars because it serves its purpose in terms of discounted items. It also has infinity attached to it which sells hair products like weave, wigs,grease, gel, etc. Huge selection.

I go here for hair extensions for a quick hair do. Wigs and braiding hair are great but the human hair on display has been very disappointing. Service is excellent. Great staff. Lines move fast.

Just brought a wig on Sunday. Opened the package yesterday and the lace was cut around the edges, hair was frizzy! You can tell the wig was worn before!!! I tried to call 8 times already and the line keeps ringing busy. I will be going to the store later to get my money back and if they don’t give me my money back BBB will get involved
