If I could give this a place a zero review. I will! Its sad to say the CEO and I were denied because of our business. I hope that they will be trained to document when individuals comes into the shop no matter why they walked in. We had an appointment and I just got a called from Tony on a recorded line just now 1:30pm on Tuesday May 11 2021 explaining that we did not attend the May 5 2021 at 1:15pm appointment which we did and explained our situation to Tony on the recorded line. He gave me an attitude and talked over me which I hope he can be professional trained because he has no customer services and empathy or sympathy. I am disappointed with the company and I hope the CEO and Owner can pay attention to this matter.Thank you!

The Columbus location is great when they make the sale but this was most definitely the biggest mistake ever the actual finance company is terrible rude customer service and they do not help at all and even when you pay your car payment they will still out of nowhere deactivate your vehicle and when you call in they are still no help do not sign up for this headache this has most definitely been the worse 3 years I am so ready to get out of this contract

First off the salesman named Thomas lied to me about my down payment and also lie to me about my payment. I would never send anybody to this car lot to buy a car it is a rip-off conjob. They basically stole my vehicle as a down payment , without telling me what they was going to give me for my down payment, I wouldnt send anybody family or friends to this shyster car lot.

OMG!!!!!! I LOVE THE STAFF AT THE COLUMBUS GA LOCATION. They put their customers first and they go over and beyond for us. I was recently in an accident and they got me in the position to get another SUV.

Salesman Randy Williams is the best salesman I have ever met. This man not only got me financed for a nice ride he made sure everything worked properly before driving off the lot.

I was called immature several times by a employee and when I asked him to call me names in the parking , he canceled my membership of over 10 years. Not proper . Now I have to sue them . What a joke. I never called him a name , now its costing my time to sue them. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!!!!!

While dealing with the sales agent he was polite expedient and all of his services and was truthful and forthcoming with all information about every vehicle we looked at if he honestly did not know he told you that he did not know and then he looked it up for you to get you that information. Im not too keen on the floor manager because he was really rude to ourselves men while we were there but they choice in vehicles is amazing they look meticulously cleaned you would think that someone cleans these engines but you can actually see dirt on them so they havent been clean but they are beautiful definitely Go see them and pick up your next family vehicle they take care of you like youre one of them

I wouldnt give this place a 1 star. The fact that I can not return a vehicle after less than 24 hours of having it is sad. Go to carmax or somewhere else if you want great customer care.

They only even deserve a 1 but had to do something to put the review in. My car was priced at 17,000 something before financing and its only worth 9k like seriously!! And had my payments extremely high. I will take my loss because I have no choice now but I would not recommend this car lot I wish i would have went back to carmax smh 😡

Sold me a lemon. Had my car less than 30 days and its been in the shop twice already. First time the window went out after three days. Lost use of car for two days. This time the transmission needs replaced and I am still waiting to find out if they will cover it. I am without a car again and no help in sight. Was told they will not fix all and if they replace the transmission I will have to pay over $300.00 out of pocket. Plus no transportation in between time. Have put out over $1400.00 in last 30 days and they want a payment on the 20th, with no car to drive.

I cannot express the gratitude that I have because it is so much gratitude for Randy. Randy was the best customer service guy that I have ever received in my life. I bought my car in October of 2019, I was so excited because I was told that my down payment would be about $750 which was all that I had, but once the paperwork and stuff was done, they took my money and still requested more money. I ended up paying a down payment of around 2700.00. They ware horrible with trying to help customers, I had to hound the sales rep for about two weeks about things going wrong with my car that they never got fixed. I have had to take my car to my own mechanic to get things fixed that they should have covered and got fixed. I have a 2015 CHevy, that i am paying too much for. I really dont think I would recommend any one to this company. Trying to get help is like pulling teeth and it is just not worth it.

It is a 50/50 chance that will be getting another car from here. I love my vehicle however was not told had to pick up my plates. My vehicle was leaking and i hadnt had it 2 days but because i went 42 miles over their 300 mile limit for exchange they wanted me to go to a shop and of course i would have been without my vehicle for at least another 4 days. Lucky for them a friend that knew what to do fixed it the same day. The vehicle smelled of smoke when I first got it took at least 3 weeks to get it out. The corporate office the guy that works in title is rude as hell. If i didnt like the vehicle so much now they would have gotten a one star because once they sale you the vehicle they want nothing else to do with you

The getting the car part was ok had to put down more than 2000 dollars then they don’t like to give you payment arrangements even if they know how long you’ve had the car and how well you pay them. If I could go back and find a different place I definitely would! They only allow you 5 days before they shut your car down not even a full week!

I’ve always heard about USAuto sales but I’d never thought to actually get a car from there until recently. I had driven to 3 different lots and didn’t receive HALF the attention from the other car dealerships that I received from here. From start to finish Thomas had us both laughing and relaxed with his professionalism and attention to detail. We were able to purchase a car without pressure or the feeling of just being another number. This dealership made us feel as though they truly wanted to sell us a car that worked for us, I have nothing but good things to say about USAuto!

The most irresponsible bunch of people Ive ever dealt with in life. My car shut off twice because one of the csrs forgot to process payment leaving me stranded. No one is ever on the same accord and nothing is ever notated. This place is a dump, please run!!

The car buying experience went well, but after I got my car, that was a totally different story!! They take your money with no problem. But the after effects of a mistake made by THEIR EMPLOYEE, was devastating to say the least. She put in my pay dates wrong so when it was time to pay the last portion of my down payment, I didn’t have it, which lead to a whole set of other problems!! They don’t even care!! I felt as though as I was dealing with the mob instead of a business!! I will never shop, recommend or go there again!! If this is your only choice for getting a car-WALK!! You’ll be better off!!

We all know our credit isnt up to the standards so you got to do what you need to to get a car. so Mr. Dwight Copeland helped me out and told me the down right truth when I got there. This agent came to pick me up at work and brought me back with in an hour i was approved. Then based on what they wanted down I could do it then wouldnt have to get a rental to go to Atlanta for an appointment. I went in my new car from US Auto Sales thanks to him I knew what I was getting into and would tell you the truth. If you think the car is bad which I did that day I got it I was quick to call him and let him know. So explained to me the issue wasnt the car that is how it works. Be careful if you have to purchase a car from here they will sell you a car with things wrong with it and promise to get it fixed and then don’t do anything about it they are also rude and horrible(including the manager) after you purchased the vehicle. We have learned our lesson and definitely will NEVER purchase from here again or refer anyone else.

The customer service was very poor. I got my car from there just for them to tell me that everything was up to par. And I had several issues with the car not even two weeks later. Now theyre telling me theres nothing they can do to help. If you have other options to buy a car please take another route. They were very rude and not helpful at all.

USA auto sales gets no stars from me. The phone customer service is very aggravating. Everytime I call its something different. Ive made payments and these people still turn my car off. Ive had to leave my car at the job over night because is their mistake. Ive also had to sit in the heat with my kids in the car because they didnt send a code to their car. Their employees need more training. At this point I really dont care if the vehicle effects my credit I just want to take it to the dealership and throw the keys through the window!

If I could this company zero stars I would. I purchased my car on May 18, 2018, and less than five days the engine went out, brakes were failing,key fob would not respond. I called complain and to see what they can do. I was advised by Russell:It is your responsibility to make sure the car is fine and its not our fault. We may waive the deductible. We cab reimburse up to $35 for a rental car. After I advised him he sold me a lemon he stated he will never assist me againAfter getting of at 6pm i called and spoke with a rep Dwight. I explained the situation, he became irritated while on the call and stated Russell was in a closing, and to callback. I advised that I will hold he became irate and said he would transfer me to Russell. Instead I spoke with Randy. I asked for the manager again, and that this is horrible customer service response:We do not service customers once we sell the car that is it. We dont care and its nothing we can do. Russell is not going to speak with you he placed me on hold for 10 minutes. I had to speak with a different office to file a complaint with Veronica. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARS ARE USELESS, AND NEED TO GO OUT BUSINESS. I plan on following up with BBB, a lawyer, and with the state of Georgia. This is not how a company should conduct their business!!! I will make it my goal to make sure know one else encounter this experience.UPDATETHEY HAVE COMPLETELY STOLEN MY MONEY ADDED A REPO TO MY CREDIT VERONICA LOPEZ AND RUSSELL WILL NOT ASSIST AT ALL. US AUTO SALES suck!!!!! Ive had my car since April 30th and every two weeks since then my car has turned completely off and I made sure my payments were ON TIME! I take it to the repair shop and each time its something different wrong w my car. They have replaced my alternator, my battery TWICE, Added a side note to my payments to pay for a INSTRUMENT CLUSTER and here we are again WITH NO CAR . Im in my 5th month , today is Sept 13th, 2018 and I feel like Ive been stolen from . My car is a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu with ONLY 54,000 Miles and it is at a Chevrolet dealership repair shop and they cannot figure out what is wrong with my car at all . Im convinced its something placed on these vehicles to fail . I cannot get in touch with anyone at the headquarters of US Auto sales because they avoid my calls every day and even managers are very rude and nasty. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO US AUTO SALES !

I referred a customer to them bacc in October and still haven’t gotten anything in the mail nor and email reply about this? I just wondering is this the process? Just purchased 2014 Chevy Cruze at ColumbusGA,locationn three weeks agoand vehicle has had so many problems. Car was taken to their mechanic and been without vehicle for two days still not fixed. I have called service Dept manager in Atlanta not even a call back. I will.not recommend getting a vehicle here ever again. Been calling and seem like nobody trying to resolve the issues.

Dwight is probably the biggest liar Ive ever met. Not customer friendly, he doesnt truly want to help you. He hunted me down and kept asking me to come in and buy a car, then when I finally wanted to. He bullshitted me twice. All they really care about is money. Definitely wouldnt suggest it.

Never get a car from here! I got a 2011 ford focus from them in 2016 and its been problem after problem. So far Ive paid over $1,300 to have different things fixed and still something else is wrong. Regret ever doing business with them.

They are ridiculous. Have had my car from them a year and had no problems until now. My husband went and financed a truck with them and they have hounded me to death. Was told at time of purchase that they would set up the accounts one one week and one the other because I couldnt afford both if them the same week. Well that was not how it was set up. They have harrassed me and my husband at least every 15 min. This was even after I called to setup the payments. Then I call this morning to make a payment on both of them. They were only authorized to take both payments out and instead they took an extra payment out and when I called they said it was going to take a week to put it back, because there is a process you have to do. I have a process too and its not to do business with them anymore and I sure as hell wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They suck!!!

I recently purchased a 2015 nissan versa note and this is the best car iv ever bought and the customer service has been excellent i havent had one problem with them. of course they dont give prices over the phone if your to lazy to go to the dealership and look around and ask for prices then you obviously dont need a car!!!!!!!!!!!
