So I went to Lindsay Honda to trade in my old faithful accord. She had over 200,000 miles on her and was tired! We worked with DJ Edgington today to buy our dream Honda Odyssey. I cannot recommend DJ or Lindsey Honda’s used lot more. We had such a seamless experience getting our new certified vehicle. Too that, we even did a trade in where we were able to get a more than fair value for our car to off set our down payment. We were worried that we’d be given the run around, or struggle to find a fair deal - none of that was the case. Please go see them, and ask for DJ! You will not regret it. They truly care about getting you into a good car that will last, taking care of customers.

I recently took my car in for an oil change and ac filter change. My service specialist Bob is AWESOME!! I always wait for my vehicle and he always makes me laugh and feel comfortable. He is knowledgeable and helps me understand what my services are.This is my 2nd vehicle from Honda and I absolutely love that I can get my car serviced so quickly. Last week, I purchased my second vehicle from Lindsay Honda. Once again, Kevin Shannon and Sherry provided me with excellent service and a painless car buying experience. When I asked if I could trade it in, Kevin immediately followed up and was able to get me into a financed car that better fit my commute and driving habits.Due to my work schedule, I was at the dealership late... Lindsay Honda is my car home! My car is an older model but that doesn’t seem to bother them! They give prompt and friendly service, often going above and beyond; my questions are answered, or they’ll find someone who can. I can be a whole handful so that’s saying a lot!

But when I got my car back a different person brought it to me and and several of the jobs had not been done Even though I had been there is air longer than expected.. Joe, my man! If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would. Gave him a call, he was able to set an appointment with no issues. Gave him the model, year, specs, mileage range that I was interested in and he was able to help narrow down the search easy. Found 2 great candidates and after some thorough test driving, I knew which car was the best one. This man deserves a raise or a promotion. NO! I demand that he gets something for being so nice, patient, and stay a step ahead whenever I asked questions. 10/26/2021 - I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback from Lindsay Honda in Columbus Ohio. I was negotiating with Dave Dawes, the sales person. He brought over numbers to me which were apparently incorrect based on me buying a new vehicle and trading in a vehicle. You only have to pay the difference based on tax after trade.I requested Dave to reduce the sales price $500 or increase the trade value $500. Dave talked to the manager and he agreed. I went into the business office to sign paperwork and they quickly rushed me through them. The sales price of the $500 was not removed. They charged me MSRP plus $14,800 for my trade and the cermashield with $300 discount. They said I made out $500 from their original inaccurate numbers, which is correct because they inflated them $1,000.I did not take possession of the car that night, and I brought up the mistake to a different manager on 10/27. He said Ernie did the deal and they could not work on it, but he 1000000% said they would 100000% fix the issue and that I can take the car home without issue.I said I would take the car ONLY if they agreed to fix the issue, and he said Ernie is a fair and honest guy and he would definitely fix the issue and cut me a check. They could not step on his toes because he was the GM.On 10/28, I called the salesperson, Dave, and he said Ernie would call me. Instead a rude manager called me, and said too bad. You signed the papers and took possession of the car. This is 1000000% different than everyone else said to me when I talked or went into the dealership.I am very dissatisfied with this situation, dealership, and their staff. They are also refusing to allow me to speak with the GM or any member of their senior management at the dealership. I have talked to Danielle Browning who went to the staff who is lying about the deal, and they once again refuse to talk to me.They told me to do as I wish. I signed the paperwork and verbal agreements do not mean anything.Also, I requested to speak with Steve or Bert Lindsay, and I was denied. They used a bait and switch on me with inflated numbers and false sales tax information. This caused confusion on an out the door number. They are trying to say I agreed to $29,500 when they presented me a document with wrong information showing $30,043, which did not show the tax savings for trading a car worth $14,800. The total sales price after my equity and tax is $29,043.05. This should be $500 less plus applicable taxes.

Charles has really good customer service skills. He made me feel welcome and comfortable with leaving my car. It took a little longer than expected, but they were really busy.

I was very pleased with every aspect of dealing with Lindsay Honda. Our sales rep, Joe, was very helpful in answering our questions, was straight forward in explaining everything . Having recently just purchasing a house, we had concerns in getting financed, but the Lindsay team came through without a problem, and was able to keep our payments with in our desired budget. They made the entire process very stress free. I was most impressed on how quick they were able to complete the deal. Very smooth.

I was recently in a car accident and my car was totaled by no fault of my own, so I was not planning on needing to buy a new car anytime soon. My car battery died on Saturday and I was able to jump it and drive it to Lindsay Honda that day. I dropped my keys in the after hours drop box. By Monday morning at 7:15am Joe had already diagnosed the problem and quoted the work I needed. He completed the work by 11am on Monday. I went to Lindsey Honda for an oil change with my 2yr old son The gentle man whom serviced us was Robert Partlow. He was super nice! I appreciate the fact that before he entered he sprayed a disinfectant that is provided for the workers, to protect himself and myself from any germs crossed while he got in the car during this time in the pandemic, He also explained a few offers they had while my car was being serviced which i greatly appreciate. I will definitely be back soon!

I drive across town to bring my car here for service! The service department is outstanding. I feel like they are thorough, honest and always try to keep us safe. Matt is wonderful and a great communicator.

A service tech put in the wrong miles on a visit. I went to trade my car in at another dealer and was told my car had a odom rollback because the guy put 100k miles instead of the 10k miles that it accurately has. Called 5x to speak with the service manager and never got a return call and no one else will help. Poor service & lack of caring is appalling especially when they made the mistake & holding me up from getting another car. Thanks!

Bruce is always thorough, friendly and professional. I have been emailing him directly to schedule services because the last two times i scheduled via phone through the service department, my service was coded wrong and upon arrival, i was told i couldNot be serviced because they had taken too many walk-ins. Bruce saved the day then and yesterday. He is an invaluable asset to your team.

My sister is 19 and just bought her first car from this dealership. She bought full coverage on a 2018 used car and was impressed by the service given at the time. A month later her engine failed. She only drives to and from work and works very hard for what she has. Being her first car, she was very careful with it since she was the one fully paying for it and was very proud of it and herself. Needless to say, this was a huge upset. She expected the dealership to work with her at least with a rental car until the situation was resolved, but was met with much resistance. They told her the company who she got coverage through would deal with everything, but when they didn’t, the dealership did not step up. Why was this car not evaluated throughly enough to notice something as big as a failing engine? It is on them that the car failed her, the least they could do is help her out. She has no one in the city to help her, and she was relying on them since they are responsible. They claimed they have no rentals and did not offer to pay for one for her. I am very disappointed in how they responded and in the fact that she bought a car from them trusting it would be reliable and it failed after a month. They apparently do not have reliable vehicles, and are disrespectful when being confronted in hopes to fix their problem they caused my sister. Please look somewhere else to buy a car if you want it to last and want great service.

I went in to get my recalled airbag replaced. This couldn’t have went any better. I was in and out very easily. Charles at this location was cool and helpful. Called me as soon my car was ready and put me in a very nice loaner so that I could get back to work while my car was there with them.

The best service experience I have ever had in owning a car in general happened over the past week.My service advisor, Paul Naylor and team are fantastic. My lights came on and it stated that I would have to have repairs on my car 1 2 7 indicators came up, I just happened to be in the area. So I went to the dealer, I didnt have an appointment so I was just going to make one. Paul said that were not busy at that time, 2 hours later I had my car returned to me. Not only that I was able to apply for a Sunbit loan and deferred paying the total repair cost when checking out. Get idea loved it.

We had a great salesman- Mark C., this is our second Lindsay Honda and there will be definitely more in the future.Thankful because you have the available car that I wanted.

The Lindsay Honda team has been extremely helpful and professional. The environment is clean and safe, and the staff are always ready to assist and go the extra mile. I drive an extra hour to have my car serviced by Lindsay.

Over the past 2-3 weeks my bother has had his Honda Accord towed to Lindsey Hondas 3 times for services (Check engine light come on and vehicle will not accelerate above APX 10mph). A vehicle diagnostic was performed at another facility before having it towed to Lindsey Honda, he explained what issues he was having and what he was informed the repair needed was. The issue/ solution presented was never addressed, instead he was charged for programming a part (Relearn) and a test drive totaling $160.18. The invoice was paid for and car returned, the exact same issue happened. It was Towed to Lindsey Honda a 2nd time, it was iterated again the problem and solution the other facility said it was. Through Lindsey Honda’s texting option he was told by Matt the problem/solution (which differed from the issues/ solution from the other facility). My brother gave the go ahead for the repair via the text app (screen shots taken for proof). He was told the vehicle was ready for pickup, “work” was paid for $381.75, vehicle was picked up.The exact same issue happened again, and the vehicle was towed to Lindsey Honda a 3rd time. While going over the paperwork for the 2nd service the break down stated $201.96 for labor and $171.85 for parts (with tax the total was $381.75), and in asterisk’s it states “THE FOLLOWING WORK WAS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT PERFORMED”. They charged for recommendations of work they didn’t perform, of course my brother questioned this and the Service Supervisor Dan at Lindsey Honda became more and more hostile. After threats from Dan at Lindsey Honda to call the police, refusal to do the work they’ve claimed they did, Dan stated he was doing him a favor by refunding the $381.75 and he didn’t have to do anything.This is a shortened version of the 3rd visit that doesn’t include trying to charge $900.00 for new starter, stating the vehicle wouldn’t start so they could perform a diagnostic and my brother pointing out how can they leave and take the car if it will not start. My brother complied and left the facility, and the vehicle started right up, and along with a family member following behind him with hazard lights on drove APX 10mph home. Photos attached to support the dishonesty an unprofessionalism from Lindsey Honda.

I went to the Lindsay Honda Used on 7/27. While mostly everyone I spoke to at Lindsay Honda was very pleasant, and they did go above and beyond to help me, the salesperson I dealt with was very pushy. I had to replace my vehicle very suddenly, and was a mess.I was looking for something within my price range, and they really did try to help me, but when I asked if the salesperson had any more affordable vehicles in my price range hed recommend he ignored my questions and kept pushing on a vehicle that I kept saying I couldnt afford the payments they were offering. At the beginning I had said what I could afford, and he made it seem like the vehicles I test drove and liked were within my price range, but then when we went to look at the pricing he told me there was no way they could get the rates I needed on the vehicles. I know that salespeople cant know all the numbers until everything is pulled, but if he had believed in the beginning that the vehicles I were looking at wouldnt fit within my price range, I think it wouldve been the right thing to tell me.I will say that I appreciated that they kept trying to get terms that I could work with, but the interactions with the salesperson were beyond stressful. We were there for 3 1/2 hours, and I spent the last hour of that very stressed and pressured by the salesperson, to the point I began to cry a little from the stress. My friend who had went with me eventually had to ask him if we could have a moment alone so I could calm down. I had explained my situation while I was there, and a little empathy and patience goes a LONG way.They did end up getting a payment term I couldve worked with, and the person who called me on 7/28 wasnt the person Id been working with, but he was incredibly kind, even when I said I had to think about it and would be viewing vehicles at a different location. I ended up purchasing at the other location.Today, 7/29, the original salesperson called me regarding the vehicle Id looked at with him, and if I had decided on the purchase. When I said Id ended up purchasing somewhere else, he instantly hung up. While that normally wouldnt have particularly bothered me, the amount of pressure hed put on me on Tuesday evening, despite my clear distress, me saying that I wasnt sure and I couldnt afford it at what was being quoted but I would think about it, and me even being in tears, tied with the way he handled our phone conversation earlier was completely unprofessional.While I appreciate the time and effort Lindsay Honda put into helping me on 7/27, the patience and empathy I received from the people I worked with besides the salesperson who was my main contact was great, and I wouldve preferred not to write a negative review, the behaviour of the salesperson I worked with was just very upsetting.

Mondale Bradley is a kind, patient, honest, knowledgeable, understanding, and time efficient. He respects his clients time, allow you to make decisions that is best for you, and not his pockets. Mr. Bradley will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and confident to purchase a new, or used vehicle. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. If I could I would rate Mr. Bradley 10 stars .

Bought my first NEW car ever here, and after going to other dealerships and being either borderline swindled on the price of the new car I wanted or just lied to about the trade-in value of my old car, this became a true blessing to come here.Chris Dalrymple was my salesman when originally I believe it was supposed to be Bryan (who was very nice over the phone but I never actually met) and I honestly feel like fate was working in my favor because Chris turned out to be the nicest, most sincere, HONEST and genuine person I have ever dealt with period, not just at a car dealership! Not to mention the incredible professionalism he had; he didn’t treat me like I had no idea what I was doing just because I was young, didn’t judge me by my line of work as to what vehicle I could really ‘afford’, didn’t try to swindle me into a lease when I told him I was already pre-approved through my bank and didn’t want to finance anything through the dealership, all of which the salesmen at the other car lots tried to do to me.I *highly* recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a new Honda, they will get you the car you want at the price you want in the color you want. And everyone I dealt with while I was there were very nice, not just Chris.Also, don’t forget to walk around! Lindsay Honda is built inside an old shopping mall, and they have a merchandise shop, cafe, and (my favorite) a Honda museum!

Took care of everything really well. Was a great job. Only problem was I called the about 7 times in one day trying to figure out the eta on my car. Kept telling me they would call me back and I would wait about 2 to 3 hours then call again. Wasnt until a new lady was on the phone and told me to hold until she figured it out.

Matthew provided me with a great experience at Lindsay and was able to get my car fixed up just right no matter how many random things I added. I went in for a scheduled oil change and ended up asking them to put a bumper cover and a headlight kit on for me. Matthew was able to give me the cost up front shortly after I told him what I wanted done. Im very happy with how everything turned out.

I would like to share my experiences with you so you know how wonderful I was treated. So I had a flat tire and knew it needed a new one. We called 3 different places for us to say they can’t get us in for a week, also they say all 4 brand new tire needed changed out cause one was bad. So I called Lindsay Honda where we bought the car and told them the story and was told I could drop the tire off and they would get to it. Well 2 hours later got a call it was done!!! That’s is great customer service also I will be buying my next car here because of the one single interaction we had. I was Extreme happy leaving there and want to do more Business in the further. Lindsay Honda has a great service center with competitive pricing and fast turn times.If looking to buy a car the salesmen I have dealt with do not play games with you and will work to get you what you are looking for. I just bought my 3rd vehicle from them and it was painless and I was in and out with it in just a few hours after coming in not knowing what I wanted to buy.

We have bought numerous cars from here and always use their service department. Tim Smith in the service department always greets you with a smile and makes sure your vehicle is taken care of to your satisfaction. Tim is the definition of customer service. We also have always been happy with the purchases with our vehicles and they always assure the process goes quickly and smoothly.

I had my car in last week and they needed to order a part that was covered under warranty. The part was not related to the ability to drive the car, so I took it home and waited for the part to arrive. When I took it back Joe remembered my name and quickly got me checked in-they were very busy and my repair would be N/C. I was still treated first class even though I wouldn’t be making them any money on the repair. The repair was completed quickly and I was able to pick up my car in a timely manner.Great customer service.

Mondale Bradley took care of me. He was very knowledgeable on cars. He answered all my questions without hesitation and I felt he has my best interest at heart. I love my new 2022 Civic!!! Highly recommend him as a car agent to anyone.

Such a great experience last week buying our new Honda Insight. We didnt have any intention of buying a car, but they worked with us on what we wanted, and Sales & Leasing Specialist Jon Holley made us feel incredibly comfortable with whatever we wanted to do.
