They were extremely rude about trying to get me into a car. I had spoken to Jamel before I came and told him how much I wanted to put down and all, then when I got there they said I needed a Co-signer. I had one with me but I just got bad vibes from this company they try to rush a sell and their rates are ridiculous. I ended up going to Car-Mart in phenix city, and I was able to drive away with liability. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The manager Latoya or whatever, is the WORST. Would give 0 stars if i could. Btw you’ll never own a car through them either, they lease them to you without your knowing them at the end of your term you’re required to pay a large sum. #WorstCarBuyingExperience

I’ve only had my car a year with only 56,000 miles on it. I took my car to a shop that American Financial said take it too. It went from sensors to timing chain to now needing a freaking engine. That guess what the warranty does not cover 3200 plus dollars. My car has been in the shop a month and a service liaison has not contacted me or the repair shop. I think I got sold a lemon. My car wasn’t making any noises or knocking. How the heck do I need a new engine. They don’t help with anything. I’m thinking about just letting them have it back. I don’t even want the car after it’s fixed because now I don’t trust it.

We were skeptical at first, but made the 2 hour drive to Columbus....and it was worth it! Robyn was AWESOME. On a Saturday, we arrived at 4 oclock. At 5:45, we were rolling out with our new SUV. So kudos to Robyn! 5 STARS!!!!

Gave me the whole run around first I was made enough and was qualified without a Co-signer. Then once I get there I need a Co-signer because I don’t make enough. Put the car in the wrong name AND state! Had to cancel my Georgia Insurance Because I couldn’t get a tag since they put it in Alabama. Great Car Selection But I Highly Don’t Recommend.

I was very disappointed today..I waited 8 hours to be turn down ..I was told they didnt have a 466.00 monthly car payment for me to reach a deal to get the car I didnt care how much the monthly payment could have been.. Regardless of the 1,000 down payment I had. I was told all they had on the lot were cars range from 500.00 and up monthly payment my income reach the 1600.00 and over the mark .They said they didnt check credit but as I check my credit. it was look at..Why Me!! Please shredd my information up..

When I first got my car a 2016 Ford focus the salesman was really nice and helpful I was told when signing my papers that the car comes with a warranty that lasted the whole time Im paying on my car and he was like it covers everything that makes the car run correctly and he also mentioned something about renter cars less than a week of having the car the oil change came on they paid for that with no problems a week after that the car kept cutting off on me took it to the shop it was the water pump they paid for that with no problem OK so now my car has been sitting in the shop for a month because the ECM Module needs to be replaced OK so the ppl at the shop they sent me to tells me it cost $1169 for them to fix this and they said its not covered in my warranty and Ill have to pay for it out my own pocket but the warranty department is offering me a loan that ill have to pay back to them to get it fix so I talk to the lady Denise hach today at the warranty department letting her know I came to agreement with the shop that I will order my own part and just pay them for labor that brings it down to $600 for them to put it in and program my key because they module I ordered is cheaper than the $800 they want me to buy from the ppl they use I also asked do they reimburse anything on renters because since my car been in the shop I have been renting a car and she tells me that they wont give me the loan if I order my own part and no they dont reimburse on renters so I asked her can I just return the car because thats to much money coming outta my pocket and she tells me yea but its gon be on your credit as a repo Im trynna figure out how its gon be a repo when I aint behind on my payments so Im just letting anyone who is thinking of getting a car with them to make sure what they are telling you while saling you the car is true because I was lied to about the warranty now I gotta pay all this money outta my pocket when if I would have known in the beginning I couldve went somewhere else that warranty really does cover everything

I wouldnt recommend anyone doing business with them. I got a vehicle from this place and Ive been having trouble with it from day 2!!! Every time i call to complain or inquire about the warranty, the sales people tell me to call their warranty department, who never answer or return calls.😡😠😡😠

What they dont tell you is when you need the warranty!! That they will let someone fix your car without talking to you about if its covered or not an expect you to pay 494 car payment plus the 241 parts an labor cost when i could have had it done 10× cheaper....theres no real warranty an they dont let you know there not paying before the work gets done so you get ripped off

After singing paperwork. Paying a down payment and a biweekly payment we were told to bring in another $750 or bring the car back. It is going on week 3 and we keep getting told our refund is on the way. I later discovered the manager thought it was professional to discuss my personal business with other customers.

Update: so 6 months ago I decided to go to American car center and purchase a car. I purchased the car from Brawner baker.. Needless to say everyone there are liars! When I asked how much my payments were going to be, I was quoted a cheaper price than what I was paying. When Andre the manager went over my paper work with me he said nothing about me NOT owning the car after I’ve made all payments.. wtbs: I am stuck in a lease that I cannot get out of and I wasn’t aware that I was leasing and not buying the car.. I also have to return the car after 3 years of payments. So I will be out of about $18,000 I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here and purchase a car because they will have you thinking you’re buying when they don’t actualy sell cars they lease them! When I called they told me that I could give the car back but they will put a repo on my credit!!
