I wanted to take a moment to give some recognition to the staff that I dealt with at your Columbus location.I have been in an out of the store repeatedly doing a DIY countertop project.Everyone I have spoken to has been over the top helpful, and talked me through the project, and treated me like someone they knew personally and genuinely wanted to help.Although I was not a contractor purchasing large quantities of product, I never felt slighted by any means.All in all, my counters turned out great, and I could not of done it without the products and guidance.I appreciate all of them !

Poor communication and really not making sense why this company isn’t working with me, I asked to have a mixed metallic color sample made by these guys and was told yesterday that they could help me out and have it prepared for me, but that it would need to be cleared by management as they were traveling, was told to call back the following business day to make the request and it should be no problem to have sample ready to pick up by the time I arrived home Monday so I could show it to a customer that is in the color selection process. I relayed the information to the board of people I will be speaking to monday and told them the good news. After speaking to them today, they told me they can’t make the sample, but I could come in and do it, when I explained that I won’t be in town until Saturday and someone there would have to do it if the customer is to see it by monday, they told me word for word that even if I was spending $100,000.00 on product they would not help me by preparing a small sample of a color mix for me. This seems more like a “we don’t wanna” thing than the excuse I was given in that it is a liability issue, very frustrating and definitely put me in a tough spot with a potential customer. I wouldn’t rely on them or take what they say to the bank.

Extremely helpful to a first time small furniture maker. They are built more for bulk orders but still helped me out. Working on building some smaller tables or furnishings out of concrete. They have what you need to build a patio yourself with stamped and colored concrete.
