Best mechanic in the area. The owner, Brad, is very upfront, genuine, and honest. During my most recent visit my actual bill ended up being $100+ cheaper than initially quoted. Any shop couldve just kept their mouth shut about the price change and gone with what was agreed, but not IPA -- theyll do right by you too. Your biggest issue might be actually getting an appointment, their calendar seems to stay booked and thats no surprise. 10/10 would recommend, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, 1 satisfied customer.

Great place to have your vehicles serviced. My car is German and they had no issues working on. Did a great job too. Very friendly and my gut said I could trust them (my gut is never wrong!). Im very pleased with the work and plan to go back when I need other things done in the future. Imports Plus recently worked on my familys Mercedes S 430 4Maqtic and a Volvo XC90 that were showing multiple codes indicating that expensive repairs were needed. In both cases, Brad identified a common element involved in all of the codes and recommended starting with a relatively minor repair that successfully resolved all of the problems identified by the computer. In other words, he identified the underlying cause rather than attempting to fix what were merely the resulting symptoms. To me, that level of skill and true integrity is invaluable and Imports Plus will take care of all of my vehicles from now on.

Ive been a customer with Imports Plus for several years now. Ive had three vehicles that I always took to Imports Plus for maintenance and repair. Some of the vehicles were brand new, others were older used cars that needed some TLC to keep running. I do everything with these guys... oil changes to serious repairs. Through it all, Brad and his team have provided excellent customer service. They are a friendly group of guys that I feel good about giving my business to. Most importantly, THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF.There have been several times that theyve been able to do a much less costly repair than I was expecting. It was recommended by someone else that I get a tune up after a diagnostic on my 99 Lexus found misfiring in multiple cylinders. The engine was performing very poorly and banging too... so I called here to set up an estimate. Brad was very friendly on the phone and gave me a rough idea of what the problem might be, suggesting a tune up probably wasnt necessary and to bring it in if I want. I came in and he immediately identified the real problem & fixed it same-day; at a reasonable price too! It was honestly a breath of fresh air to deal with a mechanic that wasnt trying to roll one over on me.. (No offense to mechanics). Car is running like normal now. I would definitely recommend!

Very honest guys and will take my car to them for any repairs in the future. The dealership wanted to replace all sorts of random things. These guys called me and said there is one part that should be replaced but “I don’t see any reason by any standard that you would need any of the rest of this stuff done.” Saved me about 2700 dollars.

First of all, I just want to say that I highly recommend Imports Plus Automotive. I was searching for a repair shop to take my 2010 Subaru Impreza for a full motor replacement. After speaking with Brad on the phone I decided to take my car to Imports Plus and I could not be happier with my decision. The service that I received was outstanding. Brad and his team are very knowledgable and courteous. They are trustworthy and really just an awesome group of guys. They always called and kept me up to date with how things were going and got the motor replaced in a very reasonable amount of time. Ive put about 1200 miles on my car since I got it back and it literally runs perfect. Very thankful to have found this shop. I will definitely be returning in the future.

My husband and I have both taken our cars to Imports Plus Automotive. They have serviced our BMW and Nissan with true honesty and at a cost that doesn’t make you feel like you have to take out a loan just to keep your vehicle maintained. We plan on using this shop for our current and future vehicles because they are so clean, courteous, and honest. He performed 60k check up on my Nissan for 25% less than my local NTB and included more service in his package. They saved us from worry by identifying bad brakes before a long Interstate road trip in the mountains. Like other reviewers have experienced, we were told by a dealer we would need massive repairs due to oil leaks on the BMW. Brad recommended we make one repair (at less than half the cost) to get some more life out of it (and we got about another year, just like he said) then look to trade it in because it just wasnt worth it. We are doing exactly that and will hopefully be able to have him inspect as a third party any used vehicle we are considering. All of the employees are knowledgeable and courteous, and we would recommend them to our closest friends and family. We are so happy we found Brad and the Imports Plus team.

Please be warned! I am a self taught mechanic and took my suabru WRX because it was having a problem with the clutch switch. The staff acted like I had no idea what I was talking about and additionally tried to take my money. I am debating on going to the BBB because they created problems in my car and I even paid to have my car towed back. There is a green connector only dealerships, mechanics, or subaru specialists know about that when connected make the cars lights flash on and off and causes the fans to cycle on and off. To someone who does not know this this is a very startling problem that could maybe cost thousands. But, I know this and realized they tried to charge me much much more than was required ($1000s for a $15 switch). I was so upset that I had my car towed back to my house at my own expense. Please learn from my terrible experiences and go somewhere else to have problems fixed and not caused. I just want to reiterate I had such a terrible experience I decided to write a review so please please be warned! (Car also ran after replacing the switch.)

Its hard to find good mechanics.I was having a problem with steering wheel shaking while traveling above 65 mph.I have tried many other places before I found Import Pluscorrectly diagnosed the problem as a struck brake caliper.It was such a relief when that problem is resolved. I have been coming back to them whenever I have car problems because I trust their professional judgments.
