Although I walked in without a prior appointment, i was able to get set up for service that same day. I had one of my TPMS sensors replaced and programed in a very reasonable amount of time. The price was affordable and lower than many other shops I had previously contacted. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks 😊

I have been using Arlington Car Care since having moved to Columbus. They have been excellent. They have given me honest quotes and repaired my brakes for far less money than other shops quoted. I recently went into a Hyundai dealership for a recall on my vehicle and they gave me an estimate of $1,600 of things that were wrong with my vehicle. When I took my car into Arlington Car Care I knew what actually needed to be done and they were right on the ball. They gave me an honest quote for my tires and a new alternator belt and it was a fraction of the cost Hyundai was trying to get out of me. These are the best people around, highly recommended, top notch service!

Really friendly folks here. I got exhaust work done at reasonable prices. They suggested other things that could use some work, but were not pushy like other shops and chains can be. Would definitely go back.

Good customer service, kind easy-going people. Did the job quick and did it well. A little resistant to cheaper options, but will listen to the customer if you reiterate. Having to press 1 when calling them just to get past the recorded greeting (no other options) is kinda annoying.

For some things they are super amazing and reasonable on pricing. Others, super duper expensive. I wish there was a little more consistency in which ballpark price point-wise they fell in. Convenient drop box/key drop.

.I feel very disappointed about the incident. Once the issue occurred, I wanted to go to the same place where I had my car battery replaced because I felt for sure it was the problem in the battery. I mentioned that this can be a battery issue but they didnt pay much attention on that.Their conclusion was the no issue in the battery and checked parasitic draw problem and charged me for both battery testing and parasitic draw problem testing.After I have spent $260 at Millers Arlington care, the issue was back again after 4 days. Now they said the problem was on the battery and the battery is now replaced and covered under warranty. What I spent last two visit almost cost two new batteries. Just wanted to let you know my experience and I hope you understand how I feel about this incident and service.Please aware with this guys.

My family has relied on Arlington Car Care for over 40 years since it was Miller’s Marathon and owned by Mike’s father Eddie. We still call it “Eddie’s.” They are the best, very reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. I do miss the full service gas, especially in winter ;) but times change.

I had a 1997 Jeep Wrangler that had only 40,000 miles. I decided to give it to my goddaughter who lives in Seattle WA. I took the Jeep to Mike and his crew to have it made road worthy. They did a WONDERFUL job. My goddaughter and I drove it 2500 miles from Columbus OH to Seattle WA visiting several national parks. We had absolutely no problems! I cant say enough about how well this shop has taken care of me and my vehicles over the years. The work and the courtesy that they have provided to us has been top notch and I have never felt as if I have been overcharged. On the contrary, in fact. Cant count how many times I could have been up-sold on a service or parts but was, instead, told that I could probably hold out for awhile or they were able to fix something rather than replace it. In this day and age its refreshing that people still fix things and stand behind their work.

The employees are stable - most have been there a long time - so they know your car and take the time to answer your questions. Replaced a damaged tire for me, did a good job, honest price, didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. The job was done the same day, which gave me peace of mind riding home on a regular tire and not a donut. Looks like a good place to go for general repairs and service, and avoid the markups of a dealership.

Arlington Car Care exceeded my expectations and fixed my car the right way. They used parts from NAPA and have a warranty program that is better than the dealership.They arent going to be the cheapest out there, but who wants cheap repair work? Not me! They fixed my car for less than my dealer wanted, and I trust them to stand behind their work because they have been doing it for over 33 years.

I recently made an appointment to patch a tire with a slow leak. When I got there, they were a bit behind, so I left for about 45 minutes. When I got back, I was informed that the lug nut stud had broken and so the total cost was going to be $107. This seemed expensive, and they hadnt called to tell me they were having trouble removing the lug nuts. I was informed it was because lug nut was cross threaded, which I understand can happen. However, my wife and I pushed back on the price, which caused a disagreement. After some time and being quoted several different prices, the manager said he wouldnt charge us for the labor to fix the stud, but that he didnt want to see the car in the shop again. They then finished the repair and we paid $30 for the tire patch. Going forward, I figured we would just find another mechanic. I previously had a good experience at Arlington Car Care so I didnt want to dwell on it.To avoid having to replace other studs, I took the car to the dealer a few days later. I asked them to check whether everything looked alright and that none of the lug nuts were crossed. They came back to tell me that there was a cross threaded lug nut on the same tire that had been put on at Arlington Car Center and they had to replace the stud.I also asked another car shop how easy it is to cross thread lug nuts. The manager there informed me it was unlikely to happen if they were put on carefully. He also told me that while he will charge to fix a stud that breaks due to being cross threaded, the total price would be about $30 for the patch and repair.Im writing this review solely because a lug nut they put on was cross threaded after we had a disagreement about the same issue. I would want to know if someone had had such an experience at a car shop I was going to.

We have been taking our cars to this shop for nearly 30 years and have always received the best of care. Mike Miller and his crew do top-notch work, and best of all (especially considering the stories Ive read/heard about other places) fix only whats broken, explain things in language that a non-mechanic can understand, and always have the job done when they say they will (if not earlier). Over the years, the business has passed on from Mikes father, Eddie, to Mike and the transition has been seamless. We know we can trust them to always do the job right, at a fair price. In addition, they will go the extra mile for their customers: we have experienced their generosity on many occasions, from getting a loaner car, to borrowing their truck to deliver a can of gas. When we need car repairs, we go here. And we always come away satisfied.

I have NEVER done what im about to do...I would tell anyone who is considering using Millers Automotive/Arlington Car Care on the corner of NW Blvd. and Northstar in UA to know that Michael Miller the owner lied to me when he said he was fixing my vehicle over a number of days and i had to end up having it towed to my house by AAA.He is,in my view,a dishonest,disreputable business person who i will never deal with again.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I was driving to Columbus yesterday to speak at OSU 2 years after I graduated from vet school there and 15 miles north of Columbus my car died. Out of no where just shut off and coasted to a stop. I called roadside assistance and told them to tow it to the shop I had used for 4 years while I was at OSU. I then called that shop only to find out that they had a 4 day wait to have it looked at. As a veterinarian, 3 hours away from home that wasnt an option for me. I need that car for emergency calls and didnt want to have to rent a car to drive back to Toledo only to have to drive back for my car later this weekend (when of course I was on call). It was recommended to call Mike Miller at Arlington Car Care and I arranged for my car to be towed there while I got a ride to OSU. After I finished speaking I walked to their shop and they dug into my car. They found the ignition was bad and got the part within an hour while I got lunch. They fixed the problem AND got me home to Toledo in my car the same day! As someone who relies on their car for work and takes meticulous care of it to avoid these sort of issues this was a nightmare for me, BUT Mr. Millers crew did a great job helping me out. They did wonderful work and I had an uneventful 3 hour drive home. Thank you so very, very much to them for a great job. Highly recommend them to anyone needing scheduled or unscheduled car work done.

No bad place. Clean and organized. Took my truck in to get an oil change and have a once over. The price was really really good for a full synthetic oil change on a 5.7 V8 but I think they used the wrong viscosity. I can hear my valves tapping when I start my engine in the morning. Takes about 15 mins to stop. Oil is full and Im assuming it takes that long for the oil to heat up so it can pass. Also asked them to put 70 psi in my tires... they did not... and they didnt notice that my belts needed replaced. Also didnt notice or mention my tire tread is really low. I know about trucks and repairs and was anticipating them to bring up the deficiencies Im already aware off but nope. They handed me my keys and said everything looks good. It makes me wonder what else they over looked on other vehicals. Again, not a bad place. I will bring my truck back as it is the best place in the area but I will quiz them and be more specific next time.

I had a nail in my tire and they took care of it right away. Reasonable cost to plug and patch my tire.

A reliable and trustworthy place and they do a good job for a reasonable price. I have been a client there for 24 years.
