Terrible service. Techs are amateur at best. First tech diagnosed the bike in need of a 9 speed cassette, which I later found was a simple chain issue. Went in again, and the next tech spent more time debating me on previous work done to the bike rather than assessing and recommending what needed to be done. Typical tech geek with no customer service skills. Management should train employees better in that department. Step it up guys.

Bought my first bike since in over 20yrs the other night from walmart, big mistake, it was broke after the first ride. So I did some reading and decided I was going to really invest in something worth the money. Had settled on a mountain bike thinking a bike is a bike is a bike. The sales guy who helped me explained the difference, but me thinking it was no big deal was set on the mountain bike. Took it for a test ride and was dead when I got back. I told him to let me try the one he recommended and it was perfect. I hadnt done a lot of research on the hybrid/comfort type bikes so I got home with it and started reading that I should have got the slightly upgraded model instead for not much more money. Went back today, told them I wanted to exchange it for the sport model expecting to have to do some convincing, but they made it a breeze. Would definitely return if I ever need another bike.

I brought my road bike to this shop to be serviced last week. I typically ride 60-80 miles a week, and hadn’t had my bike tuned up in some time. If I had realized how incredible riding my bike would feel after bringing it here, I would’ve done it a long time ago! BikeSource made my bike feel like a brand new machine. Shifting up and down my gear set is as smooth as butter now! I’m so grateful to them for helping me realize what riding CAN feel like if I stay up on routine maintenance. Thank you, BikeSource! Also - they finished the work in less than 24 hours. Huge plus.

I could not have had a better experience at BikeSource. I went in looking to find a bike that fit my needs- affordable but still a good investment. Joe, the assistant manager, was awesome. He answered all of my questions, let me test the bike, helped me understand more about which bike is good for what, and even gave some tips about local riding. Its really clear that they love what they do, and I felt completely comfortable asking for suggestions. 10/10 would recommend, and I look forward to coming back for my tune up!

Awesome sales experience! Purchased a road bike for our daughter who is new to cycling and It truly was an easy process. There is so much to know in what to look for that it could have been daunting but with the guidance of Dan and Hunter it was made simple. They took the time to assess her current and future needs and presented options without being pushy and let her test ride the bike she was interested in. They then listened to her feedback, making adjustments and recommending products to enhance the ride and make riding more comfortable. They also took the time to answer any questions she had, which put her mind at ease. The current constraints on doing business due to COVID-19 hasn’t stopped them doing their best to for customers and I would highly recommend them for both sales and service.

Had a horrible experience picking out a bike awhile back. The sales person Hunter was very rude and condescending. I was talked over the whole time. I was interested in getting a mountain bike and i told him my price range and he continued to try to go over my budget. The store seemed very disorganized and it took them forever to get me on a test ride. Once i was on the test ride the bike was pretty good but the reason i didnt end up getting the bike was because the salesman was a jerk to me.Hire better people. I will not be going back to bike source again.

Terrible experience. The door was locked when I got there. Their policy says 10 people max because of the COVID situation which I totally understand. But there was nobody at the store. After around 3 minutes this kid unlocked the door and asked me what I want. I said that I would like to purchase a mountain bike. His next questions was ,,Are you ready to spend at least 3000 dollars? Because we are really expensive here,,. I was shocked. I said I might spend that much money. He let me inside and asked me how big frame do I need. I said XL. He said we do not have any XL large and started walking me out of the store without saying anything. Did not even ask me if they can order one for me or didnt give me any options.I jumped to the car and drove to the TREK store (which had a great costumer service) and spent there 4000 dollars.

The past 15 years I have enjoyed riding through rugged rock gardens, steep climbs, rough winding down hills and some 3 to 4 drops. Naturally, each year as my skills increase so does the level of abuse on my bike. Just last summer, I stripped out two hubs, bent and ruined a few rims, repeatedly broke spoke nipples and ripped through a couple side walls on my tires. I ride a 29er FSR Stump Jumper which is absolutely fantastic for my riding style but my stock hubs, rims, spokes, spoke nipples and tires could not handle the abuse. I was frustrated of constant maintenance down time along with my rides ending in long walks due to broken parts. I have been dealing with the guys at Bike Source on Sawmill Rd, Columbus for a few years now and they were a tremendous help in guiding me through the daunting task of filtering through the myriad of options for custom wheelsets. They went the extra mile to research and narrow down my options according to budget, my riding style and quality of product. I would have been totally lost without their expertise and patience in educating me through this process. I especially appreciated the integrity of the Bike Source staff when I was initially looking at a much more expensive wheel set but was encouraged to buy the less costly set because it would be more durable for rock gardens and keep me safer on the trail. This demonstrated how they are more concerned for the customers satisfaction and safety rather than making a buck. After all the parts were received, the guys at Bike Source custom built my wheel set. I have been riding for a year now in the same trails and have not had a single issue. This wheel set is exactly what I needed and has greatly improved my riding both in performance and safety. I am 100% satisfied with the selection on this wheelset and the quality build up those guys performed on my bike. This wheel set on my Stump Jumper FSR is an amazing ride! The combination of a great bike with a great wheelset has given me more confidence and pleasure than ever before during my rides. A special shout out to Joe for his guidance and skillful work on my wheel set build up.

Back in October I bought a new to me bike. Because of the awful winter we had, I never got a chance to ride it. Recently someone suggested that I go to BikeSource for a fit and I thought what a great idea! No better way to start riding a new bike than to have it fit me. It was one of the best ideas ever! I arrived a bit early for my appointment and Aaron, who was to do my fit, was running a bit behind. Dan, the store manager, stepped in and started the fit. When Aaron arrived, Dan filled him in and on we went. Dan did most of the measuring and Aaron worked on setting up my bike. Now, being a girl, there have been times when Ive felt little intimidated walking into a bike shop, especially staffed by mostly guys. I can honestly say that for all the times Ive been in this shop I have never felt that way. Everyone is friendly and helpful no matter how insignificant you think your questions might be. Even during the fit, where there are a few somewhat personal questions asked and measurements taken, Aaron and Dan made me feel very comfortable. And Aaron was very accommodating about some of my idiosyncrasies about riding and worked to make my bike comfortable for me. While the bike fit is still a work in progress and Aaron made a few suggestions to consider before settling on handlebar positioning, I know that I can go back to the shop with any question or concerns as I get my bike perfect. Oh, except for the new saddle. That is spot on! I was almost home from my first ride when I realized that for the first ride EVER I never noticed my saddle. That is an awesome feeling! Thanks Dan and Aaron for the fantastic experience!

The manager and staff at the BikeSource in Dublin were extraordinarily patient with me as I hemmed and hawed over which mountain bike (and which size) best suited me. Im right in between sizes at 510, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my fickleness, suiting-up several bikes in several sizes for test rides/demos. Without going into the gritty details, they bent over backward to make sure I had the right bike, which turned out to be a medium 2019 Stumpjumper Alloy Comp 27.5. We also bought a new bike for my daughter, and my sister will soon be picking up her own Stumpy from BikeSource, too.I frequently ride out of state, as well, and I always make it a point to visit local shops. He never offered to get a bike off the rack for her to try or even suggest one that would be good for her. While he was talking to us he greeted another customer and began talking to her about what she was looking for as if we were not important. At that point any possible sale was lost and we went to the Trek store down the street and had great customer service and a better bike in the end anyway. I came into the store two weeks ago looking to spend about 3500 to 4000 on a new road bicycle. I know its December but I have been planning this purchase for a while and decided to buy the bike then. I really wanted to get a Specialized. When I got there there was no greeting and the worker was reading amagazine behind the counter. The worker appeared disinterested and I had to get him to help me. I told him that i was looking for carbon fiber and Ultegra compoments and he did not suggest much or give me information. I thought maybe he didnt believe I was going to buy a bicycle so I explained that I intended to biy the bicycle today. I began looking at a particular bike that looked good and asked him about what size I need. He was like I dont know and stated he would have to order in my size anyway and went back to the counter and picked back up his magazine. I got the impression that he was not interested in selling me a bike for whatever reason so I left went down the street a couple blocks and bought a nice carbon fiber Emonda from the Trek store. I spent more money at Trek than I anticipated with assessories and whatnot and had to wait for the bike to be accessories they acted like they wanted to help me. I returned to this store the following week to see what they had in carbon bottle cages and I was intending on mentioning to management that they could have had a large sale if they showed interest but when I came in I saw three employees standing in the back of the store by the service department watching an old television show. They didnt acknowledge me until I walked by them a couple of times so I thought why bother and left.
