HORRIBLE! They lack basic customer service skills. If it werent for the fact that I was taking my sister on the east side to get her hair done we would have definitely been at 99 cent Infinity. Thats a store who appreciates and values their customers.

Always too busy talking to each other to actually help the customers. There are way better hair supply stores out there; dont waste your time here.

The black women literally followed me around the store from the time I entered until I left. I felt very uncomfortable. This wasnt a how can I help u follow. Because when I asked that lady for help she couldnt help but literally stood there staring at me. Then when I gave her my credit card and she saw I have plenty in my wallet she asked me for Id. I never felt so uncomfortable. Im African American and felt more profiled by them than any white person has ever made me feel. I even told they lady they were making me feel uncomfortable and she acted like she was clueless. Additionally they were out of stock in every wig I picked.

Nice products I guess. I was there to see if they had any good bump control facial creme. 💯✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾💯 Beautiful ladiez working too.

They dont take gift cards?! Its basically cash! I have NEVER heard of such a thing! Smh

These people are rude, non helpful and i was actually accused of opening a package of hair, when i was there to buy hair COLOR I asked them to show me., they said oh it wasnt you. Didnt offer an apology just told me that they had to protect their merchandise, never mind that i work hard for my money, come to their business to spend it, and this is how i was treated. Spend your money with a business that takes customer service serious. I was even told that they werent there for customer service, they were there to make money. This place is a joke. I wouldnt give it any stars, but thats the only way to be heard!

Great wigs great value HOWEVER, employees are FAR BEYOND RUDE. They are extremely non helpful. Dont go to this location if you think your going to need any help or expect employees to conduct themselves with proper attitudes one would have while they are working in a sales situation.

Im seeing alot of people through these comments saying that the employees are rude , i never been in a situation with rudeness with non of them but they do act like they dont care when you need help like if you ask them for there opinions they just be like whatever, please hire ladies that have a little experience in hair or at least separate the people who dont and who do have experience, i will be visiting the store to look for homecoming hair todayyyyyyyyyy......ouuuuuu

Their wigs and weaves are made with dog hair. Most US HAIR STORES ARE RACIST AND RUDE AF. THEY ARE PARASITES IN OUR COMMUNITIES. Please spend your money with people that value YOU and your money.
